Miguel from Reddick & Sons installed a water softener for us today and did an awesome job at a very reasonable price. He even figured out how to install a kitchen bypass for us which we wanted but weren't sure was feasible. He explained everything he was doing so we understood the reasoning behind it. After seeing how much knowledge and expertise he brought to the project, I was really glad I hadn't tried to tackle it myself! This is our second outstanding experience with Reddick & Sons! Highly recommend!

Very polite and responsive however I thought turning off gas lever and adding a new shut off valve under the sink for ~$800+ seemed on the high priced side of things. That said I felt confident the work was done correctly.

Can't say enough good things about the work Carlton did. He was honest and meticulous and very careful to make sure the job got done right. It could have turned into a much bigger job but he took a very patient and conservative approach and got it done with the least amount of impact on the house. I'll use him again for sure.

We had a leak issue on a Sunday. After calling 8+ plumbers and mostly getting a can't come out until tomorrow, Heil called back, and even though we were out of their emergency service territory, the technician called back and give us advice on the likely issue over the phone and told us we didn't need to pay for an emergency plumber. Really appreciate going above and beyond for someone who wasn't a customer.

Our old water heater was starting to show its age (main issue being showers weren't getting or staying as hot) and we called Drain Works to come out to see what could be done. Very responsive in setting up an appt and was told the service call fee (think it was $59 or $69) was waived if we accepted the quote and went through with the repair/replacement. Arrived on time and was advised to replace our water heater with a new 50gal natural gas water heater, tank booster, 6yr extended warranty, and a pressure reducing valve. The total came to roughly $3,260, and the work was completed in about 4hrs. The process was as smooth as you can hope for when it comes to dreaded home repair. We now have water as hot as we want for as long as we want, plus the peace of mind that we are in good hands if any issues come up.

Matt came out and snaked my sink drain. Very prompt, efficient, and professional. If I ever have any plumbing issues in the future I'll be calling and requesting Matt.

On time. Prepared. Knowledgeable. Not the cheapest but totally reasonable. I'll use them again for sure.

Kirk is the best! I have called on him for the past 10 years. He has worked on my old home and replaced and repaired all the plumbing needs. He is honest, has fair prices, and completes the job correctly!

Responsive, and extremely knowledgeable! Figured out the problem extremely quickly, and was able to schedule me right away!

They came right on time and got right to work. They also found another pinhole leak due to corrosion while fixing the first and only had to charge me extra since they had to move the toilet to make the repair!

Just on the basis of the knowledge and attention I received from Tracy on the phone, I would highly recommend them. It isn't everyone that will try to help you figure out what your issue is before making a sale or a service call.

Bill is the kind of plumber you wish for when things go wrong with your plumbing. He was able to break through a blockage that had challenged another plumber. His level of dignity and clear headed communication at that late hour is something that I think is inspirational. Not only did Bill manage to break the blockage, he also offered me a discount to video the line at the same time.  

That video, along with Bill's submission, led to my sewage line getting renewed.  Bill has also helped us out in clearing other essential drainage lines from our home.  When you need someone now or very soon, then Bill is the right guy for you.

Called Northeast Plumbing once to repair a leak and haven't had any issues since. Plumber was punctual and very knowledgeable. Will call for future plumbing needs!

I can see why the rating is 5 stars.  Very proactive business man.  Wants your business.  I called on a Saturday with a busted pipe.  He came out to grant an estimate on Sunday.  I was not charged for the estimate.  Scheduled quickly and was on time for estimate and early for the replacement.  

He was quick and clean.  Showed me how to avoid another busted pipe.  We southerners are not used to bleeding pipes in the winter .
