I called Plump Right Plumbing later in the day, i thought they wouldn't come over until the next day. Brent came by immediately and stayed until the job was complete.

Brian and his team are incredible. We had an emergency with our hot water heater. It was not installed correctly and flooded our basement when the pressure was not able to be relieved. We called Brian and he came out the very next day early in the morning (730AM). Brian arrived and assessed the situation. There was zero pressure to do anything other than fix our current problem or find a permanent solution. Brian went through the options and was completely up front with pricing at all times. We decided to replace the cheap water heater we inherited. Brian and his team installed the new water heater, fixed the pipping that was not proper code, and also insulated the venting system without us even asking. Brian was in and out in 2 hours. I was able to leave and take my wife to work while they were working.
Flash forward weeks later and we are having an issue with our dishwasher during the holidays. I emailed Brian to see if he could take a look. Within hours he had responded and given me times to come by. We finally connected and he brought out his team and quickly diagnosed the problem. He refused to charge us because he wanted to make sure his customers were getting everything they needed.
Brian is accessible via text, phone, and email. He will keep you up to date and get the work done quickly with great quality. We finally have hot water again and our dishwasher is working. He offers solutions to other problems you have around the house when we ask and there is absolutely no pressure to replace. He provides you options.
We will be using him again and I give him our highest recommendation because he was there for us when we needed him most.

I scheduled an A/C tune up and was given an appointment the very next day. The appointment window was 1-4 and Javon showed up a few minutes before 1 to my surprise. He was courteous and went right to work. When the service was completed he went over the findings with me. He was extremely professional and personable, it is so hard to compliment service these days, I knew I had to make a review about this appointment. Sila has been doing our maintenance for the past few years and we have never had a problem but I felt it necessary to say so this time. Thanks for providing great service.

These guys are a great company to work with. Period. You'll be in good hands if you work with them. Hands-on President who is very mindful of the 125 year reputation of the business. There's a reason why they've lasted as long as they have, and it's not because of poor customer service.

We had a new HVAC System installed by Snell and they are just an excellent local business. David Snell came out to do the estimate himself. Since the HVAC has been installed, we have called Snell to answer questions related to the system as well as coming back to fix a piece of the system that wasn't functioning optimally. They did the fix free of charge. Always responsive and reliable.

I am giving 5 start only for my experience of the customer service, response time, and professionalism of the company employees. I didn't get any services before or after writing this review.
The technician Mr. Dailey is a gentleman and very knowledgeable about his work. He called me 30 mins before as owner advice me that he will, then I received an automated message from the owner about his profile and picture. Which is greatly appreciated for security reasons and excellent customer assistance. Mr. Dailey looked at the issue and provided me a quote within minutes. The price was higher than I expected and thus I politely declined the services. The owner and Mr. Dailey was very polite even after I decided to not use their service at the moment. Although, the customer service experience with them was so great that I will again reach out for any future services.

Sent out a quote request on Yelp and received very prompt responses from several businesses, but went with Reddick & Sons because they had the best reviews. Scheduled 10a-2p appointment for a leaking toilet water supply line and a hot water issue.
Our tech, Shontel (Shon), called to let us know he was on the way and when he'd arrive which was really appreciated since we are a household of all women. He was here by 11a, done with the toilet work by noon and gave us a quote for the part needed to fix the hot water issue. Shon was professional and prompt with the work and we had a good experience with this company overall--thanks so much!

This place wanted $350 for a basic chimney sweep. That's almost 4X everyone else in the area. I'm curious if they thought if I wanted them to build a chimney? RIPOFF!

The AC repair I needed went very smoothly, and at a reasonable cost. Pablo is courteous and efficient. Because I do many of my own repairs (but don't know how to diagnose AC issues), I especially appreciated him demonstrate and explain the diagnostic procedure. He also explained some maintenance things I could do myself to help in avoiding future problems.

Don't use Jiffy!! At the beginning of July our AC went out. I called Jiffy on a Monday morning, and they said they'd have someone there within in the next day or two. I said that was good because we had a family reunion scheduled for that coming weekend and would have a lot of visitors in the house, including an infant. The temperatures were in the 90's. They promised they'd have it fixed by Friday. They didn't come until Thursday evening, they charged me $271, and the next morning heat was pouring out of the vents instead of AC.
I called and asked for a refund. They said they'd get back to me within an hour. No return call. I called again and reminded them that they'd promised to have this fixed by Friday. The guy on the other end, who'd always had an attitude of 'I could care less' yelled at me that they'd have a guy there even if they had to tow his truck there. The technician came, couldn't fix it, left it locked in permanent fan mode. We suffered through the weekend.
Monday (a week after my first call) I again called and asked for a refund. They said they were sending their guy and a special technician to diagnose the problem. They would get back to me within an hour. I had gone on a long-planned vacation at this point. They never got back to me, of course. I called them a couple of days later. They said their best idea was that the heat pump needed a reversing board which they'd have to order. It cost $1300, and that wouldn't include the labor.
Long story short, for 2 1/2 weeks they didn't fix the problem, they didn't refund my money, they were going to order a very expensive part that was not the problem in the first place, they didn't know what they were doing, and the office staff was rude on top of it all.
I called another company which came out within a half a day of my call and fixed the problem on the first try with a $35 part.
I wrote the company a letter of complaint, again asking for my money back. After three weeks there has been no response and no refund. Though I've never written an online review before in my life, I feel this is my best recourse at this point--to warn other people from using them.
Save yourself a lot of headaches and get the job done by NOT using Jiffy.

I had an issue with my HVAC and they were very prompt with service. The technician was professional and knew what he was doing. I had called several other places to try to get my HVAC fixed with no luck. They were the fastest to respond and they did a great job.

One of our sinks began leaking and flowing under the bathroom sink on a Saturday afternoon. I was unable to get it to stop and the main shut off valve would not close the line all the way. I called the after hours answering service and was called back within 15 minutes. The dispatcher was friendly, informative and gave the information I needed to make a decision to the problem. We determined that service could wait until the next day. On Sunday, Jackie the service person arrived on time and fix the sink right a way. He returned on Monday morning, again when he said he would, and replaced the main shut off valve. I have used Bowman's service three times (HVAC, hot water heater & sink leaking), I have found they are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and stand by their work. I recommend them for installations, repair & service!

Magnolia now pressuring me to pay the remaining amount owed even though they acknowledge that repairs are outstanding. Their contractor has failed to make the repairs on 3 separate scheduled appointments, the most recent of which was last week.

Why don't you pay the balance minus the expected repair cost and send us the invoices to confirm the amounts after the repair is complete

I attempted to hire these guys to complete some warranty work. Instead they took the opportunity to make up issues and suggest I needed to completely reinstall a hot water heater for $2100. One guy even suggested to me issues that did not exist and for which he had no personal knowledge since he didn't even see the unit. Completely unethical. I would avoid them entirely as not to be trusted.

I would not give this company anything higher. This is why.
1- The technician gave me a crazy a$$ price for replacing the shower head. Something about rebuilding for $800. Really, are you all out here knocking people in the head. Geesh!!! come on. O, and he did not even look at it. Just punched in something in his note pad and gave me a price.
2- Finally, I was knocked in the head with $250 for replacing the toilet knob. It took the guy 10 minutes.
I had other plumbing that needed to be done in all the bathrooms, but decided it was not a good idea to go with this company. Because by the time I had finish paying them I would have paid the cost of getting new bathrooms. (Not, really because I just had a whole bathroom done and that was expensive, but you get the point.)
O and The Technician - smh at him.
The technician arrived and I asked him did he have foot covers, my carpet is white. He went out came back in with the foot covers on his feet. (side-eye)
