Best Electric Water Heater Repa… in Seattle WA

Simple toilet repair turned in $10,000 job.
Thought I'd give them one more chance on another simple water heater supply leak and they didn't fix the leak and just wanted to replace the water heater.  Had to call another plumber who just replaced the shut off valve to the tank which was probably the issue all along.
They give fair fixed price bids, but that does no good if they can't fix the problem.

Worst possible situation, hot water pipe leak on a late Sunday afternoon of a holiday weekend. (In the ceiling above my computer desk no less)

Called a couple '24 hour' plumbers, but Price Busters were the only ones that would send someone out. The plumber called back quickly, scheduled to be there within couple hours and showed up early. (Called ahead of time and everything)  Fixed the leak quickly and was super nice about the whole thing.

Our water heater broke and Joe's 2 Sons did a great job replacing it.  Brandon and his colleague showed up same day for emergency service and inspection and did the tank replacement the following morning first thing.  High quality communication and customer service.  Thank you.

These guys were amazing!  Very quick response, out for a quote and offered to fix an issue on the spot.  Came back a couple days later to do more.  Work was done, fixing the problem, as quoted - and the price was a fair one.  The only reason why I don't give them 5 stars is because there was a little mud on my curtains from going in and out the slider!

I was doing a huge updating project in my house that was not going well. I reached out to Otter Plumbing regarding installing new sinks and faucets in my kitchen, master bath and powder room as well as a new garbage disposal. They were able to quickly come in, complete the project so we were able to use our bathrooms and kitchen again and even identified and corrected an issue with the plumbing under my kitchen sink that would have prevented my new faucet from working properly if left as is. Shane was super knowledgeable, kept me informed and provided recommendations and ideas to ensure i was getting the result i was after. The end result was perfect, exactly what i wanted, done in a very timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I completely recommend them and will use them again when the need arises!

I'd recommend to call them for any assistance you need with heating and air conditioning in the Shoreline area. Another company tried scare tactics claiming my house was going to blow up! Can you believe that? Not these guys though. The older gentleman Mike is such a professional and easy to work with. The person who answered my call did everything to help over the phone. Then the qualified servicemen visited and finished by fixing up the furnace. They didn't even let my frisky cat escape when coming in and out of the house and covered their shoes to keep things clean. Thanks for the help you gave this homeowner and I'll be repeat business for sure. Steven the owner even called to communicate and check on how things went. Great customer service!

My kitchen faucet started leaking at the base and my regular plumber was on vacation so I tried Ace
and I was very pleased. Tom came on time on the day I called and fixed the problem for a reasonable price.  I would recommend this business.

Couldn't be happier! New homeowner with zero handy skills. My garbage disposal had been broken for almost a week, and after trying (and failing) to fix it myself with You Tube videos in hand, I finally admitted I needed help. After doing a lot of research both on and off of Yelp, I was shocked to find most plumbers wouldn't even come to my house without a $250 minimum charge. $250!!! Single mom here, not in my budget. Some even quoted as high as $575 to fix a garbage disposal! These are the moments that make me (briefly) miss apartment living.

Well, not only were Einstein Plumbing the cheapest of about 10 bids, they were the most honest and upfront about the details of their time and cost estimates. They came out and found all that was needed was a simple push of the reset button (something I SWEAR I had checked multiple times!) But low and behold, my disposal worked immediately without a hitch. That was a week ago and it's still working.

Why do they get 5 stars you may ask? Not only were they honest, courteous, and didn't shame me for my dumb mistake, they didn't charge me a cent! They technically could have charged me the minimum $250 just for showing up that other companies had quoted, but they said it was their pleasure and since no work had actually been done, they were happy to be of service. WOW, and I mean WOW. They made my whole day and even week.

It's people like this that make home owning a little bit better, and I appreciate that immensely. They will be my new go-to's!

Although I cannot remember the name of the woman I spoke with, I was very impressed by her cordial manner. She reassured me that we could get a plumber here within 1-2 hours. After about an hour, the plumbers (Brady and Zach) called to tell me that they were on their way and we'd see them in about 30 minutes. They were on site in 20 minutes.  They explained the problems with the old water heater very thoroughly and (patiently) answered my numerous questions. As it turns out, the old water heater had been incorrectly installed. Within a three hours, a new water heater was installed, the old water heater was hauled away and the work area was cleaner than when they arrived.

This is our first time needing a hot water heater replaced. Thanks to the professionalism and conscientious manner of Brady and Zach (as well as the telephone receptionist), the whole process was much easier than expected.

The tech that came out was very skillful and knowledgeable.  He was able to locate our problem in our sewer line, it was dug up and fixed in the same day.  Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly.  Great company with a very professional staff from start to finish.  I definitely recommend them!

Had Luke install 3 new toilets in our house. Did a fantastic job. We ended up replacing the internals in the tanks with better stuff to make the toilets flush better. He came out a few days later for that and they work great. He took great care around our new build house and everything looks wonderful. Was on time, very reasonably priced for the work he did and was very friendly. If I ever have a need for a plumber he's my go to guy.

We hired Schmitty's Plumbing for the plumbing part of a basement remodel and we could not be happier with the work they did. Brian was great at guiding us through the process, patient and attentive to our needs and his price was very fair! His team was great as well, very nice, considerate and did everything to ensure the work was as little disruptive as possible, my wife works from home and we have a 9 month old baby so finding a contractor that is able to adapt to our needs was really important. I could not recommend Brian and his crew more!

There was extensive work that needed to be done, including cutting concrete floors, decommissioning an old gas furnace, radiators and 2 water heaters, removing all the gas pipes, installing a tankless water heater, doing all the rough in for a new bathroom, reconfiguring the existing bathroom and moving water pipes out of the way to create more room... this was an extensive 2 weeks plumbing project as they were awesome through the entire process. Unfortunately the pictures I took do not do service to show the extent of the work that was done but I am attaching some of them anyway. Thank you Brian and team for doing such a great job.

Christo help me replacing the 50 gallon water heater. He was super fast to respond and very friendly. The work was done efficiently with high quality. The work area was also left spotless after everything was done. Highly recommended

Contacted Ryan to replace the leaky hose bib in the back of our house.  He had already replaced the hose bib in front and did a great job.  Rather than replace the faucet, which would have been difficult and expensive, he recommended I replace a part which was available on Amazon for $10.   I was able to replace the piece in 5 minutes saving me hundreds!   Alpha will be our family's go to plumber from now on.

Our furnace stopped working and we were left out in the cold. I have 3 children and Ally Heating and Air conditioning came to the rescue. We had a older home and James gave us many options and not just one. We ended up replacing our whole unit. It feels so good to be warm again. Thanks James. We will be calling Ally Heating and Air conditioning for our annual maintenance so our system will be top shape with no worries.

I had an urgent plumbing issue (aren't they all?), and I called around trying to find someone who could come out the same day. Shane moved his schedule around to accommodate me and backed his truck up to my house midday. I know enough about plumbing to know that I don't know anything, so he was patient with my explanations of what was going on, and then took me on a tour of my own house, explaining how things work. We investigated, found the location of the blockage, and then he jetted the pipes, which was one of the more revolting yet fascinating sights I've ever witnessed. :) Problem solved.

Awesome plumbers..  my sewer line collapsed and they came out that day and got to work.  We had a few problems with the new line and liner but they fixed it all in a timely manner great people and really honest and nice to boot

Just a little over two hours from discovery of a waterfall in our basement to complete repair and water service back on. All of this after hours. Top-notch customer service. $158 emergency after hours call fee, plus repair cost. Hot shower and clean dishes here we come.
