I Am SOO pleased with their calls, call back and customer service over the phone so far. Very pleased with explaining the regular process regarding insurance claims.

Had a plumber come over today that I scheduled over the weekend. We had a leak in our dining room coming from upstairs tub. Tony came over quickly at the expected time and took a thorough look, took pictures, and investigated. He was very helpful in answering my questions and giving advice. Unfortunately the leak did not happen again as he was testing everything out. He let me know if there were any issues, we could call him out again. This company had amazing scheduling, confirmation call, and arrival time. I highly recommend Tony at Joe's 2 Sons Plumbing. Very very helpful and kind. Will be calling this company if something arises. They did not charge us for coming out and inspecting.

Giving 2 stars since one of the jobs was completed but the other job which was part of the package wasn't completed. The person sent for the repair took 4-5 hours to complete the PRV replacement job which our neighbors mentioned was generally completed within 1 hour in most of their houses by other companies (for offered or less cost) and then the other job of flush replacement which was aligned as part of the package wasn't completed citing the number of hours spent on PRV replacement (we were charged 100 dollars extra as well).

We've had the Wezee's team fix plumbing issues in our house four or five times now (everything from a new water heater to a water hammer issue to leaks). Each time is a great experience. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable, and always responsive.
The latest Wezee's visit was last week to fix a leak from our upstairs bath tub that did some damage to the bathroom below. I left a voicemail on their line at about 9:00pm. The next morning at 7:30am I had a call from Jennifer asking to schedule her team to come out that same morning. By 10:30 they were here and addressing the issue. Josh and James were very friendly and got the whole thing fixed in a matter of a few short hours. They also took the time to answer all my questions and had me reassured throughout the whole process. I highly recommend the Wezee's team! Couldn't be happier with their service.

We recently bought a home and noticed that the bath water in the upstairs master bath was slightly discolored, so we reached out to Otter Plumbing to see if they could pinpoint the issue. Working with Shane, he was able to diagnosis the problem pretty much over the phone with the help of some pictures of the water. His knowledge of the issue was spot on, the water heater, which was confirmed when Otter was able to come over the next day for a service call. They were very professional and arrived right on time for our agreed appointment. They confirmed the water heater was the issue and were able to quote us a very reasonable rate for a replacement compared to other companies we had looked at. The installation process was quick and the company did a fantastic job in verifying that the new water heater fixed the issue, and that we were satisfied with the quality of work. They cleaned up the area, better than when they started the job, and made sure all the old equipment was removed. All in all, we would defiantly use Shane and his team at Otter Plumbing again, and would recommend them to others.

The tech that came out was very skillful and knowledgeable. He was able to locate our problem in our sewer line, it was dug up and fixed in the same day. Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly. Great company with a very professional staff from start to finish. I definitely recommend them!

What do you look for in a plumbing professional? Knowledgeable, responsive, honest, professional, and competitively priced. Adam at Goldstar Plumbing is all that, and goes above and beyond.
We had a leak in our circulation pump, and requested quotes from multiple companies. Adam came recommended to us by another sewer plumber. Adam was quick to respond, easy to schedule, and was on time for both his free consultation and the actual appointment. Most importantly, Adam is knowledgeable, experienced, and explains things in a manner that is easy to understand. While on site, he pointed out a few other issues with the plumbing that are not code compliant, but gave us time to think through our plan and decide if we wanted the additional services. He inspected the completed work carefully and cleaned up the area. I highly recommend Adam and would definitely use his service again!

Shane was very responsive, flexible in his scheduling, and very friendly!
I needed some faucet plumbing moved to accommodate the structure of my new vanity (which unfortunately had drawers and whatnot right where the old plumbing would have hit).
He was able to come out to give me a quote the day I contacted him (though my schedule wasn't as flexible so I actually had him come out a couple days later) and was able to come and do the work the very next day. His work was quick and clean and water tight, and he was very friendly. :) Price was exactly as quoted.

Be careful, Joe the Pro Plumbing was by far the highest quote I received on a fairly simple job. About double from my other two quotes.

With a leaking water heater, it was a matter of time until it would burst. I went to Costco thinking I'd get a better deal, but after running through the numbers, it's the same price and commercial grade products out in public even with the cash back discounts. We called around and Mill Creek Plumbing stood out. They have great phone etiquette and their quote was equal the cost of the other plumbing companies. Easy to talk to and was patient with my unending questions. On the same the day we called them, they came to our home, inspected the old water heater and exchanged it at no extra charge for same day service. They were professional and the pricing package was up front with no add ons after quote. When the costs of replacement evens out with all the companies, it all boils down to service to the customer. Mill Creek Plumbing is trustworthy, courteous, honest and the service was awesome. All the work was completed in about an hour. Thanks John and Frank for your skillful installation and David for answering all my questions.

10 out of 10. I will only use B&J Plumbing. Responsive, clear, honest, and competitive. They installed the water heater in my home, did an amazing, neat, and tidy job. They have since added additional features as I've needed them. I am a demanding customer with very high standards; B&J Plumbing have far exceeded my expectations every time.

Hard to find honest and reliable people now a days. Everyone is trying to make a dollar and take short cuts. Not Deep. He came out immediately for what I thought was my water heater leaking. He immediately told me it was my upstairs neighbors (I live in a condo) and helped me talk to them. My water heater is old so I will be calling him back to replace mine. But I'm so glad I chose to call him. I've called other plumbers in the past and the first thing they ask is how I'm paying. Not Deep. Genuine and caring. Very good service. Highly recommend.

These guys are great! Thomas helped me with some difficult circumstances and went way above and beyond what most companies would do. . They are quick to respond and reasonably priced. Rare to find a good company these days but this one is!

We are disappointed with the service we received. First of all, we were charged more than most companies charge. Not only for the pump fee, but the fee to pump the pump chamber. Other companies cut the second pump fee in half. Also, we were told by your company that we needed a new pump. So we got a second opinion. Turns out, we did not need a pump at all! It was working just fine. A few wires were not working properly but the pump was still working. We expect at LEAST to be reimbursed for the troubleshooting fee. We feel like your company was very dishonest and took advantage of us during these hard times.
***UPDATE***
We were reimbursed the troubleshooting fee.

Our hot water heater malfunctioned this weekend with a minor flood. beacon plumbing was called and arrived within the hour. Robert H was great and identified the root cause and faulty press valve and helped us out. I would recommend beacon and Robert H for any plumbing issues

Called Affordable Plumbing of West Seattle at 10pm one evening hoping to leave a message about a backed up sink. Tom answered and set me up with an appointment for the next morning. I was surprised that he was able to squeeze me in as they had a lot of appointments that day. Tom's a pretty down-to-earth guy. No assumptions or scolding and just wants to fix my problem.
Pro-tip: If you go to what looks like is their website and there's a 425 number listed as the contact, do not call that number. Apparently that's an ex-employee who is attempting to hold their site for ransom. Terrible thing to do to a great company. Call the 206 number listed on yelp. You won't be sorry!

I called them for a non-emergency leak under my sink and they were able to get to me the day I wanted (2 days later). The plumber was prompt and considerate and reasonably priced. He gave me a very reasonable estimate for changing out the water heater and stacking the washer/dryer. I will definitely call them again.

I wish there was a lower rating. these people advertise as rooter rooter on line and do not call back. I was a plumber for many years and I am termporary disabled and can not do a simple job, I told Mary that and that I have never called a plumber before and it is hard to do, but at this time I am disabled and cannot do the simple repair. I told her my flapper on both toilet were stuck because of repairs and hard water with bremerton it affect both toilets, but it looks like both flushmoniters need to be changed out, this is very hard to have to call a plumber when I use to do this all the time, but I can not do it with my hands, it is hard to even remove the top of the toilet. .she shined me on and then asked me if I have used them before. THIS IS DISCRIMINATION TOWARDS A DISABALED PERSON. DO NOT CALL OR USE THIS COMPANY AND MARY NEEDS TO BE FIRED, sorry about the spelling, sometimes it is hard to type because of my temporay disability.

I would never recommend these guys to anyone. Started off by them telling me they would be at my house in the morning, but showed up at 2:00, and he went through my house with dirty boots. I was also told that $75 call fee would be subtracted from the bill, but when the guy came out he said it's added on top of the bill. He then said he didn't have the right equipment and would need our toilet removed and to snake it out from there to less than 20 feet he wanted $700 and that's with us removing the toilet. If that didn't work then another $500 to come back with other equipment and snake it out from the street. I paid him the $75 plus tax and told him to leave! What a freaking joke with these guys. Don't ever call them unless you don't mind guessing work and paying a fortune.
