I asked Price Busters to install a water line for my new range (which has a steam function). They assessed my kitchen, looked at the information for the range, and installed the water line. Great customer service, professional work, and they clearly know what they're doing because they're busy working all over the area. Highly recommend this business!

Wow! I had a last minute emergency and they were able to show up and help me get water running back in my home.  My hose bibb decided to break causing me to be without water.  In less than an hour, Kajik was able to assess and resolve.  So impressed by the personable experience.

I called Jafco in a bit of a panic at the crack of dawn (literally), needing a sewer line fixed after it had stopped working (to the point that toilets wouldn't flush). A different plumbing company had tried to fix the problem, but clearly hadn't had any results.

With that background I was a bit hesitant, but also desperate to get things fixed that day (because, again, no working sewer). Dewayne was nothing short of amazing! He talked me through my options and what the process was, understood my predicament and had a team out that day, with the sewer line fixed and ready to go before they went home.

This was a problem that had plagued the house off-and-on for a while, and which has now entirely gone away. Jafco's flexibility, their workmanship, their attention to detail, and their quick response to a plumbing emergency were all top-notch.

I have already recommended them to several other people, and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone reading this review. They will do the job right, and will do it right the first time, all for a reasonable price... which as I've found is not always true of other companies.

My partner and I had an excellent experience with Wezee's. We worked with Zach, who was great - he was thorough, responsive, timely, and helped us identify ways to keep our costs down. He and his crew managed to get us scheduled right away and then replaced all of our ancient piping, two toilets, all our shower fixtures, and some other miscellaneous stuff in just two days. Wezee's is a member of the GSBA, and everyone who came into our home was great to work with and LGBTQ-friendly.

My toilet was running, I sent Otter an email and they responded right away and had an opening the next day , they showed up in the window time frame , we're polite and courteous, and professional. Evaluated my issue and gave me a reasonable quote. Had my toilet repaired within the hour. I highly recommend them. They are also a local company to maple valley which is important to me.

The tech that came out was very skillful and knowledgeable.  He was able to locate our problem in our sewer line, it was dug up and fixed in the same day.  Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly.  Great company with a very professional staff from start to finish.  I definitely recommend them!

We recently had a leak in the main water line leading to our home. Steve and his helper arrived on time and worked efficiently to get the job done. The price was reasonable too. I will definitely contact him again next time I need a plumber.

I hired B & J Plumbing for a master BR rough-in on seven new fixtures. Out of four plumbing companies, Austin walked me through every step. He ensured that my questions was answered promptly and he provided significant guidance towards this remodel.

The company is family owned and spans three generations of plumbers. Austin, the latest owner, is personally transforming and expanding the business with a stronger web presence.

My under mounted sink was falling and every plumber I called insisted I could do it myself. I'm fairly handy, but I hate taking a chance on plumbing (or electrical). Vortex was priced similarly to other plumbers, but they knew exactly what to do to fix my sink. They came out, took the sink off, stripped down the old adhesive, and reattached it. In 24 hours they were back to remount the remaining plumbing. With that, all was well.

However, after my sink was reattached I noticed that it was still leaking. The caulking wasn't done well. There were still gaps where water could get through. I chalked it up to the caulk settling, emailed Vortex about the issue, and they were back within several days to reseal my sink.

Except, even after this second time the caulking had gaps. This was pretty frustrating. After doing a great job attaching the sink, they couldn't get the easiest part right. I sent a subsequent email and just told them I was disappointed. Sent a photo of the remaining gaps and told them I'd fix it myself. After $600 to fix my sink, I shouldn't have to buy caulk myself, but during a pandemic I really didn't want people to keep coming in my house to fix something easy that should've been done right the first time.

If you want quality work, call now! A month ago, I made the call needing help with suspicious sweaty pipes in my laundry room. I called around 1pm and Tim told me Andrew could come out that evening. I was so wrong with all of my guesses, Andrew told me what I needed done (including the suggestion of a water heater versus replacing the intake valve, the one I had lasted 15 years) and didn't charge for the initial visit and diagnosis. I now have my new water heater and some of my other plumbing questions were answered.  Andrew will be back tomorrow to tackle one more item. I had been jipped by previous plumbers and had been leary and hesitant to research a new company. I am confident I found a company I can trust. Thank you for your expertise and service, I have recommended to all my family and friends!

I had an emergency situation on the weekend. I called four other companies, spoke to two of them and 2 weren't  available to do emergency work on that weekend and the other two I left a message and 10 hrs later haven't heard from them. In the mean time I called A Advanced, spoke to a real person who said they couldn't get anyone out for another six hours, evidently a lot of emergencies this weekend but they called in an extra driver to get the work done.
I was thrilled ... My tank had over flowed and ugh what a horrid smell!! The serviceman Damon called and let me know when he was a half an hour away, which I really appreciated! The service was more than I hoped to pay but in no way did I feel like I was swindled or ripped off. Damon was so knowledgeable, polite and professional - I give him TEN stars!

Toilet wasn't flushing, tried plunging​ myself, didn't help. Called Beacon Plumbing, they came ou​t within an hour. Took the toilet off, discovered tree roots, cleared them out, sent a camera down to make sure there were​ no further problems. They were super friendly, knowledgeable, saved me some money, and told me what to look for in the future to avoid future issues​ - all in 2 hours. Been using them Beacon for 10 years - always great service!!

Chris was super easy to work with.. He was able to fit me in the same day I called.  We just had a minor repair, but couldn't manage to fix it ourselves.  Now we have our sink back and a plumber who can do other types of construction/handiwork on our speed dial.. Thank you Chris for your prompt, courteous service.

RIPOFF ARTISTS: Hired these guys in Bremerton, WA to replace 2 laundry faucets and add an icemaker water line. The faucets were simple screw-out, screw-in affairs that (tech told me) took less than 15 minutes to replace. The house did not have a water supply at the back of the fridge space so he had to go down into the crawl space and tap into the main water line to run a supply. I almost had a heart attack when I got the bill for $1,706. I told him you must be freakin' kidding me - that's twice what the new refrigerator cost. He just shrugged his shoulders and told me they charge a book rate for the task regardless of how long it takes. I feel like I was genuinely ripped off by Robison Plumbing and there is no correlation at all between what they charge and the actual work they do. I don't care what they say, this is honestly an unfair price for the small amount of work that was actually performed (about 3 hours). I will NEVER hire this company again and advise anyone else to pay close attention to estimates and get comparative bids.

Overflowing toilet is not fun!  Beacon's service person showed up when he said he would, fixed the job quickly and left the area cleaner than he arrived.  I would use their services again.
