Best Plumbing Services in Seattle WA
Amazing business. Roto rooter declined to repair my sewer line, I called Green Planet Plumbing and they did repair it in a short notice and with a very good price. Recommended them to my friends, and they did jet cleaning of a sewer line, that they were thinking needs a replacement and saved tons of money

Jerry, what a great and honest guy. Called to set an appointment for some plumbing issues I am facing in my new house. He asked few questions via phone and told me how I can eliminate the bad odor that was coming from the sewer without he coming over. I did what he asked me to do and the smell was gone.

Ask for the new disposal installation. Responsive. Punctual. Finished the work quickly and cleanly. The price is very fair. Highly recommend them.

We had a deep clog in our washer drain. West Seattle sewer and drain was recommended by friends and I had met him before by chance... Bells went off ... I Liked this man when I met him. [ Bill ]
I called , spoke with Diane and made an appointment. he was on time fixed the problem and I can catch up on laundry.
I agree with whoever said he's honest to a fault . I won't hesitate to call him if I need a plumber again.

Dirt cheap plumbing is amazing. I don't normally write reviews, but this company, and specifically Angel, blew me away. Above being priced much more competitively than the competition, Angel went above and beyond to help me with other plumbing issues that were needed when my sewer backed up and flooded my basement. He and the entire team were very professional and expedient with putting in a liner for my sewer, but also helped me with leaks and flooding in the basement when the water mitigation company messed up and left incomplete multiple plumbing issues. Katheryn was also very on top and timely with payment issues. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Great experience! Ask for Daniel Blake as your technician. He keeps the work area immaculate, he is very polite, and extremely good at what he does.
Our second floor shower was leaking down to the first floor, soaking the dry wall in the ceiling. We called Mr. Rooter and they dispatched a technician within an hour. The technician explained the pricing up front before starting any work. After he opened the ceiling and diagnosed the problem, he told exactly how much the fix would cost.
He explained each step of the process to us and had the whole thing fixed in a few hours. It required more work than he originally expected, but he stayed true to the estimate he provided at the beginning.
Few plumbers do drywall repair work in addition to the plumbing work. While this was a separate charge from the pipe repair, Daniel did a fantastic job restoring the ceiling drywall to like-new condition. (He did a much better job than a lot of professional drywall repair guys would do.)
Mr. Rooter may not be the least expensive bid you'll get, but they stand behind their work and they are super easy to work with. And don't forget to ask for Daniel!
(Also, Mr. Rooter happily accepts all credit cards, which seems to be unusual on the Seattle plumbing scene.)

I had a shower that had been leaking for quite awhile. I was finally tired of it and called Maple Valley Plumbing. They were at my house in 30 minutes. The project was bigger then I had expected, but the tech did a great job and kept me posted throughout the process. I will call MV Plumbing the next time I need assistance.

Will just finished a 3rd plumbing job for us. Each job has been done exactly as needed and for a reasonable price. Will goes above and beyond great service to give fantastic service. It's hard to find reasonably priced plumbing services that are done so well. Actually, on the 2nd job, he fixed a problem that a previous, very expensive plumber had messed up. We'd hire Will again.

Sam is really great. I had an underground downspout get clogged. Sam was able to come on the same day during a big rain and got it fixed. He also explained to me what is the root cause and showed me other tips for how to maintain all the pipelines I have. Highly recommended!

We liked the work so much that Vortex did on our kitchen drain pipe (see below) that we had them come back and re-pipe our entire house's hot and cold water pipes. Our home had the original galvanized pipes from 1967. This which meant that the pipes were flaking (potentially a health hazard) and had a lot of mineral deposits - making the water pressure pretty bad. Baldeep and his team came in quickly and had a clear plan that reduced the amount of demo'ing they needed to do. Everyone was very nice, professional, organized, and did a good job following covid-safety protocol. I can now highly recommend Vortex for both big and medium-sized jobs.

Vortex did a great job replacing our kitchen drain pipe too: We noticed water leaking in bubbles in our drywall ceiling, opened it up, and realized the entire drain pipe needed to be replaced...stat. We couldn't use our kitchen until we had someone out to do the work (doing dished in the bathroom sink is not fun, let me tell you). Not only did Vortex come out same day to do an estimate - they came back the next day and fixed it completely! They were professional, nice, and went above and beyond to get us back up and running. Highly recommend.

Fantastic plumber he found the problem and fixed in less time than I thought possible. Without a doubt the best plumber I have ever used. Never a problem after his work (used him twice for two separate issues) I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work.

If there were ten stars available, I'd give them. Yesterday I was caught in a bind when a homeowner in a building I manage brought in a handyman to do a plumbers job inside their condo, then required me to cover when the handyman couldn't complete the job. Tech City responded to my urgent call in a professional manner using Covid required equipment and finished the job within a couple of hours of my call to everyone's satisfaction.
I've worked with Tech City now for a few years and can't say enough about their strong knowledge of plumbing and construction in general. I often receive feedback from clients I've sent them to and receive only positive feedback about how much they liked working with their team as well. Sure glad we met this group.

I contacted this company about scoping and potentially hydrojetting a clogged exterior drain. Their estimate ranged from $600-800 based on payment type. I wasn't sure if they could do the job, but they eventually offered to do it for $500. They couldn't scope or hydrojet the problem drain and they still charged me $500. So no problem solved and now I'm out $500. A licensed plumber wouldn't charge this much and I would probably have an answer to my question. I give 3 stars instead of 1 because the techs were nice

These guys were just awesome. I had been dealing with a leak for 2.5 months and 30+ different appointments with contractors, and the real issue hadn't been found. Finally our builder called Sean from ALD, and he quickly found the problem. Not only that, but Sean followed thru by giving precise instructions to the plumbers and the builder on his findings, and then he stayed in touch for a few extra weeks while we performed subsequent tests to verify after the source of the leak had been fixed. Sean clearly wanted to ensure that we had a great experience as homeowners dealing with a difficult situation, and he made sure the issue was fixed properly so that we didn't have another problem down the road.

I was really impressed with their work. They came in and did everything really fast and cost efficiently. I had an older toilet replaced, the kitchen faucet, and also a bathroom faucet. They came on time, came in and did the work, and got out fast. Everything is working great, and I was impressed with both the quality of the communication, their ability of fix anything they ran into (one of the sinks had an old, non-standard hookup that they worked around). All in all, I was really happy with the results and would hire them again :)

We recently bought a condo and there were so many things that need to be worked on, at a friends recommendation we called Price Busters Plumbing. I am glad I did. Mr Johnson came out, he was on time, fast, and affordable. The next time I need a plumber I will not hesitate to call him! Thanks so much!

The best part was the immediate reaction to my request. The serviceman was polite and competent. The price was on the higher side, but it worth it.

I contacted Duane based on his Yelp and Angie's List reviews. However, I had a totally different experience. He turned out to be the nightmare I didn't want, in the first place. He is very unprofessional. He came to my house to give me an estimate. First, I had to ask him to take his shoes off as he was getting ready to walk on my carpet that I had just paid over $500 to clean. The good folks I usually hire, make it a point to either take their shoes off or cover them up.
We got up early on a holiday weekend to meet with him and everything. He gave us an estimate and set up an appointment to come out to do the work 10 days later. Then, I called and left him a message as another toilet had broke and needed to see how it would impact the estimate. He never called me back until I actually called him again. Mind you the same had happened when I called to set up the estimate appointment. These are red flags I should not have ignored.
The day Duane was supposed to come out and do the work, he was a NO SHOW. I changed my scheduled and worked from home that day and he had the nerve to not show up. We had to wait 10 days with non-working toilets and he didn't even show up. I called him to find out if he planned on showing up and I got his voice mail box again, as always. He called me back later and left a message with some lame excuse. In case you didn't realize Duane, we are people with important jobs and we do not have time for your shenanigans! As a matter of fact no one does. Have respect for human beings. Period!
I, then, decided to do my homework and talked to several other plumbing companies. I found out that it would have been a bad investment to replace just the parts in these toilet as the brand had been discontinued due to its low quality and that even finding the parts would have been an issue. Geez... maybe that's why Mr. Duane decide to be a NO SHOW. I don't know.. and I don't even care.
I finally decided to invest in some great Toto toilets and the awesome plumber I ended up hiring made some really good money. The guy showed up the same day! He will be my plumber for life.
As for you, Duane, you and your wrench can go have several seats!

called for a leak under the kitchen sink. came in the time frame requested and on the same day as I called. after than down hill. supposedly fixed the leak then said I needed to replace the plastic drain piping under the sink and have you seen this drain? $ 700 later they left (price included waiving the $200 show up fee). only to find leak under the sink is now a deluge and one of the newly installed pipes also leaking. called again. first team missed the window they were expected and I had to leave. second team came so as not to inconvenience me for the weekend. they actually fixed the original leak in the groehe faucet (while trying to talk me out of that faucet) and then replaced the new pipe underneath since apparently it had been striped. but I got to pay another $200 for this call because the repair was only partially related to the earlier one. now I have bits of black plastic in my faucet and lower water pressure in the sink. but no leaks underneath. one star for showing up on time for the first, and a second star for actually fixing the original complaint. but $1000 spent on stuff that apparently I didn't really need (or so the second team implied. done with these guys. do not call them.

Expensive!! I was told that they do not have a set hourly rate and the charge is based on the job that needs to be done. There was no set rate per job so it sounds like they charge arbitrarily. Lesson learned. I will be sure to get a solid quote next time and definitely use a different company.
