HISTORY
Established in 2016.
Owned and operated a residential service company back in 1998, got out of the business in 2005 due to family needs. Started it back up last year as side business and now have decided to jump back in full time. I love to fix stuff and serve people, this is the best way I've found to do that.

I have been doing residential service work for 25 years right here in Snohomish county. Happily married for 24 years to Wendy, we have 3 amazing children that are 24, 21, and 19. I love to fix stuff and serve people and have been happiest when doing so in my own business. My business philosophy is simple...Take good care of your clients and your clients will take good care of you.

Brian came out and replaced an outdoor faucet for us. He was polite, professional and very honest. While he came out to replace that faucet for us, but I had a couple of questions about other things, and he took the time to take a look around and gave some advice about other projects we needed to do around the house, including ranking what was most important and the estimated costs involved with them.
I truly appreciate Brian and look forward to working with him on some of the additional things that need to happen to make our home safer and more efficient!

Had a problem with my furnace ! Called Brian he came out and and fixed it in short order. Watching him work he is a skilled tradesman and does not waste any moves.Really glad I did he is very professional and just a great guy. I will always call Brian first. He does not disappoint.
Gas hot water heater decided to quit Friday, looked for Plumbers near me. Brian's came up with a bunch of 5 star ratings. Called the number and he was out 3 weeks, but took pity on me. Doesn't usually work weekends but with 3 teenagers and this damnt corona virus, he came the next day, Saturday and installed a new one. Thank God, just washing hands in the ice cold tap water was merciless. He deserves all the 5 star ratings. Even reprogrammed my thermostat for furnace while he was here. Business is based on service, rare these days.

I needed a quick turnaround for our gas furnace and sent my request for a quote late Friday night. Brian reached out almost immediately and was able to come the next morning to take a look. I was REALLY impressed by how much time he took to troubleshoot and figure out what the core issue of our problem was.
We had another estimate from Bee's Plumbing & Heating and they barely were here for 5 mins and even charged us $99 for coming out.
We moved forward with Brian and he came and fixed our circuitboard as well as our intake motor. While doing this he even fixed some of the hacky wiring the previous owners did. It's obvious that Brian takes pride in his work and the quality of it. I highly recommend choosing Brian for personal, attentive, and high-quality care.

Brian helped fix a leaky faucet in my bathroom and did an amazing job! The faucet works like new. He is very knowledgeable about heating and air conditioning and wrote a fair estimate for installation of air conditioning. So glad to have found such a skilled person.
Brian was professional and honest offering several more affordable options that other plumbing companies didn't. His work was clean and he was on time. I would use him again. Highly recommend.

We had an emergency toilet overflow issue and got immediate response on a Friday evening. He shows up on time an fixed or issue within 10 min. Clearly a rue professional and someone who cares about his customers and doing quality work. He also has heating and air and we have a plan for servicing that was half of what we paid at a large local company who did bad work. We can't say enough!
Great guy and very knowledgeable, came when he said he would and fixed my water heater that was leaking. Took extra time to look around my house at additional items and provided his expertise.

Brian responded to our broken furnace quickly. Ordered a part and came back with said part within 17 minutes. Fixed the issue with courtesy, honesty, respect and high quality. We feel confident calling him for any plumbing or heating concerns. 5 or 6 stars!
We are in the process of remodeling our 1977 house. Our house is all original and needs a lot of work. We needed a plumber to help us with multiple jobs. He started off helping us fix a leaky outdoor hose faucet. We then relocated our washer and dryer, installed 2 heat pumps, 1 new furnace and upgraded our other one, removed our water heater and installed a tankless water heater. Brian came in with so much knowledge, help, suggestions and on top of all of that a positive attitude. He showed up each day with a smile on his face and happy to do the work. Brian is professional, polite, courteous and fair. Along the way we had some unexpected fixes that Brian was able to help us with, even coming in to work on the weekend. We highly recommend Brian.
