Resolute Plumbing and Heating

Jeff and his team are the absolute best. As first time homeowners, my husband and I have discovered plumbing issues created by previous owners that we had no idea how to address. Jeff has always been our go-to guy, and we appreciate his honesty, fair prices, and solid work. He has helped us prioritize which projects needed immediate attention and which could wait awhile.

On top of all that, Jeff is a super nice, super positive guy. When we need plumbing help, we're glad we can give him a call.

We had a gas leak that caused our gas to be turned off on a Friday night.  We called a different company and were given an appointment for the next day.  When that appointment fell through the next day, my husband and I were scrambling by afternoon to find another company who would or could come out and fix our gas leak on a Saturday afternoon/evening.   Jeff called us back and told us he was on a job but he'd give us an update in a couple of hours.  

When he called at 3:30, I was a little worried about how he was going to get the job done the same day.  He stayed until nearly 11 pm! His work was professional and very knowledgeable.  According the PSE tech, he did an amazing job and gave us a very fair price for the work he did.  I would certain call Resolute Plumbing and Heating again and recommend the company.

I called and left a message stating I'd had to shut the water of to my elderly mothers home due to a broken pipe within a wall.  Jeffrey called back in about 5 minutes.  I explained the problem in its entirety and he agreed to come immediately.  He was prompt, arriving about thirty minutes later.  The problem was resolved and the water back on in under three hours.  He brought all the parts and equipment he needed in his van on the first trip.  His fee for providing this service was very reasonable.  He was knowledgeable, courteous and proficient.  I would highly recommend!

A pipe broke in our house and Jeff was able to not only fit us into his schedule, but stop by in advance to make sure everything was ok and to see exactly what was needed. It's clear from his work that he won't put it in your house unless he would also put it in HIS house. Their workmanship is top notch and it is evident that they take extreme pride in their craft. I would trust their firm with any plumbing or heating needs in the future, regardless of the project size!

These guys are good!  Sharp, thorough and very honest.  They zeroed in on a lousy water problem resulting from a busted pipe in the wall of our master bedroom. Whereas other had quoted us $800 , Jeff did the complex job under $400.00
Jeff and team came across as honest, trustworthy and of high integrity.   I will hire them 100 times plus one all over again.

In the service industry its hard to find somebody who will give you a fair price and hard work. Jeff replaced my main sewer line at a reasonable price in a very reasonable time. He even made sure to make my lawn look nice after the job was done. I am thoroughly impressed with his honesty and craftsmanship and would use his services again any time.

We had a leaking expansion tank on our water heater. Looking for plumbers was difficult, no one could come out till the next day. Since the bucket for the leak was filling fast, we didn't want to wait to long. But Jeff called us with an hour and said that he would try to get to the house that day. Well, he did. He came in fixed the problem and was done within an hour. It was done professional and great workmanship. The cost was way more reasonable than we had been quoted by others.  Definitely be using Resolute for all future projects.

Jeff was referred to me by another plumbing company that was unable to help us out today. We've had an issue on-going since Saturday that we got some bad advice on. Once we talked to Jeff, he was able to pretty much pinpoint what the problem was without seeing, set up a time to come out within a couple of hours, and got all of the work done tonight. He was fast, responsive, and really pleasant each time we spoke. I'll definitely use his services again in the future!
