Mercer Island Plumbing

We are happy to report that Rob has retired and moved out of state. He had a great career and served our community well, but we will miss his terrific service.

I have called on three separate occasions, and not once have I even gotten a call back!

I understand if you're really busy, but even a text saying you have to book a few months out would be better than absolute silence.

We had a plumbing emergency last week and called Mercer Island Plumbing. We couldn't have been happier. Rob called us back immediately, fit us into his schedule within a few days, and even called Kohler Co. to get us a new free replacement part for our leaking faucet. In addition, he replaced our valves under the sink which were leaking all over our floor. What a relief to have an efficient, competent, and reasonably priced plumber come out to rescue us!  I highly recommend Rob, of Mercer Island Plumbing!  We will always call him in the future. I can't say enough good things about him!

I have hired Rob twice for some plumbing issues in my house. I am very satisfied with his services. He always returns calls in a timely manner, and he lets me know 10 minutes before he's arriving.
He keeps the worksite clean, and he keeps me informed every step he's doing so that I know what's going on with the plumbing issues. He's very courteous. I was a bit surprised when I received his thank-you note by mail after his first visit. Nowadays I don't see any other contractor who appreciate customers for the business by sending notes.
His price is reasonable, and he does work promptly. I would highly recommend him to whoever needs a plumber. Of course, I will call him again next time I have new plumbing issues.

Rob is the owner and plumber at Mercer Island Plumbing LLC. He is just fantastic. This is the guy to go to, in my opinion. I needed a toilet installed. Mistakenly called another plumber (see note below) and that guy came out and (even though the toilet was all ready to go, old toilet out, new supply line ready, etc) wanted $650. Flat rate, he said. WHAT?!   So, I called Rob at Mercer Island plumbing...he came out, did a PERFECT job, did it quickly and professionally and it was less than a quarter the price. This is the guy. Rob is the plumber to call!
One note...if you google Mercer Island Plumbing you might (like me) get directed to a website mercerislandplumbers.com They had pretty poor reviews (on Google) and for good reason. THIS IS NOT ROB...this is some kind of group that comes up on a google search and they're the ones who wanted $650 for a simple job. Stay away! Go with Rob. His phone number is: 206-236-9835

Excellent job on a repair, very reasonable price, courteous and cautious - wore gloves and mask and was knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!

Rob is very professional and efficient. He recently replaced a toilet in my home, and did a great job. He was also less expensive than other plumbing contractors out there.
Most contractors are not as prompt, professional, and easy to have in your home.

Just hired Rob based on a few reviews from other sites - and had a great experience. I found Rob to be responsive, honest and easy to work with, and he did a great job fixing the few issues we had with great communication along the way.  5 stars!
