Crescent Valley Plumbing

I just had Crescent Valley Plumbing LLC install a new Rheem hot water heater today.  He was recommended by another friend/plumber who retired.  I talked with Ed on the phone, told him what I wanted installed, and he came out today with the hot water heater and did a first rate installation.  Ed is extremely personable and friendly and competent.  I had the sense that I was being helped by someone who was honest, fair with his prices, and thoroughly professional.  In a word, Ed has integrity.  I will recommend him to my friends and I will certainly call on him for any future plumbing problems that might arise.  He gets a 5 star rating and my hearty endorsement.  Thanks, Ed.  Great job.  Russ E.

Read positive reviews about this company and decided to try them for a leaking water pipe.
I emailed a request for help on a Sunday, received a confirmation that they received the request and would reply shortly.
4 days later... crickets. If the job was too small or they were too busy, a simple response would have been acceptable.
Now looking elsewhere for help.

I can't say enough good things about this guy he is sharp and very knowledgeable and for the price of all the hard work he does is exceptional nowadays. Very down to earth great communication you can sit back and know the job is gonna be done right with awesome craftsmanship. Highly recommend

I have never used this gentleman, however I tried to make contact with him over two different issues I had at my residence over a eight month period. Not one time did he or anybody involved with this company did they reach back out to me.

I even got automated email's stating that they would get back to me shortly in regards to my issue. Now, I am sure that he does good work, and like most other companies probably overwhelmed with work at this time.

But to not even have the courtesy to call back or text back either time is a sign of somebody that does not deserve to have yours or my loyalty. Do yourself a favor, and move on to the next person who willing to make you a priority.

First time Ed came out to replace a toilet, we thought he was great. However, we have called to inquire about two further jobs and after leaving messages with his wife, he never calls back. That delays us, as we didn't know whether to look elsewhere or not, which we eventually did. We're very happy with the new plumber.

Ed is absolutely AMAZING! We were without water because the shower was leaking and we removed the valves. I live an a 1920's home and the valves we needed were not sold or made any longer. I needed to replace all of the plumbing for the shower. We called Ed, he came super quick to look at the issue. Within and hour or so he was back with all new fixtures for the bathroom. He replaced everything within two hours. I was so surprised at his prices. They were so reasonable. I feel very lucky to have found his number. I will always recommend him to anyone who needs any plumbing done. He is excellent. I will definitely be calling him soon for other projects. To top it all, Ed is super friendly. Great customer service!

I can't recommend more highly you call Crescent Valley plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. I just had to have my water heater replaced after the release valve failed & it was pouring water all over the ground outside. Ed, the owner, was a great guy and a pleasure to chat with while he worked. He never try to overcharge me or nitpick about this & that. He quoted a great price and did superior work. I will only ever be calling Ed back for anything that I need when it comes to plumbing

Ed is fantastic!!  He has now helped me twice.  The first time was when I had an emergency...a leak in the walls.  He came immediately even though it was a holiday.  The second time, this past week, he came to help me again.  He is efficient, fair priced, and kind.  I would recommend him to anyone and will use him again if and when I am in need.

Stop your search for plumber and call Ed at Crescent Valley Plumbing. I can't say enough good things. I called him based off the hordes of positive comments in yelp and yet again my fellow yelpers did not steer me wrong. Ed was incredibly friendly, honest, professional and skilled. We had all our galvanized plumbing redone. Ed was quick and reliable and our plumbing works better than it ever did. Just like the smart consumers we are we shopped around and had 3 plumbers give us a quote. Though they all had roughly the same plan, Ed quoted us the best price. We felt confident choosing him and he did not disappoint. Ed even went above and beyond and fixed the upstairs shower fixture free of charge. It's good to see business conducted the way it should be...customer focused. So again...save time and call Ed.

I wouldn't use any other service at my home or my rental. Ed came when promised and did the job quickly and for a good price. Then he came back the next day to fix something else and the price was even better! Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, professional are all adjectives I would apply to Crescent Valley Plumbing.

I've been lucky enough to know Ed for nearly 20 years as the ONLY plumber I'll call.  He's knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and reliable. His good character shows in how he runs his business and I've recommended him to others with the same results. I've worked with him on complete remodels, as well as repairs. We had to replace the thermostat on our hot water heater and were fortunate enough to get Ed from Crescent Valley Plumbing.  After replacing the thermostat he was kind enough to check out our well house and change the filter on our pump (although he's not a pump guy; I know that because he told me).  Upon awakening the following morning (Saturday) we discovered our water flow had evaporated.  In a panic, I called Ed and he was nice enough to come out and take another look at the well.  Long story short, it was the filter obstructing the flow of water.  So, if you're looking for a plumber who will go above and beyond to help out his customers, even when its not his area of expertise, then Ed's your guy.  I'm putting together a list of good contractors for my area and Ed is definitely on it!

Ed is the best....    I looked on yelp for advice on selecting a plumber to fix a water leak in my basement.   We had to turn off the water supply on Sunday night and on Monday, I called several plumbers who could not see me as Mondays catch the sunday problems... I called Crescent Valley Plumbing to see if they could come out that day.... Presidents day, a holiday.  Ed told me he was booked up but would come out later at night after he was done with his job in Lakewood.   Around 5 pm, Ed came over.... and tried to help me.   He couldn't as the leak was outside the basement stem wall and required major excavation to get to the pipe on the outside of the the house.   Ed tried to find an excavator that night for me and although he came out in the night, after hours, and way out of his way, but because he could not fix it that night,  he said no charge....WHAT????  who does that????   He is obviously a true gem and I highly recommend him....     Thank you Ed

We were referred to Crescent Valley Plumbing because our former plumber retired, and they highly recommended Ed. Not only did Ed do incredible work, but he is super personable and nice to talk to!  Our house was built in 1895 and has many challenges, but he handled them with no problem. He does new plumbing installation and older homes--he does it all--and very reasonably priced. We will definitely call him again when we need plumbing work done!! You can't go wrong with Ed!

Ed was kind enough to rearrange his schedule at the last minute to come by our house last week.  We were positive we heard water behind the bathroom wall and couldn't locate the source. We didn't think it wise to wait so we called Crescent Valley Plumbing.   Ed found the problem. Turns out it was a continuously leaking garden nozzle by the garage.  Fortunately, there was no leak inside the house.  Ed replaced the nozzle/pipe and now everything works beautifully.  He also answered some of my water heater questions as well.  Ed obviously likes what he does for a living and it shows.  We found him easy to work with and his rates very reasonable.  We highly recommend Crescent Valley Plumbing.

I contacted Cresent Valley regarding a faucet problem in my kitchen.  They promptly returned my call, asked good questions and scheduled an appointment.  The owner even asked me to send a photo of the problem to save time and effort in the resolution.  i have had many experiences with plumbing services, but Cresent Valley was by far the most professional, efficient and affordable service that I have ever received.
