Our Water heater over the weekend gave out and started flooding our garage. We called PacWest and
Justin was super quick to respond. The next morning Justin was at our home with a brand new Water
Heater replacement. He was straight forward, honest and informative throughout the entire process. I
used PacWest a few years ago for another plumbing emergency and they did not disappoint then.

Justin did a great job installing a new water heater for us. It works great, no problems. That's what we all want, right? Recently I had a contractor out to check on the systems in our house and when he got to the water heater he got very enthused about how well it had been installed. He pointed out several things that really impressed him. He actually went on and on about it. This contractor is a well respected expert in his field so his high opinion about Justin's installation was a major kudo to Justin and PacWest Services.

PacWest was recommended to me by a friends and they've been great! I've been working with Justin, who's honest, friendly and does quality work. I tried installing a door slab myself (which was a mistake), eventually I gave up and called PacWest. Justin came over and quickly fixed my mistake...the door fits perfectly now! Luckily, it wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be and will definitely be calling Justin for future home improvement projects!
Also, I had an electrical project (installing a ceiling fan) and call Justin. He recommended an electrician that he trusts and we've been working with that electrician ever since!

We recently had a leak from our water heater tank and need someone to help us replace the tank. We found PacWest on Yelp and talked to Justin. He was very helpful, responsive and professional during the whole progress. He and his team did a great job installing a new water heater tank for us. I recently used PacWest Services for a clogged drain line that caused some flooding in my rental home.  

Justin answered his phone after 6pm and was very professional; he explained his fees upfront.  When he arrived at the job site he was punctual and friendly.  He went over the job in detail, explaining all that would need to be done and quoted me a price that was fair based on our situation.  Plumbing issued fixed!

PacWest was the perfect solution to our master bath problem!  Our built-in corner tub started to leak, so we had to move our Spring 2016 master bath remodel to Winter 2015.  Our redesign included moving existing tub plumbing, as well as expanding our current separate shower and moving its plumbing.  Rough-in plumbing was beyond the scope of our DIY experience, and that's when we called Justin McNally and PacWest Services.  

Justin worked with our homemade design plan and timeline in a professional (and friendly) way.  After our demo, he and Aaron got to work moving drains, vent pipes, water lines, and shut-off valves.  They also replaced and patched drywall superbly.  Justin reframed the shower (with niches and added framing for handrails), shower curb, and installed a Hydro Blok system to prep for our DIY tile installation. He also plumbed the rough-in for our shower system with an 8 inch head and handheld sprayer.

Justin and Aaron did a great job with our remodel.  They cleaned up after themselves each day and took great care of the living areas beyond their worksite.  Justin provided a fair cost estimate with detailed scope of work and invoices that met our expectations.  He was able to work within our flexible timeline, and always arrived when he said he would.  They both worked a full day, diligently, and treated us in a personable and friendly way.  We were able to discuss cost, plan variations, schedule, and recommendations for products openly and with ease.  

We highly recommend Justin and PacWest Services.  Justin is honest and knowledgeable---which put us at ease and made him our top choice for our plumbing and remodel needs!  We look forward to having him return to help us finish installing our vanity, toilet, tub, and shower system once we finish tiling our floor (completed) and shower (needs a few more tiles and grout).  The holidays and the loss of an extended family member have delayed our DIY timeline, but we are back on track and excited about seeing (and using) our finished master bath.

Pac-West was the plumbing company who handled our plumbing upgrades for a kitchen remodel.  From that project, we hired Pac West to do other upgrades in our home.

Justin was professional and had excellent and thorough communication at every step of the job.  He gave us timely and detailed explanations of all his decisions and his work.  He was conscientious and has high attention to detail, while working quickly and efficiently.  

We feel we received a reasonable price for quality work.  And we would recommend Pac-West without reservations.

It's not easy finding good help, so it was amazing that we found PacWest. All the positive reviews prob freak people out but seriously, they're the real deal.

I needed some plumbing services done at my house and called several different plumbers around but PacWest was bar far the best. Other companies tried pressuring me into making appointments immediately or wouldn't provide me any type of rough quote unless I paid them $100 bucks to come out, where they would reiterate that the cost would count toward the cost of the fix. That's a lose lose situation of time and money.

The PacWest folks though, had me send them pictures to assess the situation and gave me details of what the situation was and what needed to be done with a fair price. What makes this even more amazing is that you don't have a random plumber coming over to see the situation for the first time and then realizing they can't get the part (Rotor rooters did this to us and had us wait for 3 weeks - we ended up canceling and finding the part on our own in a few days).  

We got help fixing something in our shower and also the kitchen disposal with the piping replaced. They did an amazing job and cleaned everything after, leaving it like they were never there. The quality was also great and Eric made sure to triple check all his work before he left. Also, I love working with down to earth people, so that made everything so much better.

When it comes to people delivering services to your home or business like plumber, electrician, handymen, etc - the biggest thing is trust.  Trust in the work that needed to be done, trust in the work completed, and trust in the amount charged.  

Like all other yelp reviews, there is some skepticism if the review is overwhelmingly positive -
but PacWest helped us out when we needed a faucet and an old sink replaced.  The work was completed and everything was fine except for one thing - we didn't like the new eyewash eyelet and insisted on the old one be put back.  The new eyewash eyelet was included in the estimate and we have already paid for it.

Initially, I thought I would just put the eyewash eyelet for sale on ebay or amazon.com - but I discovered that the model is usually sold via wholesaler for commercial plumbers to install... so it's really hard to sell an opened one.  So, I contacted PacWest and said, Hey, can I return this eyelet?

Long story short, PacWest got me the refund for the eyelet and sent a check back for the full amount.  I personally had forgotten about the eyelet after just a week or two - but I didn't have to call them repeatedly, I didn't harass them.  I asked, returned the part, and they did as they said they would.  

There was wait for the work I needed done but that's because the work was non-urgent and the sink had to be specially ordered.  But they arrived on schedule on the date and time that they said they would - can't ask more than that!

On another matter - I was installing a gas BBQ at my home porch and couldn't get the gasket off with the pliers and wrenches I got.  I was resigned to not being able to pop it open and wanted PacWest to come install my gas BBQ for me.  I sent them a text asking for help, and they said they can schedule me a time, but suggested a couple of special wrenches that would work.  I borrowed from neighbor and got myself set up that night.  Wouldn't have happened without some helpful advice from PacWest.

Anyways - I highly recommend PacWest.  I think they're solid in what they do and will use them for all my plumbing needs in the future - whether it's commercial or residential.

Pacwest services has been our go to plumber from the moment we moved to everett and our dishwasher overflowed sewage. Recently we had the best of luck with our washer dying and when moved it out noticed the water heater was leaking too. Within two days pacwest had installed our new water heater. I've always found their service fast, and reasonable.

We contracted Pac West to perform a side sewer line replacement. It was a burly job and they knocked it out in 3 days with a small crew. We were so satisfied with the work we immediately contracted with them to replace some DIY'ed sections of copper and galvanized water supply with new PEX supply line. Justin and his crew really know there stuff and they are certainly hard workers. Thanks Guys!

Justin and Eric were very polite and professional when helping me with my small kitchen sink job.   Justin even advised me over the phone to check for some simple things just in case it was a problem I could handle myself-  I appreciated that.  Had it been a 5 minute job, a lesser plumber might have been happy to charge me full price for something I could have done myself, but PacWest protected me from that.  

I did end up needing their assitance, but they were kind and up front about their cost.

My water heater broke and I had to start looking for recomendations. I was able to gather a few numbers and after calling and quoting with a few options I decided to call Pacwest services.

Justin was quick to answer, quote and clarify all my questions(which were many)! He was in my house in a few hours with a brand new Bradford White 50g heater , which he installed right away.

He cleaned, verified and made sure I was happy. I was so satisfied, I decided to come back and post my recomendation in case someone needs it in the future. Great guy... !

This is the 2nd time Justin and his crew helped us out of a plumbing crisis and the work was as expected, superb!  I would go around recommending his company to people on the street if I had the time. They are timely, efficient, honest, trust-worthy and extremely knowledgeable. Justin is great to work with!

Following my yelp review Eric texted and called me wanting to come to the house to explain and clarify. He came out explained the warranty, confirmed the model number of the two water heaters we bought and rewrote the invoice with labor and parts costs. Although we paid a pretty price Pac West got the job done quickly and will warranty their products for six years.

Had a great expirience with Justin and his team today. Called in for a leaky P-trap and had it repaired all in the same day. My husband and I felt in good hands with Pac West and will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs. Bonus: they were super friendly towards our baby and dog.

We called Justin on the referral of another friend (who also had a full kitchen remodel and was a satisfied customer) to get an estimate on rough-in for our new kitchen and to install a couple of new toilets.

He showed up on time and got a bid back to us that evening. He was very detailed in his explanation of work to complete, gave us options for installation of the ice-maker and the overflow for the dishwasher, gas line, etc. We asked his opinion several times and are thrilled we took his suggestions.

On rough-in day, they arrived and got to work. They cleaned up after themselves, when one of the toilets I ordered had a broken part, that was taken care of and I learned that it is best (and often less expensive) to just buy through a plumber rather than on-line! The work was impressive and Justin clearly explained everything he did.

Our toilets were beautifully installed with no mess left over whatsoever.

Justin came back to install our fridge, faucet, range and dishwasher. Once again, he did an incredible job and put up with us chatting with him while he worked. It may sound strange but it was a fun experience and I am grateful to find a plumber that I trust and know has our best interest in mind.

Justin runs a top notch plumbing company. He sent Eric and Tyler out to do the plumbing on my remodel. They were here for 4 days and not only did an outstanding job but were also really nice guys who worked extremely hard. They showed up when they were supposed to and I felt entirely comfortable leaving the house while they were here. Eric and Josh had a lot of integrity.

I can't say enough good things about Justin and his team at PacWest.  My husband and I are DIY-ers who tend to have some ambitious ideas.  The latest was to demolish an existing bathroom, convert that space to a powder room, and create a master bath from a small bedroom and some of the space from the old bathroom.  Justin came in and helped us realize our vision.  He and his team did great work on a pretty challenging project.  They came up with some good ideas, helping it turn out even better than we could have hoped for.  If you have plumbing needs...or are planning any type of remodel project, I can't recommend Justin and PacWest highly enough.

Justin came on short notice to replace our standard toilets with elevated ones.  He was very pleasant and informed, as well as informative.  He explained his work and answered my questions.  Since the toilets had to be installed on a marble surface, even with his good care there were some scratches.  Justin dutifully pointed them out to me but we don't blame him.  Marble is a poor surface for a bathroom floor and the little scratches hardly show.  Justin worked efficiently and charged a reasonable price, including for the time he spent picking up the new toilets at the supplier's warehouse.  Since I want to hire him for some future work, he took a moment to look at those jobs and gave me good advice about steps that I will need to take.    My only hesitation in recommending this EXCELLENT plumber is that he will get too busy to help me when I need him!

We had a major disaster in our plumbing. Pac West to the rescue. We gave Justin the key to the house, moved to a hotel for a couple of days, and came back when he said, done. The job was done, everything was clean, and we are very, very pleased. We will hopefully not need Justin for this kind of work again, but if we do have a problem, it's good to have someone you can trust as a person and who you can trust to get the job done. To replace my kitchen faucet, I called several plumbers in the neighborhood. All of them quoted astronomical prices (one quote from a well known plumber was much more than the cost of the faucet). Only Justin offered me the right price and offered to come on time. His work was professional. He came and fixed it in an hour.

Additionally, he educated us on the shortcomings of the faucet. Subsequently I had forgotten to get the invoice, which he emailed quickly. Overall, a great plumber. If you are looking for a no-nonsense plumber who doesn't break your bank, Justin is your guy.

Justin is the guy I call whenever I need help. He's fixed my sink and my toilet. He's given me lots of advice and saved me a lot of money. When I need anything in the future I'm gonna call Pac West. Really clean and professional work.

I called Pacwest on Thursday afternoon about a leak, and within 24 hours, the leak was gone. Extremely professional and courteous. Justin had no problems explaining the process of repair to me while he worked. I could not be happier with the timeliness and quality of service that was provided. I give Pacwest 5 stars and will recommend them to anyone I know that is in need of a their services. If you are in need of a company that has your interests in mind, this is your guy. Get the service that you deserve at a reasonable price. I can't be any happier with the outcome of the service and repair.
