Best Bathtub in San Jose CA

We had three old toilets with various issues, none that flushed well. Leaking, weak flush, flushing on their own..... and we had a hard time finding replacement parts for the old things. We hired Giovani and Sam to do the job. They installed the sleeker looking elongated toilets on a Saturday evening. We commend them for their dedication, Giovani's wife just had a baby that morning-- Congrats! Now all our toilets flush great and our bathrooms are much upgraded and improved. The only regret, we didn't do this much sooner. Thanks again!

Victor from EJ just came out to fix a clogged up kitchen sink. Prompt and came on a last minute call. Expensive but I know little about what others charge. We were happy with the experience.

Loved that they all have their masks on. Trieu is very professional and nice. After he unclogged my kitchen sink, he stayed behind cleaned everything and explain to me what's wrong and how to prevent future clogging. Great price and great service.

Working with Eddie has been great.  We needed to replace our sewer pipes and Eddie was professional and patient and walked us through the whole process.  Midway through the process, our main water line broke which had nothing to do with the sewer pipe replacement, though we didn't know it at the time.  Still Eddie came out and diagnosed the problem and helped us contact the city to get it fixed.  Finally, he came out to finish the job on XMas eve because that was the only day where there as a 6 hour window without rain because he needed to repave some concrete.  He did all this while remaining cheerful, professional, and informative.  Highly recommended.

Ed was really helpful and fixed our plumbing problems! He provided me with options and suggestions for fixing our slow drainage across the toilet and sink . He didn't rush through and did the job diligently . I highly recommend his services

Khan and his assistant Bobby (I think that was name) helped me with a toilet unclog and replace job a few months back. They were able to pick up the new toilet at Home Depot, unclog the drain with a large snake and replace it all in 1.5 hours for a very reasonable price and good quality workmanship. Khan gave me a deal on the price and preferred a yelp review over a tip. I trust his judgment on all plumbing related issues. While he was working, his phone was constantly ringing with new customers asking for his availability, it was impressive on his ability to multitask. Khan is great to work with. Thank you.

I called first thing Monday morning and they said they would be out between 2 - 4pm but would try for earlier if they could. They showed up at 11:15am and had the problem taken care of with in 30 minutes. They were clean, respectful, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I also liked the 60day guarantee. When I need to have the drains unclogged again I will call on them.

We had a decidedly mixed experience with Water Quality Plumbing -- but all's well tha ends well.

The bad: We hired Water Quality to fix a problem with our shower diverter.  While attemptng to remove the part that required replacement, the plumber broke the part.  As a result, he had to cut through our tile to get at the part and cover the hole with an ugly metal pipe.  Following the repair, our water began running rusty throughout our upstairs.

The good: Water Quality worked with us to petition the HOA to authorize a copper repiping to deal with the bad pipes and rust issues.

The bad: Following the repipe, we still had rust coming out of our tub faucet.

The good: Water Quality sent guys out twice and eventually fixed the problem (for no extra charge).

The bad: In the course of the repiping, our stopper assembly in one of our bathroom sinks was jarred loose.  Because of rust in the assembly, it could not be re-assembled.

The good: Water Quality installed a new stopper assembly at no additional charge.

The bad: The drywall texture patching following our repipe was absolutely terrible.

The good: Water Quality sent someone out to examine it, agreed it was unsatisfactory, and arranged for it to be redone within the week (at no additional charge).  The texture now looks great.

Bottom line: We had quite a few problems with Water Quality's work over the past few months, which at times was frustrating.  However, I was consistently impressed by Marty's (the owner) willingness to acknowledge when mistakes were made, and to do whatever it took to make it right.  In the end, everything is back to shape, and we are pleased -- it just took a little longer than we had anticipated.    Taking pride in one's work and a willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction is a rarity these days -- Water Quality is an exception.

Vic is a super professional plumber! He's very responsive, honest and fair, and takes the time to explain his plan in details. We used his service a couple times over the years and would highly recommend his services to anyone in need for a plumber!!

This is an overdue review! Santos cleared my kitchen drain quickly and he was very professional in his work and interactions. Great guy, great work. I found him on Nextdoor, and he had lots of wonderful reviews there, too. So relieved to know I can call him the next time a plumbing issue arises!

I sent out a number of requests for a quote on a new water heater.  Tino was prompt to reply and provided a phone number for me to call.  When I explained the situation, Tino was very helpful.  Not only that but he was sympathetic and understanding while maintaining professionalism.  I felt that he went out of his way to accommodate us while also offering his best price.  Communication via text (to provide ETA, etc) was excellent.  

I highly recommend Mission City Plumbing and will be sure to call Tino again should I have any other plumbing issues.

Takai at Hightop Plumbing did an outstanding job installing a new water heater for us.  I discussed with him the job at 5PM and by 3PM the next day he was onsite working on the installation.  He discussed with me all of the work that would take place to get our 30 year old heater replaced.  His work was high quality and we are very happy with his communication throughout the whole job.  We will be looking forward to hiring Hightop Plumbing for future projects.

We had a shower that was really clogged and a couple sinks that were starting to get clogged. Ivan was able to come by same day and help get everything snaked and cleared for us. He was a nice and respectful. Would definitely use him again.

We had an emergency situation with a pipe that broke in our house. Jaime was very responsive on the phone, gave us advice on what to do while we waited for him and arrived within 30 minutes to resolve the situation. Highly recommend him for any plumbing needs!
