Best System Maintenance in San Jose CA

Best Buy delivered my new washer and come to find out they were unable to install due to old piping . I needed my washer asap since I have a pile of clothes that need to get washed. When my husband called J & K plumbing they came within the hour and replaced and installed my new washer in 15 minutes! These guys are awesome! They will be our go to plumbers from now on!

Guy on the phone is deaf or something and doesn't know how to talk to customers.

Owner should fire him.

I thought calling top rated company meant I'd get service. Not a clown on the other end.

Conrad from Able is the nicest and most competent plumber I have ever dealt with! He fixed the problem with our two clogged sinks in Cupertino  right away! Will definitely Call Able and ask for Conrad when I need a plumbing expert!

Our house had a gas leak that our initial contractor couldn't locate the leaking spot. Anthony stepped in, found the spot, and had it fixed within the same day. He also came in early the next day to set up for the city's gas inspection. We passed the inspection super smoothly. We really appreciated Anthony's quality of work, he's also very easy to communicate with. Five star well deserved!

We have found our new plumber!  Our sump pump went out and our prior plumber said they were booked for the week.  I contacted Mr. Reliable and Carla gave us tremendous service.  She carefully took note of our issues, recognizing the urgency, and got us on the schedule that afternoon for Tony.  Tony came at the promised time and figured out that we needed a new sump pump (actually, an ejector pump) and went out and found the right pump later that afternoon.  He recognized that, without the ejector pump, the downstairs toilets would not flush.  He called and set up a time to install it the next day.  He brought plastic sheets to protect the floor (it was a very messy job) and got everything working again.  Spectacular service from Carla and Tony.

These guys are awesome!  Moises Gracia is a great person. He just found the problem in 10 min and fixed it quickly. No extra charges. I trust these guys.

I really appreciate the quick response time. They were able to come out on the same day that I called. Shay/Shane (sorry if that name is a little off, I may have misheard) was very nice, professional, and did an awesome job fixing my problem (I screwed up my water heater thermocouple when I was trying to drain and flush the heater). Our kitchen faucet started with a drip which over time stopped working altogether. We had no water coming out of the faucet. We sent out a Yelp request pretty late on Sunday night, and got a response from Andrew within minutes. He came over the next day, checked the problem and told us we need a new faucet and gave us a quote for the job. He came the next day and got the new faucet installed with no hassle. Will definitely call them for any future plumbing issues.

Awesome company, honest and they really know their stuff. I'm in South Bay, one night I have no hot water so I started calling places. I got a referral for Bellows, they scheduled for the next day understanding the situation I was in. Peter Cornwell arrived exactly on time, he called 15 minutes in advance too. Super knowledgeable guy, right away explained what he thinks the problem is, the galvanized pipes got clogged, but the heater is fine. Peter then changed them and in no time we have hot water again! Now, before calling Bellows I've talked to several other companies, all others right off the bat wanted to replace the water heater. Thanks to Bellows & Peter I can get few more years from my water heater!

It's Labor Day today and this morning I discovered that the hot water hose on the top of my water heater was leaking! I called Adrian, sent him some pictures of the issue and he arrived within 45 minutes. His quote was more than reasonable. He replaced both hot and cold water hoses at no extra charge. Very friendly, professional, excellent customer service and truly dependable! I highly recommend him.

Vince is very professional at his work and 24*7 approachable guy for any plumbing issue at your house.

We had an issue with the  garbage disposal and pit trap twice.  
He was so responsive and prompt to come and solve the issue on the very next day.

He was very patient and took the time to explain us the source of the problem and  everything he was doing to fix it.
He answered all my questions and gave some precautionary measures to follow which were really helpful.

He only charged the basic service fee.
He is a very friendly and well natured person with always a smile on his face.

He is the go to person for any plumbing service in our house.

Also, Vince offers a reliable warranty and he stands by it.

It was Christmas season and we noticed in the night time that our pit trap was broken .

He came the very next day and replaced it with a new pipe for free!!

They came by within the week and were able to fully install my water softener and whole house water filtration system.  It's working great with a neat and tidy install.  I wish I had the time to do it myself but these guys were the next best thing!  They even brought salt for the install!

Our water heater broke yesterday. No hot water and there was some flooding in the garage. I'm so glad I called Active Plumbing this morning and spoke to Majid. He came out a few hours later and replaced our water heater. Such a relief that it was taken care of right away. Majid was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. Mike Counsil Plumbing contacted me quickly, scheduled a technician to come to my home to see the water heater, and answered my questions about the various water heater options. The technician gave me  a no-surprises estimate before he started the work.  Mike Counsil uses highly rated water heaters. They did an excellent job on the install, I was happy to get a competitive price which also included the permit. A very professional company and their GM, Patty, was very helpful!

I do property management work and was very fortunate to have come across  Pacific Coast Electric, Heating & Air and given them a call. I'm not totally sure this is the right branch for the review, but I needed someone to check on a thermostat and HVAC system in Pacifica. I was scheduled quickly and professionally, and the service provided really helpful customer service like giving me eta text notices and a picture of the scheduled technician that was coming.
The tech, Noah, was great- he was knowledgable, and even though the original trip was just to take a look at the thermostat connection, he went ahead and completed a HVAC diagnostic for me, checking temperatures coming out of the registers as well as digging inside the furnace after seeing an old service notice on it that raised his concerns, just to see if there were any deeper problems.
He gave really useful information and provided me with estimates for routine maintenance as well as upgrades if wanted, but I never felt like I was being pressured into taking on services.
I was very happy with the service provided and would definitely  recommend Pacific Coast Electric, Heating & Air.
