Gary did a great job for us.  Fixed the air gap problem... put in a new outdoor spigot... and tightened another leaky spigot (no extra charge).  Did it all quickly and affordably.  Super easy to work with.  Will be calling EJ again when we need plumbing work done!

Edgar was here to find a water leak... which he found in 10 minutes.  Edgar could have drawn this out for hours, but his integrity and superior training and company ethics did not allow him to cheat me. I paid $100 plus tips to Edgar and Juan for their expertise.

I'm  very satisfied with the work done.   Arrived on time, thoroughly completed all repairs and were professional and efficient.

Martin arrived on time and fixed our toilet tank leak that we told him about.  After he left we noticed a leak at another point in the tank (it didn't leak during his inspection even though water was filled; the leak took some time to be noticeable).  We asked him to come back and he promptly did, fixed that leak, made sure everything worked to our satisfaction without extra charge, and left us his number .  He was very polite throughout both visits and didn't try to sell us expensive repairs/replacements.

J&K was superb!!! Courteous, helpful and explained everything that needed to be done with our water heater repairs.  We decided to proceed with a new water heater from him after he made several positive recommendations and suggestions.  He even installed it on a Saturday!  I am going to keep J&K as my plumber and plan to have him replace my Grohe shower cartridge as soon as I get the part. I would recommend this company to anyone!

One of our toilet sink got leak last week (Friday) and I had to call several plumbing companies around and all was busy and  no one could come to fix it last minute . This guys showed up right after we spoke on the phone . My friend used them and he gave me their number to call.  I was expecting to pay a lot but they did it for twice cheaper then I was planning to pay. So far so good and our sink is not leaking anymore , recommended

So . . . for starters, Eddie never showed up at my place. . . we talked on the phone a couple times. . . He talked me through the problem i was having until he understood it completely, then gave me a couple of options for how to repair it (with an emphasis on functionality, not price). . .
And then after all that, even though he usually doesn't go to Morgan Hill, he said that if I couldn't do what he suggested, he would send one of his guys out to fix it. . .

Very honest (like his name says) and unlike a couple other quotes, he first wanted to understand the extent of the job before giving a quote. . . Based on his input, some additional input and a little research, i was able to fix it myself for a fraction of what it would have cost had I hired somebody.

Just moved into a house and this was our first plumbing service. Taunted by the price I actually did my homework before requesting service for the toilet tank leakage. Edris, from Right pluming came right away and he had the part with him that needed replacement. He actually gave some tips for some common issues that I can I fix without having a professional Plummer which was really really nice :-) Overall, I am happy with the service and the price was not expansive.

My downstair toilet started leaking and when we found out it already leaked into crawling space underneath. First I thought it was slab leaking which implicates a much more complicated work than just a clogged toilet. I was very concerned when I contacted Khan, but he immediately put me at ease by assuring me that he will take care of the issue.  And yes indeed he did it, Khan and his crew immediately identified the root cause and fixed the issue in 30 minutes. I was able to smile again, and to be honest, I was never that happen when looking at a running sewage.

Tino was punctual at coming to my house at an agreed upon time (within 3 hours of my initial inquiry) to provide an estimate for a leaky water valve going into the house. The quote was fair and the repair was done that day. Tino was very professional with his work.

Takai at Hightop Plumbing did an outstanding job installing a new water heater for us.  I discussed with him the job at 5PM and by 3PM the next day he was onsite working on the installation.  He discussed with me all of the work that would take place to get our 30 year old heater replaced.  His work was high quality and we are very happy with his communication throughout the whole job.  We will be looking forward to hiring Hightop Plumbing for future projects.

When our kitchen sink backed up and was completely clogged, we needed a plumber right away. Alex from Super Plumber Rooter Service responded to my request very quickly.
