UPDATE: Today, nearly a year later, I happened to open the hatch that houses the pump, and was delighted to find my long-lost bucket hidden deep under the floorboards. José must have left it there while he was working and then inadvertently left it there when he sealed up the hatch.

We had last used Tromborg Royal 2 years ago. At that time their work was skillful and their price very reasonable.
This morning I left two messages for Stanley, received no response, and around midday made arrangements with a different plumber.

Advanced plumbing is who you need to call for all your plumbing needs. Nick came to my house and was not only professional but he was honest. Good prices, great work and most of all knowledgeable. He explained what happened why it happened and advised me of the differences in parts and prices of parts. I couldn't have asked for more in such a stressful time. Anyone can do a job but not many people make you feel like your problem is the only one and give you a great customer experiece. Thanks Nick!

Two weeks ago, our old water heater stopped working. It was pretty old (15+ years) and was in dire need of replacement. Our landlord called up Garcia Plumbing, they're known for doing great work. Garcia Plumbing Co. showed up quickly with an associate and was able to fix the problem really quickly; they did a full water heater replacement within a few hours. Greg did a great job explaining the problem clearly to us. In addition, he notified us of a latent problem with the old exhaust pipe: it was broken and fumes were entering our garage. This problem was fixed as well. In addition, they were very mindful of the shelter in place order and kept two meters distance. Greg also clearly explained to me how to restart the heater in the event the flame goes out. Nice people.

We've had warm water for two weeks now and we're happy with the job they did! Would recommend to anyone.

We called Luis when our new home's toilet was leaking from the bottom. Within 15 minutes he was at our doorstep investigating the problem. Luis and his partner were extremely friendly and knowledgable. They quickly found the cause of the problem (pipe clog) and worked hard to resolve it. It definitely was a tough job, but they were in and out in a couple hours. How did 3 pine cones ended up in our lines? No clue.. We are SO thankful for Excalibur. They fixed the problem fast and we'd hire them again.

We had to do some electrical work, wall painting and some other. Bedr came to take a look and provided us with an estimate, and a timeline for the projects to be done. All projects were done with a high quality. Bedr is extremely punctual. Is is easy to work with Bedr as he is a fabulous communicator. It is  challenging to find a handyman who is knowledgeable, can do all kinds of projects with a high quality and accuracy, intelligent and a great communicator. Bedr possesses all these qualities.  I will go back to Bedr for all future handyman projects.

Steve was very helpful and walked us through what turned out to be an easy fix to get our bathtub running again. He was honest and friendly and we will definitely work with him again.

Saul and his team came out to repair a backed up sewer drain a while back, and I asked them if they knew anything about tankless water heaters. They came up, had a look and started working on a plan - because of where our water heater is located and how it was (improperly) installed, it was not a straightforward job, but he and his associate were happy to try to tackle it. When they came out to do the work, they were great - professional, friendly, respectful (they wore booties over their shoes without me asking!), and did a great job. I can't recommend them highly enough - and it's great to know that we have a great plumber incase we need them for anything else!

Edgar is a meticulous craftsman. The tankless water heater installation he and his assistant did for me yesterday is a work of art. Of the six contractors I had bid on the job, he was the most reasonably priced while also understanding better than the others the particular challenges of my situation.

Zayah was on time, knowledgeable, asked enough questions to make sure we were on the same page, but was unobtrusive and efficient. He diagnosed Missi ng parts we needed, took a quick trip to the store in my behalf, and replaced our disposal/repaired some broken sink plumbing quickly and cleanly. Strong recommend!

Great customer service- since my original review they have installed central air-conditioning and today they fixed a small problem on short notice.

JAC is AMAZING.  She was my Christmas miracle this year - Kitchen faucet started to geyser on the Sat before Christmas..
She calmed me down on the phone so I could shut off emergency valve reaching from my wheelchair.  She came right over & fixed it.  She really went the extra mile working hard to fix my faucet instead of just going to a replacement solution.  I am so happy to have a professional plumber with great integrity in our community.

Wait, it gets better...  Fast forward 34 hours & the fixed faucet starts to geyser again. The repair just could not maintain. So  early Monday (Christmas Eve day) after a quick distress call  to Jac, she got out of a sick bed to pick up a new faucet at Home Depot.  Incredible service!  The new faucet was soon installed & tested & I was back in business.  Amazing plumbing skills and customer service!  Factor in this busy time of year and I really  am especially grateful to Jac and fellow YELPers whose reviews helped me connect with someone of her caliber in my hour of need.

The technician, named Bella, came to check out my water heater after so many failed attempts from the other places. She suggested I needed a new water heater since all the parts were replaced, but it still wasn't working properly. She noticed there was an inner gas leak, which the other plumber place failed to notice. She knew exactly what she was talking about. That same day, my water heater was replaced and installed.

I called Wizard Plumbing to come and fix my toilet, it has a large basin and tends to take a long time to fill up.  Freddy came to assess the toilet and told me that since the basin was big, this is how it should work.  He adjusted the water flow, to help in saving some of the water usage.  He was friendly, knowledgeable and I will call them again and do recommend him.

Called alansi to look at constantly running toilet. Turns out the other plumbers who came out installed  a defective fill valve. They changed it, installed a new connector and made some other updates. I would have started with alansi in the first place but they don't provide service after 5pm. Appreciate all their hard work though

Amazing quick service for an emergency sink leak. Answered right away and were able to send help out that arrived in under an hour from calling. Danny and Juan were very helpful, efficient, and friendly. Quickly identified the problem and were able to fix it quickly.

These guys are amazing and have helped us out with a major below slab plumbing issue for a fraction of the cost quoted by other companies.  We have used them yearly for sewer lateral clean outs to keep our old plumbing clear and will definitely use them when we finally need to replace the whole thing.  Very trustworthy!  Told us we did not need to do major work even though it would have made them thousands of $.  That is the kind of company you want to keep using and tell your neighbors about.  Would highly recommend!  Very satisfied every time we have used them for our plumbing needs.  Great company and great people!

Second time  in working with Dave Costello at Heise's plumbing..(first  time was replacement of sewer lateral and second time was replacement of four water heaters) responsive in  timely manner, excellent work, and reasonable prices, not the lowest but well worth the quality of the work.  Greg, the plumber worked both time, pleasant, efficient, and definitely well qualified.  a pleasure..no hesitation in recommending this company.
