AJ from BeastBay plumbing did an exemplary job putting in a garage sink for us. Polite and professional, he took on a hard job: there was previous owner / amateur work to deal with, and difficult framing. Yet, AJ got the water and drain pipe extended, and he did it with a smile. Highly recommended!!

Oh, I'm so sad.  I've called these guys a few times and they were mostly okay. I will also say that they were really really expensive and the last guy broke a pipe he said was old and then charged me for it and also for the labor to fix it.  I paid $300 for an advantage agreement that would make it cheaper next time, supposedly.

And then I found out the owner gave a big donation to support Prop 8.  I can't possibly give my money to a business that uses that money to take away other people's constitutional rights.  So I wasted $300.   This is all very depressing.

We bought our home in 2006 and the previous owners of 30+ years highly recommended them for any plumbing and heating problems with the house.   My water heater gave up 2 years ago and Luis came out and banged out the job.  Recently I had a issue with the pilot light and no hot water, called Tromborg (7pm) and they were here no less than 15 minutes assessed the issue, replaced the faulty part all within 45 minutes.  Family owned business and they treated me like family, these guys are AWESOME!  If you are not using Tromborg for your heating and plumbing then you probably paid too much and got crappy service.  Do yourself a favor and call them NOW if you have any plumbing or heating issues.

I was very happy with the service from Advanced Plumbing. They came when they said they would come, did an excellent job, cleaned up afterwards, and gave me a 90 day guarantee. If my kitchen drain backs up again within the next 90 days they will come back at no charge.

His name is Joven. He is an extremely reliable and conscientious plumber. He came to my apartment. Cold call. Arrived within 35 minutes. I live in the Haight. He found parking and came directly to my front door. He fixed my clogged toilet. I had tried every remedy you can think of. Nothing worked. He took his commercial augers (snakes) and unclogged my toilet in no time. He even fixed the water level of my tank so that more water is available when I flush. He was just great AND cheap, or rather extremely reasonably priced compared to all other calls I made. He is the choice to make. I couldn't have wished for anything better. I got the perfect outcome.

Great Great Plumber. Really knows the deal. He is the real deal. Prices are 100 times better than I had expected.

Two weeks ago, our old water heater stopped working. It was pretty old (15+ years) and was in dire need of replacement. Our landlord called up Garcia Plumbing, they're known for doing great work. Garcia Plumbing Co. showed up quickly with an associate and was able to fix the problem really quickly; they did a full water heater replacement within a few hours. Greg did a great job explaining the problem clearly to us. In addition, he notified us of a latent problem with the old exhaust pipe: it was broken and fumes were entering our garage. This problem was fixed as well. In addition, they were very mindful of the shelter in place order and kept two meters distance. Greg also clearly explained to me how to restart the heater in the event the flame goes out. Nice people.

We've had warm water for two weeks now and we're happy with the job they did! Would recommend to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about the work Edgar and his assistant have done! My wife and I just bought a home that needed some plumbing work. Edgar was easy to get in touch with and came out to fix one smaller item (replacement of an S-trap with a P-trap under the kitchen sink) and to give us an estimate on the rest of what needed to be done. His work the first time was excellent, and he just finished the second, larger job of installing a new toilet, replacing a faucet, and getting our water heater up to the standards of the city inspector. All of the work was done in a timely fashion, with care and attention to detail. Where there were items that came up that weren't in the initial scope of the estimate, he informed me of what the issue was and the additional time and parts needed - and he had all the parts on hand. I'm certainly not looking forward to my next plumbing issue, but at least I know who I'll be calling!

Joyous day- our household no longer leaks!

We first asked Zayah over to replace a pair of showerheads that were installed forty years ago and completely stuck on. He took care of us rapidly and efficiently, then took a look at the seven sinks we had that all were leaking. Based on his advice, we ordered appropriate faucets for all of them and asked him back.

That's where his work began. Our plumbing was a DISASTER. We had drains that fell apart when touched and handles that broke when turned. Significant time spent cutting out old drains, replacing angle stops, and having to go out to the local hardware store for necessary parts. (Such as the unexpectedly new drain. We'd already planned to replace four of the others and were prepared for those. Sigh.)

Zayah was amazing and worked us into his schedule as he could, especially given the expected and unexpected needs of our project. His rates are phenomenal and his work ethic top notch. We can't recommend his work enough!

Excellent plumbers: they show up on time, get the job done right and finish on time and are courteous and clean.  I've used them many times without any surprises.  I just had a water heater replaced.  I'm sure I could have gotten it done cheaper but it's nice to know that I'm in good hands.

She's a old school FIXER who wields a pipe wrench like a ninja. Paco's a good scout too, trained and ready to roll no matter what. They plain and simple find the problem, explain the sitch and go to work. Get the picture?

The technician, named Bella, came to check out my water heater after so many failed attempts from the other places. She suggested I needed a new water heater since all the parts were replaced, but it still wasn't working properly. She noticed there was an inner gas leak, which the other plumber place failed to notice. She knew exactly what she was talking about. That same day, my water heater was replaced and installed.

I came home on a Friday evening and found a water heater leakage flooding my garage. After making a few calls based on a yelp search as well as the sticker on the water heater, Steven from Wizard was the only one who agreed to fix it the same evening. He was also the only one who talked with me about the specifics of my situation during the call and gave me a specific quote, whereas the others either gave me a price range or said they would take a look the next day. (In fairness, none of the others offered 24-hour services in the first place).

So I went with Steven. He arrived within the promised time and completed the work well while being courteous and pleasant the whole time. I asked about his dinner and learned that he had only had some leftover cake for the lack of time. Thank you very much Steven for putting a customer's need first! I would definitely go with Steven again for future plumbing needs for the professionalism, courtesy and convenience!

That's all I need in a plumber as a project manager. They're one of our vendor partners and our main go-to plumber in SF.

I decided to go with this company for a clogged drain based on the yelp reviews. I contacted them and got all my questions answered, quote was given and offered me their drain special without rushing me off the phone. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Fernando called to make sure I was home before he arrived. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Fernando was able to fix the problem and explained what the problem was and what caused it. I will definitely use them again.

These guys are amazing, competent and honest. We had one plumber tell us we had multiple offsets and needed to pull a new sewer line. Scott came out, put a camera down the line and found that we did not need to replace the line. He came out did all that as part of the free estimate. His estimate was $0. How often do have a pro come out and tell you that you really do not need to do the work.

He knew all the codes and requirements for our area. Showed up on time and was smart and courteous. They certainly earned a customer here. I will hire these guys in a heartbeat for any plumbing work they will do.

Had a plugged shower drain I couldn't unclog for the life of me.  My drain snake wouldn't fit, and the old trick of baking soda + vinegar + boiling hot water didn't do a thing.  Time for Heise's, who I've used in the past.

They came out and professionally snaked it for 45 min, got all the junk out and the water drains fine now.  Their plumber was as friendly and professional as could be and the price was right--thanks again Heise's!
