My Main line clogged in the middle of the night and caused a severe flood in my downstairs bathroom. Better B plumbing came and literally within minutes had the line cleared and even educated me on signs to look for to avoid any future problems. Prices were affordable!! Drains were backing up at my house.  JC Serwer & Drain came out the next day and quickly diagnosed the problem.  James the owner, had the city of Stockton sewer dispatcher on his cel phone and speed dial.  He called the city on my behalf and they were out in less than 30 mins.  The city crew was fast and efficient and had my drain cleared in no time.  Thanks James and the crew at JC Sewer and Drain Plumbing.  Fast, efficient, knowledgeable.

After water started backing up into our toilet and bathtub, Abraham and the crew came to check it out that same day. They provided immediately action and a depth diagnostic. They later came back out to fix the outdoor pipes that had been damaged by the tree roots and aging. They worked efficiently and a great price. Honest reliable work. Highly recommended!

Needed to have our dishwasher installed after the original company fell through.  Leo was able to come out and do it that day and for a very reasonable price.  He also noticed our dishwasher air gap on our sink was not installed correctly and fixed it with no extra charge.  He really seems to care about his work and doing it right.  Highly recommend.

So my kid's shower was over 40 yrs. Old, tried several times to rebuild. It's time to update that part. I checked F.B. got a few recommendations & called one. Got an answering service, that's a huge red flag for me, that is an added business expense that you pay for. Also got burned by a co. with a answering servicw. Called Ducks, he immediately set up a date, we got a txt. to let us know he was running late, no biggy. Showed up, got busy . Was very professional and super nice. He guarantees his work, I highly recommend him. I'll post again when he comes to do my house soon.!

Very responsive, reasonably priced, charged only for time spent resolving the problem, not assessing it. A winner, IMHO.

Have called Erik a few times over the years and he is always quick and reliable. Honest and will charge less than a quote if he over estimated. Collegial and professional. Is always our go to first call in plumbing issues.

The water supply line to our toilet randomly broke off and flooded our bathroom, and these guys made it out in about an hour. They quickly replaced the line and made sure everything was working as it should, checked the rest of the house for any other possible issues, and were very knowledgeable in answering all of our questions about our pipes, water heater, sinks, etc. Super nice guys, and they're good with dogs! I would definitely use their services again and would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

Update *****I recently hired Joe to do some plumbing work (change out a hot water line, remove/install a dishwasher, unclog a shower drain, and fix a sink drain). As expected from my initial interaction with him, it was easy to schedule a service appointment. He showed up on time did the work quickly and thoroughly... and charged me A LOT LESS than other plumbers I had contacted for bids. He is ABSOLUTELY the real deal! Thanks Joe!!!

We used Figs Plumbing and we regret it. Daniel did not meet contract agreement. They installed bathtub, toilet and vanity. They failed to connect the vanity sink drain and it started leaking. He did not show up for couple days to connect it properly. We set appointment a week out to have tub shower door installed. We paid him the contract ageement amount which I wrote on check that it included the shower door istall and he then changed his mind and said it would be double what he originally agreed to. We decided to move forward and he calls the night before and stated we needed to find someone else to install it. He recommended a guy to install tile and the tile guy left areas without grout and medal framing not seated. Portions are not level and parts sticking out where someone could actually get cut.

Our toilet started leaking from underneath and it was Labor Day weekend. I found Doug on Yelp, called and left a message. He called me back within an hour or two and came out the next day on Sunday of a holiday weekend to fix our issue, no questions asked. He was quick, knowledgeable and very friendly. Will definitely be contacting him in the future for any of our plumbing needs! Thanks Doug!

I gave Oly a call and he came out to look under my home to check on what I was told was a slow ongoing leak by a termite inspector. Oly climbed under my home and told me there was no evidence of a leak and he saw nothing of concern. He was an upstanding and honest business man. I was already sold on the fact I had to get some work done and he could of easily upsold me on any work, but HE DID NOT. Oly put my mind at ease and told me I could call back with any other questions that I may have. I highly recommend him for any plumbing issues and definitely will call again for any future issues I may have.

I was told there was no charge to get a free quote. I was charged $125 to show up. I was grossly over charged to install $100 worth of parts in an hour, $620 to be exact. I will not be using them in the future

We have been waiting on this company to provide parts to fix our heater for a whole month now. We literally have a baby and are using a space heater to stay warm at night.

Weekly calls to check in don't seem to make a difference. Could not recommend LESS.
