update! I had an emergency plumbing problem, the city turned off my water due to having a water leak that was beginning to flood my street.  he was able to come out very short notice and give me a temporary fix that allowed me to have water overnight and came back the very next day to fix the leak!. no more leak and water is working perfectly. another A+ from me.

I have never written a review but the service Darrel provided was so excellent that I wanted to let others know about this company. The company was responsive immediately to my phone call and I was set up with an appointment. Karen, the person taking the call, was helpful and made sure I was kept up to date on the arrival time. Darrel was professional and was able to complete the work in a short time. There was a glitch with the Yelp coupon but the company took the responsibility upon itself to make it right even though I told them I would pay the full price and get it settled later. I could not have asked for a better experience especially when things go awry. I will definitely use VanGo Rooter again and again

Abraham and his team were on time, courteous, and communicative in the sewer line replacement work that they did at our recently purchased home. In times like these, where it's now all too common to have vendors and contractors not even return your call or email to inquire about services, it was refreshing to receive the service that we did from U.S. Trenchless. We'll absolutely reach out to them again when/ if their services are again required.

We had a minor toilet overflow at the base of our toilet downstairs. After calling a few places that would not be able to come out until the next day or week. We found Precision Plumbing and Leo was able to come within 2 hours. Leo and team showed up early and took care of the issue by removing the toilet and replacing the toilet wax ring and snaking the outside sewer pipe that had a clog.

About a week later we noticed another small leak that I was able to catch in time that did cause another big problem. I gave Leo a call and explained the issue and he came the next day on Sunday at 7:30am on his off day to fix the issue. The culprit was another clog near the sewer pipe. It's great to have a reliable plumber and someone that takes care of their customers. Highly recommend Leo and team!

Found this company browsing through Yelp! Well guess I can give my review. To bad I couldn't give them 5 stars like everyone else has. I called and nobody answered. I did receive a call back pretty quickly which was very nice! I talked to Ted and told him my toilet and tub were clogged. He then proceeds to ask me questions and asked if I live in a older home! I said yes it's an older home,. He says * That's a job for Rotor Rooter* I said aren't you open 24 hours!! He says yeah all my guys are busy and booked up right now! Oh really but you can ask questions and find out it's an older house and send me off to someone else! Your 26+ years of Experience shows a lot Ted... I'll definitely be glad to take my business else where!!  If you have a older home this is definitely not your guy...

Outstanding work. Water purification system installation. He came on time, work was completed as requested in a timely matter and looked better than i expected. The cost was as stayed the same as estimated. He also has a very pleasant demeanor, very professional.

Our Company's bathroom was clogged and as much as we tried, we could not unclog it which then led to backups in the pipes and into our sinks. Went on yelp to find a plumber. Called the first few and most of them said they could not be here until 3 hours. With it being Xmas Eve and working half day, we needed someone right away. Hoping we would get someone near us, we called A1 Greer Family Plumbing and thankfully they just finished up a job around the corner from us. They came here pretty quick, took a look at our situation, told us what needed to happen and they  got to it right away. They probably finished it within an hour. Pricing was not too bad either. Have called Erik a few times over the years and he is always quick and reliable. Honest and will charge less than a quote if he over estimated. Collegial and professional. Is always our go to first call in plumbing issues.

I hired Abe Lincoln Plumbing to replace a thermo couple on a hot water heater. They did a great job - fast and friendly.
They charged me $600!
They offered to replace the 40 gal water for $2600!!!

Just before a trip to the south, I incurred a plumbing emergency. AJ Plescia managed to slip me in the schedule to resolve my problem. The plumber showed up on time, rapidly corrected the issue and was a gift of competence and care during  my moments of distress.  I highly recommend this professional.

Major clog in our kitchen sink. We snaked, we draino'd... it was bigger then we could deal with. After calling Elk Grove's first two listed plumbers. I had one that said Since it is after hours, we will call you shortly to asses whether it is an emergency. I was called the next afternoon to be told they were not available for 5 days. The second plumber went to voice mail on both phone lines and didn't call me until the following day, about 15 minutes after I called Stillwell, who answered their own phone line, and though he had a busy schedule, stopped by to snake our sink and free us of 3 days of no kitchen sink. Polite, prompt and more then reasonably priced... Stillwell should be your FIRST call, over any others.

These guys just came out to hook up our kitchen sink and appliances after a counter top install. They were so nice and efficient! Clearly extremely knowledgeable and it was obvious that customer service is important to them. I will definitely be calling Figs for any future plumbing related needs!

Our toilet had a small leak under the tank. I called Doug and he came out the next morning. He was super friendly & professional. Leak fixed in less than 30 minutes! Plus he was nice to my dogs, which is always a plus!

Detail Plumbing was great, they were able to come out the morning after I called to install a couple toilets.  Everything is working great.  I would definitely use them again.

Rarely do I feel like a real gullible customer, but I do have service remorse.   Zeb worked us like a pro and we overpaid for our service. Our appointment date got moved up a day and therefore we didn't get an estimate from another company.  Dumb.  The positive is that Zeb is capable and the repair seems to be effective.  The negative is we paid far too much.

Our water heater was not staying lit. It's eight years old. We had a guy from Bell Brothers come out to try to fix it. It cost us $80 for a diagnostic. He said it would cost 900 or more to replace the part that needed fixing, $2000+ for a new water heater and $5000 for tankless water heater. The prices were astronomical! I called a friend from PG&E. He came over to look at the part,  called Slankey Brothers, gave them the model number and SKU number and ordered the part for $70. He went to pick it up right after he ordered it, came back and installed it in an hour.
The guy who came out was polite but that's all I could say about them. $80 to overcharge me for something, and potentially try to convince me to get a new water heater is bad business and a money scam as far as I'm concerned.
I called them to let them know and they wouldn't refund any of the $80. There's the icing on the cake.
