Best Water Heater Repair in Sacramento CA

My kitchen sink was clogged and I got their number from the neighborhood app. They were able to unclog the sink but the cost was very steep considering it took about 20 minutes. However, the job is done and I am happy they were able to unclog my drain.

I want to say first this is one of the best plumbing company's that I have dealt with,and I have dealt with many being in real estate since 2004 in the Sacramento Area'' They arrived on time in uniform and were very professional, and polite'' I have been dealing with main line problems off and on for over a year'' Well to put it simply I am happy with the result of there work'' I cant recommend them enough''

My technician jake was awesome and fixed my toilet fast. I will highly recommend them and use them for all future plumbing needs. Plus they didn't over charge like other companies do. He was done really quick and now my toilet works normal again.

Robert was supposed to do a small job which ended up being more work due to previous work that was done to the pipes. He went to Home Depot to buy everything necessary and got the job done within the time frame estimated. I would definitely recommend miracle works plumbing and drain.

The water main into my house was leaking under the lawn in my front yard, and I called Precision Plumbing, and Leo, who I believe is the owner, arranged a time the next day to repair the leak,  He and his workers found the leak and repaired it as efficiently as possible.  The price of the repairs seemed reasonable and Leo was knowledgeable and seemed very honest.  I would call upon Precision Plumbing again without hesitation.

I used Ducks for a new tankless water heater and HVAC install. Alex was professional and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond for his customers. He was always willing to answer any questions I had even months after the install. I have recommended him to neighbors and family and we all love working with Ducks.

When we bought our home, it was a bank-owned property that need some minor plumbing work. I contacted A1 Greer based on the reviews here. Michelle does an excellent job with communication and she always let us know exactly when the plumber would arrive. They do exceptional work and provide no-nonsense advice. They installed a new toilet, a new kitchen sink which I bought at an Oakland Chinatown hardware store at a great price based on the plumber's recommendation, an earthquake safety gas valve and they extended a gas line to my dryer. As long as I live in the Bay Area, they will be my plumbing service provider.

I've relied on Erik several times over the years. He provides straight answers. His work for me has included irrigation systems (steel, pvc), isolation valves (brass, steel), and pool filler valves. He's replaced old frozen flared kitchen and bath fittings from the '60s with new hardware that somebody can actually turn.

Paul came out to inspect a leak. They were quick to respond and very professional. Although, we ended up not needing a service by them Paul went out of his way to help me find contractors that could help me out and was very kind. Overall great experience.

Tony came out and quickly fixed our plumbing problem. He's honest and is really experienced in  his line of work. I called him after an overquote from Roto Rooter and saved hundreds. Thank you!

Call to ask for a quote to come and help me take off a stuck hose for washer machine. He told me to save my money and gave me step by step process to help me out! Not many business out there that are really for the customer only for the money! 5 star for not just trying to get rich! Honest work will bring more 5 stars and more referals and business!  Keep up the good work!

Figs has become my go to for all plumbing services.  Great service, quality work, reasonable and honest prices.  I've been in a pinch a few times needing plumbing services and Daniel has always gone above and beyond to find time to fit me in.

Our water heater failed on Saturday night and we awoke to a flooded basement on Sunday morning.  We called 6-7 plumbing/heating businesses and no one (but one) was available to help us on a Sunday.  Even the businesses with answering services just told me...sorry no one on call today, call back tomorrow.  REALLY?  Why then have an answering service?

Enter Doug.  He called me back within an hour, asked about the dimensions of our hot water heater, arrived with a new appliance, installed it, and gave us sound advice about our electrical wiring and installing a sump pump.  All this at a very reasonable rate and less than what we would have paid on a weekday.  

We have a new plumber!  This is how service should be!!!

Lack of follow up and somewhat rude. Did not select to do the work, so quality of work may or may not be good.  Pricing seemed on the high side of normal.

Not much to say on this one, I'll just tell it like it is:
- The water company came by, and left a message that we had 5 days to fix our leak, which was likely a main-line leak, or there will be a fine.
- I needed to get someone out there to check it out, quickly!.  
- I called Boyd Plumbing (they are listed in Angies List, and have decent ratings, even on yelp!)  
      - at first I was thrilled that I got through to someone, after all, it was a Sunday.
Though I thought their process is a little odd, but that's how it goes when a company gets to be their size... no real complaint, it was just about the call back process.  

Anyway...
They got over to the house quickly, so I'd give them a recommendation for that, but that's as far as it goes.

The guy that came over said I had all sorts of leaks, however to really understand the scope of the problem they would need to do a full diagnostic which would run *at least*  $750.   Which, they were clear would NOT include any repairs or correction of the problems.  

While thinking that one over, I called another company J&M Plumbing, they came over quickly as well, and it didn't take them long to realize the leak was not even from my property, but rather from the neighbors one door up!

Thank you to J&M, I will recommend these people for sure - and a kudos to Craigslist versus Angies List (where I found Boyd!)

So far so good. These guys have been punctual, thorough and professional which seems to be rare in the trades these days. Keep up the good work and we'll keep coming back!
