Duane and his crew are the BEST plumbers in town! I had a major incident the day before 4th of July. They came out the same day and fixed everything. After, I thought I heard some leaking, and they came out two times, just to double check everything and provide me with reassurance. They are very knowledgeable, highly professional and have reasonable pricing. I would call the guys first, if you need a plumbing job done. Highly recommend them!!

Sully came out and replaced my garbage disposal last week, excellent customer service! The installation was quick, and he was honest and  upfront about pricing. 10/10 recommend

It was nice of Jeff to come handle a issue that turn into more issues lol  well 1st off I wanted a laundry box  I did my homework Jeff was the 5th company out for estimate.  After hearing everyone telling they view of what needs to be done and if my issues would come back or not I  felt like Jeff was clear and honest with my issues and the process of how and what he was going to do . Having the break down was clear and what he was there for to do . I'm happy with the work I will continue to reach out for further work in the house for the future.  Also Dustin his partner was just as professional in his work ethic thank you both gentlemen hopefully I won't need much more work but if I do I know who I be calling .

Excellent service and very quick response. I was able to make an inspection appointment within 24 hours. The tech showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. Ross was great to work with and I would highly recommend them.

We found Precision Plumbing to remove our old water softener and install a new unit. It was technically challenging, but they were able to figure out a good configuration that saved space. Unfortunately there were some leaks that we encountered along the way, but they were very prompt in returning to fix them, no questions asked.  Very thorough and professional and we appreciate their hard work.

Ted's phone number is his cell phone so you don't have to go through answering services or a formal scheduler. Ted answered the call on the first ring and even though he was busy at work for another client, he told me he could fit me in to today's Friday afternoon schedule.  Perfect response as the first plumber I used previously could not fit me into his schedule for another 3 days and I didn't want to be without use of my kitchen sink through the weekend.
Ted has been in the plumbing business since 1988 so he knows what he is doing.  His pricing is fair and I feel much more confident hiring a plumber rather than a handyman just to save a few dollars; loved Ted's comment about cheap is not skilled and skilled is not cheap! Only disappointment was that the disposal being replaced...seals broken...was only 2 years old and will not recommend a Whirlpool disposal to anyone!  Ted recommended and installed an Insinkerator Badger 5...same horsepower but much quieter and smaller than the junky short life Whirlpool.  Will use Ted's Plumbing for future plumbing needs as my prior plumber requires advance scheduling and Ted's pricing seems lower than Linck's.  Linck's is the plumbing business that recommended and installed the Whirlpool disposal.

I called to request a technician to come out and repair what I thought was an issue on my hot water heater, Alex thoroughly and patiently walked me through a telephone troubleshooting process, which ultimately got my hot water pilot back up and running. This shows he's honest and trustworthy, which was comforting to someone who is a new, first time homeowner. Will definitely use their services if/when needed, again.

I read the reviews on Yelp & decided on Greer because it was a local, family run business.  I called at 8:00 a.m. & by 9:00 Ben was at my door.  He was friendly, courteous & fixed my clogged drain within an hour.  He even gave me tips on how to prevent this from happening again.  Although it cost $150 it was well worth the quick, efficient service.

During my home purchase, the home inspector discovered a leak under the master bathroom sink.  After the sellers failed to repair it, my realtor said he would send his guy--Erik with Strom's Plumbing.  First off, Erik did not show up.  He sent his young son, who walked with with a wrench (no tool box, no business card).  After he left, the sink still leaked.  I called and when Erik said he would send his son, I said I wanted to see his son's plumbing license.  Then Erik said he would just show up to prevent the hassle.  He took a look at the sink and said he could not see a leak.  When I told him that I felt water along the sink hose, he said 'yeah, the hoses might be old.  I guess I could replace the hoses, but I don't have that part in my truck.  Do you want me to get that part?'  Yes, yes I would.  He purchased and replaced the hoses and walked out the front door.  No closing conversation, nothing.  Really frustrating to have to manage the entire process, especially during such a stressful time.

My shower suddenly wouldn't turn off, I had my neighbor who is usually able to fix anything and everything come over to check it out and he unfortunately didn't want to mess with it because he didn't have the tools he needed to do so BUT he recommended Abe Lincoln Plumbing. I called and the man who answered was extremely polite and helpful and they gave me the first available appointment they had! I had to be at work when they were able to do it so my lovely mother came over and she told me they were in and out in a half an hour and it was so affordable!!

He seriously saved the day. We had a leak coming from our toilet line. I tried to fix it on my own and just made it worse. Couldn't turn on the water to the house without the bathroom flooding. It was later in the evening and I didn't know what to do. Thank God AJP responded to my desperate plea lol He came out right away and fixed everything. My bathroom is like new again. I recommend this company to anyone in need of an excellent and knowledgeable plumber.

Best plumber ever!!!  I will never use another company again. Having been ripped off by Bonney in the past, I stumbled across Joe and crew and have been so impressed by them.  Always do what they say, when they say.  Honest about what needs to be done.  Super quality work.  Now, if I could just find such a top notch electrician lol...........

I came home yesterday evening to find our downstairs bathroom and adjoining laundry room flooded.  I traced the flooding to our downstairs bath shower drain which was overflowing with water even though that shower hadn't been used in months, and no one had been home to use the toilets or run water in the sinks all day.  After mopping up all of the water on the floors. I tried, unsuccessfully, to clear the clogged shower drain with Drano and plungers.  I realized I need a professional, but I did not know who to hire.  So I went online in search of a plumber in the Carmichael area.  Based on some very positive reviews on Yelp, I contact Fig Plumbing.  It was after their normal hours, and not an emergency so I agreed to have someone come out the next morning.  Daniel, the owner, showed up around 8:30am the following morning and soon discovered that the problem was either a broken pipe or a serious clog.  Either way, the problem presented a set of unique challenges due to the fact that our split-level house was built partly below ground so that the downstairs (and the sewer pipes that exit our house run below the main sewer line at the street), and the fact that we had no outside sewer cleanout near the house - only the one near the street. With some creative thinking and hard work, Daniel and his assistant, John, eventually cleared the blockage and got the drains operating better than ever.  I am thankful that I contacted Daniel.   He was extremely professional and his fee was very reasonable for the amount of work he did. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone in the area who need a highly competent plumber.  Thanks Daniel, you are the only plumber I will call next time I need one!

Our toilet had a small leak under the tank. I called Doug and he came out the next morning. He was super friendly & professional. Leak fixed in less than 30 minutes! Plus he was nice to my dogs, which is always a plus!

I called to get my slow-draining tub fixed and Oly was here in less than an hour, charged me less than half what Roto-Rooter wanted for an appointment next week, and taught me how to clean out my unusual drain the next time it happens. Good guy, good service, very fair prices. Will absolutely use Detail again.

We've been having issues with our guest shower having rust come out of the faucet. We've been avoiding getting it done because the first plumber that we contacted for an estimate said all of our pipes needed to be replaced because they were old, and also was a really hefty price quote. Once we saved up some money, we got a few more quotes. Some were extremely high and some said we would not have water for several days while they were getting the work done. Boyd was a recommendation from an old plumber that I worked with in the past so we called them too. When Zeb came out, not only were they the lowest quote, but Zeb was very knowledgeable! He said that the pipes hopefully didn't have to be replaced at all and that getting a new water heater should do the trick. Sure enough, when he came out a couple days later, replaced the water heater, and the shower was running clear again within a few hours! He also gave us some tips on how to fix some minor projects around the house. Zeb was great and I definitely recommend Boyd to anyone!

Well, I paid for them to come out and service my ac/ furnace. Both worked before they came out. When they left, neither one worked. Dude tried to sell me a $40 disconnect box for $600, even though it worked before they started. Granted it needed fuses, but that was all.
So, I called, and they said they would send someone out, but that I had to pay another$90!!! Oh sure, they said they would waive the fee IF they decided it was their fault. Uhm, no.
Their whole gig is to upsell stuff, and too bad if somebody gets screwed in the process. Save your money and go elsewhere.
