Best Water Heater Repair in Sacramento CA

My long-time plumber is retiring and I've been looking for a new person. Brandon was referred to me by another great plumber I found on yelp, Charles at Pocket Plumbing. I've only called Charles once and he did a great job, but he usually stays busy in the pocket area and went out of his way to do that one job for me. He would have helped me this time as well, but was working on a long term job when I called this second time. I needed a plumber quickly for one of my apartment sink drains, and Charles referred Brandon. So, Brandon came and did a great job. He was very pleasant to deal with, competent and professional, shared information, offered suggestions of how to keep the drains clear, and left the place neat and clean. I enjoyed the visit and getting the job done quickly and well, and being charged a reasonable fee. I will definitely be calling him when I need another drain cleared or have other plumbing needs for the building. Thanks, Brandon.

The plumber came out with one other guy.  He was fast and got the job done.  After the last plumber came out 3 times.

The office staff were so helpful in getting my appointment scheduled to evaluate my toilet  even when I needed to move the date around. They sent Sully to my house. He's a polite and personable young man who really knows what he's doing. When he said they didn't have the kind of toilet I needed on hand, he offered to go pick up one I would buy at the hardware store.

What great service, and the price was right.

PERFECT!!!   I was told to call u.s. trenchless after getting a $6000 bid from a national plumbing chain. They came over right when they said they would and they worked all day long from 630am until about 5:00 p.m.. They were very friendly and very helpful and cleaned up the work area so it looked just how it did before the work began. And they did it for only $2800. More than 50% off the national plumbing chain.  They could have tried to cheat me too but these guys are honest and have integrity.They are great and I highly recommend them!!

Water backed up into shower on first floor of my home Saturday after Christmas. Tracked a clog somewhere between my outside clean out and the street.  Called precision and spoke with Leo.  He came out promptly, snaked the pipe and unclogged the drain.  He was the only plumber who actually answered the phone.  I will call Precision Plumbing first from now on!

Yesterday I came across what every homeowner dreads....water on the garage floor from a leaking water heater.  I prefer to keep my business local so I did a internet search for a plumber in Roseville and came across Ted's Plumbing. Ted came out the next day and replaced the water heater. The workmanship was top notch and it was done at a very reasonable price. Ted is a personable and professional tradesman who takes pride in his work.. Ted's Plumbing has a new customer for life!

When our plumber for years was too booked to help us with our flooded basement during the storm of October 2009, we were referred  to Greer Family Plumbing.  They responded within an hour and had our sump pump fixed and a new water heater installed the next day!  Three months later when our basement flooded again in January 2010, they again had someone at our home within the hour.  In view of our flooding problems, we then had them install a tankless water heater on the side of our home instead of in our basement.  And in February 2010 we had them bring our sump pump up to code.   In April 2010 we had them repipe our home.  The job took about two days and we are thrilled with the results.  

Throughout our dealings with this company we have found them to be customer oriented and to perform their work in an efficient manner.   To us they appear to be just as good, if not better, then those companies which state they are Diamond Certified.   What we like the best is that they speak to us in layman's terms.  Nothing is too complicated for them to explain to us so we can understand what is going on.  They clearly explain our options and present us with alternatives.  They treat us with respect!  And best of all, they are one of the few plumbing companies that give a senior discount for their labor.  We highly encourage our friends to at least give them a call for an estimate.  We have every confidence that they will be pleased with the work that is performed.  We certainly were!!!

During my home purchase, the home inspector discovered a leak under the master bathroom sink.  After the sellers failed to repair it, my realtor said he would send his guy--Erik with Strom's Plumbing.  First off, Erik did not show up.  He sent his young son, who walked with with a wrench (no tool box, no business card).  After he left, the sink still leaked.  I called and when Erik said he would send his son, I said I wanted to see his son's plumbing license.  Then Erik said he would just show up to prevent the hassle.  He took a look at the sink and said he could not see a leak.  When I told him that I felt water along the sink hose, he said 'yeah, the hoses might be old.  I guess I could replace the hoses, but I don't have that part in my truck.  Do you want me to get that part?'  Yes, yes I would.  He purchased and replaced the hoses and walked out the front door.  No closing conversation, nothing.  Really frustrating to have to manage the entire process, especially during such a stressful time.

I originally posted a review of Abe Lincoln's Plumbing on 9/27/19. I have to say that when a company does not provide the service that you expected and you let them know that they step up and fix it.  That's what Abe Lincoln's Plumbing did.  They called explained what happened to my satisfaction and offered to complete the work as requested.  During their subsequent visit I had another water issue and they gave me their suggestions on what the problem may be and solutions to resolve.  They called to ensure that the work was to my satisfaction.  At the time I was going through a personal issue and they were very compassionate and called a few days later to follow up.  

My opinion of their company and the services they provide have definitely changed my mind.  I will definitely keep them on my list to call when needed, which may be soon.

Just before a trip to the south, I incurred a plumbing emergency. AJ Plescia managed to slip me in the schedule to resolve my problem. The plumber showed up on time, rapidly corrected the issue and was a gift of competence and care during  my moments of distress.  I highly recommend this professional.

Our toilets in both bathrooms have been a problem flushing them for years. So I finally called Joe, because I saw his rave reviews on this site and when he came to our house, he walked in and said show me where your toilets are we did and he fixed them in 5 minutes..... Are you kidding me?  No one has been able to do that, even 2 other plumbers and the builder of our home..... hello. The builder of our home couldn't even figure it out? In addition, he snaked our drain in the kitchen and he had to go about 50' to get the clog, because it was near the washing machine, but he found it and he got that done too, both in 30 minutes.

    My hubby was so impressed he will use him for other property he owns and of course when we need anything again in our house. Thanks, Joe.

This company is top notch. They show up when they are supposed to, suited and booted! They are all sober individuals and arrive as a group (at least for me it has been 3 to 4 people at a time). Daniel is a great person. He is honest and doesn't mess around when it comes to doing what needs to be done. I will always call Fig's, because my first impression paid off. They have been out three times and each time, same impression. I would not use anyone else for plumbing.

Doug is a great plumber. He has high standards and lots of experience. We had very low water pressure and because our house is about 60 years old, we thought the old corrugated pipes were corroded.  I saw Whitmore Plumbings high ratings on Yelp and called him. He came over within a few days and carefully inspected our plumbing and gave us a bid to replace all inside supply plumbing with copper pipe and to replace our shower valves. What convinced me to hire him was that he looked for ways to access the pipes while making minimal holes in the wall. Because we have a raised foundation, he did most of the work under the house. He also replaced some blocked drain pipe in a sink and remounted our toilets. He did all this work for under $9000. Given the skill this work required and the cost of copper pipes and the quality work he did, I think the price was very reasonable.  We would hire Whitmore Plumbing again.

They were very professional and polite.  They said it took longer than expected but did not charge more.  Their quote was less than other contractors.  I'd recommend them.

I heard a Trenchless ad on the radio and they referred me to Boyd. I had root clogged storm drains under my driveway, Jake got both cleared and water flowing!

Totally incompetent service techs. Their so called complimentary services was a disaster. The water heater pump burned up as a result of their incompetence! It cost over $800 to have  a replacement pump and service by Phil & Paul 's Plumbing. I sent a cancellation of Bell Brothers so called contract and a bill for the $800 but of course I never got a response! No apology for their incompetence! Very unprofessional of them. My advice is DO NOT call Bell Brothers. They are more into sales than service like hooking you into a contract!!!!
