Our toilet started leaking from underneath and it was Labor Day weekend. I found Doug on Yelp, called and left a message. He called me back within an hour or two and came out the next day on Sunday of a holiday weekend to fix our issue, no questions asked. He was quick, knowledgeable and very friendly. Will definitely be contacting him in the future for any of our plumbing needs! Thanks Doug!

We had a clogged sewer line at my mom's house late on a Friday afternoon. Ata was able to get there within a few hours, found and fixed the issue quickly and everything was back up and running like normal. I would highly recommend Ata for any plumbing needs.

Mac's is the only plumber we use. They are prompt, reasonably priced and honest as they come. We have a high tech tankless water heater that requires experience as well as training. Steve not only fixed the tankless heater problem in a few minutes but showed me how to perform periodic maintenance to keep the system tip top all for a very reasonable service charge, considerably less than others I called. You can trust Mac and the crew!! We sure do!!

Met John through word of mouth. Honest, reliable, fast and fair in pricing. We've called him for two plumbing issues that were caused my shotty work by previous contractors.  He installed a new water heater and also came the next day to repair and replace a faulty tub pipe that was draining into our foundation. We were undergoing a kitchen remodel when the scheduled plumber hurt his back and couldn't do the job.  We had already been without water for 2 weeks, and we didn't want to wait any longer. We researched plumbers in our area and found Super Mario Plumbing.  We called them based on Yelp reviews ... and we are REALLY glad we did.  We called them late Friday afternoon (yesterday), and Dima said he could be at our home the next day.  He was friendly from our first phone encounter.  Dima and Peter arrived as scheduled today, and installed a new sink, faucet. disposal and dishwasher.  Dima is professional, knowledgeable, skilled and friendly.  His prices were so reasonable, and he and Peter gave us such wonderful service, that we decided to give him a little more than he charged.  We are planning to have them out again to replace our old water heater.  If you need plumbing services, do not hesitate to call Super Mario Plumbing!  Awesome, awesome company.     :)

I can't say enough good things about Don.  I've hired him three times and in each instance his work was great, his prices were very reasonable, and he was a pleasure to work with.   Most recently I had a clogged bath tub that I wasn't able to clear myself.  Don came on time and fixed the clogged tub.  He also snaked our bathroom sink and then cleaned all the mess that I had made trying to fix the tub!  It was definitely above and beyond.  I highly recommend Don if you need a plumber.

We changed the filters on our reverse osmosis system & shortly afterwards the flow of water was only good for a few seconds. I researched You Tube & it looked like we needed to repressurize the tank. I also called the manufactures 800# & the directions they gave were the same as You Tube's. The many steps needed to do that was a lot for us so I asked if they had a service that could come & do that. I was told as a homeowner it was our problem to fix. Nice! (Heavy sarcasm) I scrolled through Yelp & found Budget Plumbing, read the very positive reviews & gave Louie a call. I felt an instant repour with him & was relieved to hear that he had just worked on a reverse osmosis system the day before & was acquainted with our system. He asked how long we had the system (approx 7 years) & said that the tank has a bladder that may need replacing. NO ONE else but Louie suggested this may be the issue. IF we had tried to trouble shoot it ourselves it would have been time wasted to try & repressurize the tank!!! Louie came the very next day. Removed the tank, tested it & indeed the bladder was shot. He tried to purchase another tank & when no local hardware stores had it, he found us the best deal on the internet, sent us a link to order & when it arrived he was back the very next day. He put in the new tank & got the whole system back up & running for us. Louie's communication, costumer service & prices were all EXCELLENT & I highly recommend his services!!! I WILL without question be using his services when needed again in the future!, Louie is now our man!

Weirdo salesman came into our home immediately talking about $30K to pay for a new HVAC system and asking how we'd pay for it before even looking at anything! All we had were some blocked air ducts that needed cleaning which we got done through an energy program for free! He was disrespectful - bringing negative energy into our home and literally had to be told to leave several times!!! They hire psychos!!!!

Do not recommend.  Our plumbing went out and they came to our house and gave us a quote fir epoxy of 27,000$. Can you imagine when your plumbing backs us and you get a fix quote for 27,000$. We were devastated because we do t have that kind of money. They gave us no other options. Do not recommend.

If I could give this company no stars I would.  I called them to check out a slow kitchen sink drain.  They ended up under my house and told me that my pipes were collapsing and that sewage and graywater were pooling.  The quote to fix it was $18,000 to $23,000.  When I started asking questions, they offered a $9,000 and a $3,000 temporary fix.  I got a second opinion and the Rooter Hero technicians lied.  There is nothing wrong with my pipes and had I not stopped them they would have scammed me out of lot of money.  

Don't ever call this company.

Called Roto Rooter and asked for an estimate over the phone to run a snake through my clogged toilet. She refused but said they provided free quotes.  Anticipating it would be around $50 (I paid $30 about 10 years ago), needless to say I was shocked at the $185 price tag.  He began snaking my toilet and said that he would not be able to remove my toilet because it was grouted instead of caulked.  I asked him to snake it to clear it, he said he would try, and in about two minutes it was clear. (I'm glad he was unable to remove the toilet, as he was able to fix it without doing so!)  The guy reduced it to $150, and agreed to run the snake through my second toilet just to ensure it was clear.  Both work fine now.  Next time I will try to find another service for less money (and one that doesn't try to go for the big fix before trying the little one.)
