Absolutely amazing company and customer service! At 11:30pm our downstairs bathroom flooded while my sister took a shower, we quickly realized all water in the house was flowing into the downstairs bathtub and then out from under the toilet and into the hallway.
At about 12:15am after trying to clean up the mess ourselves we gave Draintech a call, they answered right away and said they could come out tonight or first thing tomorrow morning! 45mins later the tech was at our house and had started snaking the main line for the home. By 1:30am the line was cleared and all pipes were flowing back as usual!
I can not thank Draintech enough, I'm a new mom with a 3 week old and this was the last thing I wanted or had time to deal with but they were quick, professional, and very reasonably priced! I would 1000% recommended and use them again in the future.

Plumber is a flake; no show & no response numerous times.  I don't recommend him for anything.

Once again Doug to the rescue!!  A couple years ago I called on Doug when we were having Kitec issues.  He was extremely helpful to our situation and it was much appreciated!  Today I had him come by to put a relief valve in our recirc system.  Come to find out our pump is totally dead and also the plumbing company that put in the sytem did not install equipment they should have done.  Doug doesn't even want to charge me for his time to come out.  It is beyond wonderful to find an honest and knowledgeable plumber these days!  I would highly recommend Doug and will continue to use him for our plumbing needs!  Thank you Doug!

I cannot say enough about how professional, polite and helpful Mr. Manneh was - he came for a leak in the kitchen and to check out the garbage disposal - his help and advice were spot on - and he also recommended cost savings (where to go for fixtures far cheaper than big DYI places) that was above and beyond.  This is the plumber for all my needs!!  What a find.

Disaster struck our toilet plumbing at 7:30pm last night. With my in-laws staying at my home as well as 2 Airbnb guests and no amount of synchronized plunging seeming to work, I frantically rang around several 24hr plumbers to no avail until I reached Absolute Rooter and Plumbing. Within 20 minutes a plumber was at my door and 10 minutes later the problem was completely solved. The plumber was very friendly and professional, he did an incredible job. I'm so grateful to this company for their swift service, they really saved me from a complete meltdown! Thank you so much and keep up the excellent work!

My first review of Dependable Rooter was a few months back.  I needed a small repair and called Saturday.  They scheduled an appointment for me for the next day Sunday. I thought I was going to have to wait until Monday.  But once again this company is exceeding my expectations.  Sean was my service technician, plumber he provided excellent service.  He was on time, explained what he did and gave advice on how to prevent future damage.  Plus, when I mentioned the additional work I am planning for, he gave me advice and additional things to consider.  Insight like that is very valuable.

My old water heater needed replacing and I decided to go with a tankless water heater. I had 3 estimates and chose Super Mario Plumbing for several reasons. First, Dimitri was right on time. Explained everything that would have to be done, took pics of the area of work and sent them back to his boss in coming up with the estimate. He also checked out the crawl space under the house, as they would have to be re- routing some of the lines. He also said that he encouraged possible customers to get a few estimates before making a decision on who would do the work. I had two others already lined up that same week so it turned out to be an easy choice. The 2nd company came out, the two men came in and just in looking at the laundry room where the heater was, said they would have to tear out part of the wall to install the tankless. I asked if they could put it outside. They walked outside, took a look at the wall and said yeah, we probably could. Then one of them said, I will go out to my truck and get you an estimate. No measurements, pics, or explanation of the work to be done. Third guy came 25 minutes late, barely took a look, but I had already made up my mind. Love the guys from Super Mario! Peter and Oleg worked all day on the installation! Did a great job!!! I called the Monday after the installation and they set up a time for the city inspector!! Everything worked out great!!! Thank you so much Super Mario Plumbing!!! Already have referred 3 people to you!

If you have a leak, these are the guys who can verify the exact source of the leak. They do a thorough job, even take photos to support their findings. Very competent, to say the least.

Needed a bathroom faucet changed out and quick! These boys where here quick, fixed it and did a great job!

Did I mention they were the best priced over 6 other plumbers, great job!

I need several plumbing repairs in my duplex. When I called this guy, it was like I woke him up and he listlessly asked me if it was a short job or something that would take awhile? I just said never mind, I'll just call someone else.

The guys who came out (Louie and Jake) were awesome. They found our leak right away and we're able to fix it the same day. They cleaned up everything and that was helpful because it seemed so daunting. I would definately recommend these guys and this company to anyone that asks. Thanks Budget Plumbing. Great work!

We had BB install a new HVAC system this month. Our 15-year old AC could no longer keep our house cool. Our salesman Mike Wadman recommended replacing our 4-ton unit with a 5-ton unit because our 2400  sq. ft. home has high ceilings and lots of windows.He also suggested we add a another intake vent in the ceiling for efficiency. The new system is very quiet.BB installed new 3-directional vent registers in each room. We now feel the air flow in each room when the AC is on which we didn't before. The install crew headed by Christian which did a great job installing the equipment.

My water heater started leaking and it was time to be replaced.  We contacted several vendors including Rooter Hero.  I read the mixed reviews and was a little concerned but since I was getting quotes from three different vendors I figured it would all balance out.  I'm glad I did.  The estimator 'Michael' was very polite and courteous. I wasn't at home, as I had to work but my father in law was present and spoke with Mike.  I then spoke with him on the phone.  We had competing quotes and Mike was able to lower their bid but included a Bradford White unit in his bid rather than a REEM or other lower quality tank like his competitors. The instal team showed up on time and were very polite and courteous.  There was some confusion when they went to Home Depot and got a cheaper brand unit.  I pointed out that the the install called for a Bradford White and they apologized, went back to the store and got the right unit.  The installers were a little disoriented, having to go back to the store I think three times for parts, etc. rather than having clear direction from Mike / the Estimator.  However, to their credit they remained polite throughout a long day and eventually got the job done.  The unit is great.  We passed inspection and they got it installed quickly which is a bonus when you need hot water in your residence.  The communication between the estimator and the install team could have been better and the install guys could have been a little more prepared, stopped at the store on the way to my house and bought everything they needed or had the parts on their truck so that a 5 hour job did not become a 12 hour job.  But, as I said they followed through and got it done.  I am very comfortable recommending their services.  They are also competitive on their bidding which is a bonus.  - MIke

Had them come out to run a camera through my sewer line. They charged me $400 to do the camera and tried to tell me that my sewer line was collapsing in my yard and that to dig it up and diagnose further problems would be $24,000. I had a second plumber come out and diagnose the problem in 20 minutes and resolve my issue. I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. Worst experience I've had with a plumber in Sacramento.

Great company to work with. Had technicians out here in a hour. Big thank to Thomas and Jerry the did a great job in less than 15 minutes and unplug the drain. Had 2 other plumbers from another company yesterday for over 2 hours and they could not unplug the drain. From now on I will always call roto-rooter. You're the best!
