Best Heater Repair in Sacramento CA
They replaced an outside valve with improper material that wasn't strong enough for the water flow. Blew a hole in my garage and it flooded overnight. They would not cover damages and avoided my lawyer's letters multiple times. Best to avoid this company.

I had a major blockage in a line leading to the street, I had two other plumbers come to my house (who shall remain nameless) and were unable to even find the problem. I saw JC Sewer and drain reviews and called, James came out on a Sunday, located the problem, discovered that we could use one of the bathrooms downstairs, as it was on a different line. He had to come back another day, dig up the front yard and found a root had crushed the main. He and his guys cut the roots away, fixed the broken section of pipe, put all the dirt back and it looked like nothing ever happened. And, the amount he charged for all the work was very reasonable. He earned my business for life. Highly recommended

Charles is professional, prompt, and very knowledgeable. He has serviced our house twice and both times were last minute. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will be sure to recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable plumber.

US Trenchless is wonderful. I wanted my sewer line inspected. I was able to book an appointment easily and quickly. Francisco came and inspected the line, then cleaned it out. Francisco worked very diligently to make sure the line was clean. Moreover, Francisco was very affable and pleasant to be around. I can't recommend this company enough. Thank you!

Leo came to my house to do an extensive amount of work on my waterheater. He had to leave to go get parts. I had errands and decided to leave when he did. He suggested that I leave the house unlocked in case he came back before me. I told him no, I will give you a key. But the hose from his truck to the house wouldn't allow me to close the front door. Again, he told me it would be fine to just leave it open while we are gone.
I asked him, Would you leave your own house open if your not home?
He said. I don't need your crap! I've got 7 other waterheaters to do today!
I told him to go ahead and go do them.
He said, That's fine. You want me to pack it up?
I said yes. He walked away from a $2600 job because I wanted my doors locked.
Terrible customer service. Very unprofessional.
I'm not sure how he gets 5 stars on Yelp. Go to Google reviews if you want to see the truth about this business.

Look no further when plumbing problems occur...and they do! Early this morning kitchen sink drain pipe became disconnected and water everywhere. I rely on neighbor recommendations. So grateful to be suggested Ted's Plumbing. I immediately made a call and without one bit of hesitation on Ted's response to me / he said the magic words : I will see you later today. True to his word he came as promised and speedily repaired my problem. There are so many plumbers listed on Yelp thereby giving us many choices. I on the other hand will no longer seek anyone other than Ted's Plumbing . Highly recommended company with a delightful Ted to deal with.
Thank you neighbor for giving me his phone number !

I was referred to A1 Greer Family Plumbing, so I thought I'd give them a try to repair a kitchen faucet that wasn't working properly. This should have been a simple repair, right? Well, after removing the flow restrictors, it seemed to be working better, so the plumber left. Little did I know that there was a constant drip coming from the turn off valves under the sink. The plumber hadn't checked to make sure that it wasn't leaking after he turned the water back on. I attempted to call them twice that Friday evening, but didn't get a call back until the following Sunday! They offered to send someone out on Monday. Well, I had to call another plumber who came out at 1am on Saturday morning to repair what had become a major leak by then. No, I no longer need you Greer Family Plumbing, not anymore. Oh, and they said they were going to see about adjusting my bill. Well, that never happened either.

During my home purchase, the home inspector discovered a leak under the master bathroom sink. After the sellers failed to repair it, my realtor said he would send his guy--Erik with Strom's Plumbing. First off, Erik did not show up. He sent his young son, who walked with with a wrench (no tool box, no business card). After he left, the sink still leaked. I called and when Erik said he would send his son, I said I wanted to see his son's plumbing license. Then Erik said he would just show up to prevent the hassle. He took a look at the sink and said he could not see a leak. When I told him that I felt water along the sink hose, he said 'yeah, the hoses might be old. I guess I could replace the hoses, but I don't have that part in my truck. Do you want me to get that part?' Yes, yes I would. He purchased and replaced the hoses and walked out the front door. No closing conversation, nothing. Really frustrating to have to manage the entire process, especially during such a stressful time.

Super service from the team. We were worried that we would need an expensive power jetting of the whole house but Abe got us going with much less.

I called to have someone inspect my DYI thermocoupler installation. I just wasn't sure if the igniter was working properly. Instead, to my surprise, I got expert advice over the phone. I followed his instructions and I now have hot water again.
AJ Plescia Plumbing is at the top of my list for any new plumbing repairs. Honest plumbers are hard to find and I found one. Thanks AJ.

I was quoted over $1200 for a new water heater, Joe had me up an running in under 30 min. I called and he worked me into his day. This was the only plumbing business that told me the truth about my options. I would highly recommend this business for all your plumbing needs.

This was our first experience using Figs but we will definitely be a repeat customer! Quick diagnosis and quick fix - ended up needing a whole new toilet and they were out the very next day!

Doug showed up at the end of a busy, hectic day to help me with my mini crisis. He was on time, respectful of my home and his invoice was very fair. I would highly recommend this one man business and I will definitely be using him again.

Very good company to work with. From scheduling to the getting an estimate to doing the actual work. Stephen came out and gave an estimate for capping and replacing a water line. Very professional and friendly. He came out a few days later to do the job. Again everything done professionally and to my satisfaction. While they may be more expensive than others, I think that it was worth it for the quality of work.

We got a flyer in the mail to tune up our AC for $87 - with the guarantee If it broke within the next year, we'd get our $87 back. We thought it was a good idea to get our AC times up before summer and jumped on the offer. Since having the tune-up our AC no longer works. When I called to get our $87 back, it was going to cost $99 to get the $87 back - plus the cost of the parts (and I assume labor). No surprise guys is a joke of a slogan.
Update (6/12) - we had another company come out that told us the freon had been contaminated and that no matter what we were going to need a new HVAC system since ours is older. And Bell Bros was the only company who serviced our HVAC since last summer when our AC worked perfectly. So now we are spending $11,000 to get a new HVAC all thanks to that $87 tune up. Frustrating.
