I've had them out twice this year for stoppages on rental properties and am very impressed with their level of service and expertise. They're now my go-to service.

Water heater was leaking water into the pan. Generations came out & inspected everything. Gave us a quote. Another company came out, R&R, and they took photos, tested the water pressure and gave us an estimate $1000 higher than Generations. Technician Andrew was very professional and did an expert job installing the heater.

I had a leak from the bathtub and so I contacted a few plumbers for their opinion and quote. Most of them gave me some scary scenarios of tearing down the entire bathroom etc....Dan was very professional, gave me a reasonable explanation of how to fix the problem and also a very reasonable price. He did the work within couple of hours. Throughout this process he was always very responsive and easy to communicate with. I really appreciate his expertise and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Dan to anyone with plumbing problems. Thank you Dan!

I had a leak coming from a unknown source in which I began to get worried. I looked around on Yelp and sent couple requests out to get some possible answers. Isaiah responded about as quickly as I submitted that message and advised that he will be able to come out the same day and look at the problem.

That was great news for me. Isaiah arrived and introduced himself before quickly getting to work, looking for the source. Isaiah is skilled at what he does and quickly eliminated areas where it could've came from. He didn't stop there though. The water was continuing to leak from the pipe when he found the source.

I can't thank Isaiah and his company enough for promptly coming out, whereas other companies advised that their earliest opening is mid July. Can't wait to use Isaiah for future projects and issues.

Wonderful service, communication, pricing and very reliable! We did a full house re-pipe as well as relocating our washer/dryer to the garage, which was ALOT of work, and all jobs were done quickly and efficiently. We had 6 plumbers out to quote the job and Richard and his team were one of two top contenders. We decided to go with Richard as we like to support family run business and we could not have been any happier. He is honest, very informative and never pressures you to make a decision. If you do multiple bids for a project you will see his pricing is always more than fair and not doubled in price like some of these larger companies. Highly recommend for any plumbing project you need completed!!

My wax ring was leaking and called on a Friday late to see how much it would cost. Really appreciated talking to a person and when I asked about how much it might cost she told me she would call me right back with a price .. within a few minutes she called back with a price... I was somewhat shocked cause lately customer service has been lacking... we agreed on a time window for the following day... and David G. showed up on time ... again impressive... As he was fixing it he was telling me what he was doing. He cleaned underneath and the ceramic itself... AWESOME ... Finished in a timely manner. Great experience .... THANK YOU !

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

Accuserve Plumbing is a great, honest plumbing company. We had our water heater leak and seep through the wall into our house. We had a home warranty that came with our new house but after waiting 3 days for an appointment and then the plumber who came out telling us that it would be another couple days before it was replaced was just unacceptable. We called Mike the night it happened for a quote because the warranty company couldn't come right away.  He advised us to wait for our warranty company to come because it would save us money yet helped us over the phone with draining our water heater so it wouldn't cause any more damage. After the warranty plumber came out 3 days later and told us it wouldn't be replaced the same day I called Mike right away because my family had been without hot water for 4 days. I was willing to pay for quick, reliable, honest service to have hot water again. Mike and his son squeezed us in and were out to our house within an hour and a half with our new water heater. We will definitely use Accuserve plumbing for all our future plumbing needs.

The technician came and filled 4 lbs of Freon R-410a and charged me $485 for the refill.  He did not do any leak check in the system.  I later called another company also featured on Yelp.  I was quoted about half the cost for the refill.  Other people here must have more than pocket change.  I'll leave it to your judgement.

Robert came out right away to give us a quote for some ceiling drywall repair we needed after having recessed lighting installed. While he was here, we also asked for a quote to drywall where we had an odd interior window. His quote was a fraction of the previous quote we'd received.  We scheduled the work and it all turned out fantastic!  He says drywall is his niche and it truly shows.  He took his time to make sure it looked right and it shows!  He was thorough in protecting our home and cleaning up throughout and after the job.  He even asked if we had a bulb and replaced our porch light bulb for us as he was carrying his ladder out at the end of the day.

We've used Pablo multiple times and been very satisfied with the ease of scheduling, workmanship, and price.

Pablo has installed new sinks and faucets in the kitchen and bathroom, installed a food disposal and dish washer, fixing a corroded pipe in the shower, and fixed the water pressure in our bathroom.

I plan on using him again!

Edit: I forgot that he re-piped a gas stove for us as well!

I hired Neri to install new drain and a new shower valve on a master shower Remodel I just did he did a great job. He was on Time very professional and very helpful with the hole plumbing process. He also installed a tankless water heater and my wife loves it. I will highly recommend Neri from Pluming Solutions 4 u to family and friends. Great job done on budget and on schedule.

The plumber that came to our house was knowledgeable and courteous.  He needed to cut open the wall to expose to pipe. He was careful to cut a small square so that I could tape it later instead of pounding the drywall out.

Gave 1 star because they never did any work. Called on a Saturday morning stating my water heater would not light.They said they were very busy and could have someone out between 3 and 5 which was fine with me. I knew it was a bad thermocouple but I didn't have time to do it because I had to work and figured I would just pay to have it fixed.
The technician showed up about 5:20 tried to light it and then told me the thermocouple had to ordered from Lowes or Whirlpool and once I got it they would put it in.He called his boss to see if they had one laying around the shop which was a no then said if the water heater was more than 10 years old he would just replace it ( it's not ) and said sorry for the cold shower and left.After about 10 min. researching the issue went down to H.D. picked up a universal thermocouple and put it in myself in about 20 min problem solved.

I guess he just didn't want to do the work.Will not call this company again

My water heater sprung a leak last night, ruining our laminated flooring before we knew what hit us. Needless to say, I was upset and pressed for time to do much research, so Yelp helped me find Hiniker Plumbing - yay!

Office manager was super friendly and efficient (sorry, I forgot her name) and plumber Bill Hernandez was awesome.  He could have easily sold me a new water heater since mine was over 30 years old. However, it only had a leaky pipe, which he quickly replaced.  I told him about two other issues, and he explained how to handle them myself.  Wow! This guy could have taken me for hundreds of dollars, but only charged me for the service call.  I am beyond impressed.

I do plan to replace my heater (30+ years is really pushing the envelope) and move it to the garage, plus a few other plumbing updates.  Hiniker will definitely be the one doing the work!

My wife and I called to get a tankless water heater quote from Gordon's family plumbing. We were replacing a 19 year old 50 gallon tank that was leaking from the bottom. John informed us of many options and recommended a brand (Navien 240) they like to use due to the reliability of the unit. He gave us the price of the unit and what rebates were available for us and scheduled us very quickly. He also explained everything that would be done to install the new unit. We texted John a photo of our current setup and he responded right away.
The day of the installation Scotty and Justin showed up to do the installation. These guys were awesome in so many ways. They were efficient and professional. Fun to be around and let me watch the progress as I was interested in how they were going to install the new water heater. Scotty walked me through how to do the yearly maintenance on the tankless heater. I have a 1910 craftsman home with old pipes and electrical. These guys are pros and worth every penny. I hope to have them out to do more work for me in the future. They even made paying them for the work super easy. I appreciate them all and how they conducted business! Shady service for a simple clogged drain repair. Quoted time to arrive at the house was 1100am arrived after 100pm. The plumber claimed that this was not just a simple clogged drain and that there was a leak in the drain that might be on the north side in the house. This would result into an extremely unnecessary excavation of the drain that might be on the north side, if not they tear up the other side. There quote for this was over $3400....this was a pretty hefty amount for a simple problem we thought we had. Called my dad to speak with there Sup and explain the whole situation in thorough detail and after that conversation the clog was miraculously unclogged. Hmm...so after all this talk about tearing up our house the simple problem was resolved. Whomp whomp.

The next day we had another plumber go out and diagnose all the plumbing. Everything was perfectly fine. -_-

Shady stuff, praying on people that just need a small problem fixed.  Thanks for ruining the reputation of honest people in this field of work.
