Wow, I am impressed!  I needed a Hot Water Heater repaired and called several plumbers.  Winder was the first to respond and the most professional.  They did some research on the needed parts (only 1 of 2 to do this).  In the end they totally left the decision of repair or replace up to me...zero pressure!

I decided to replace.  They were here exactly when they promised...no window...they told me a time and they were here.  They were competitively priced and able to install today!

Own property out here in California and received a tenant emergency issue that required immediate attention. I really appreciate how Jeff handled the situation by prioritizing us first and taking initiative. I'm very pleased how he didn't take advantage since many businesses would take advantage of customers toward emergency situations. He is very trustworthy and will explain what happened and how he resolved it. His prices are beyond fair and he gets the job done. He even gave us a 15% discount.

My shower was dripping.   Needed to have my 25 year old valve replaced.   Also discovered my pressure regulator was not working.    My house was registering 100.   Scary that I could have had serious damage if other valves.   So glad they checked my pressure before they left.

I had a clogged drain pipe in the wall leading to my washing machine. It overflowed every time the washing machine would drain. Olson's came within the hour and it was fixed shortly after that. The plumbers were friendly, explained everything and wore masks. Highly recommend and I will definitely use them again if needed.

David came out to investigate a mysterious gas leak.  The problem could have turned into a major construction project but David carefully listened to everything I had to say, investigated all possible problem areas, and smartly identified the problem without too much fuss or guesswork.  He was friendly, professional, and a great technician.  I would recommend Bad Drains Plumbing to anyone.  They saved me a prolonged experience without gas!!!

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

I was calling around to try to find a plumber to come to my house same day when a pipe busted inside my wall on a Saturday. With two small kids, including an infant, I was desperate. None of the other plumbing companies could send someone that day. I found Mike's company through the Eastvale Facebook page. There were soooo many GREAT reviews and recommendations - I had to call. Mike didn't have time to come out that day, but recommended some other companies he trusted that I could try to call and he gave me advice about my specific issue over the phone. Apparently Mike could tell I was desperate so he called back to let me know he REARRANGED HIS SCHEDULE to come fix the pipe within an hour of my first contacting him!!! I seriously could've cried y'all! This man is sooooo professional, helpful, honest, timely, well-intentioned. I couldn't be more impressed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I found out about Specialty Air Heating and Cooling here on Yelp and based on their positive reviews and good BBB rating, scheduled an appointment for them to diagnose and repair my furnace.  Specialty Air far exceeded my expectations and are the most professional and top-notch hvac company I have ever done business with!

Tim called me a half hour before the appointment to let me know he was on his way.
When he arrived I was pleased to meet a friendly and clean-cut technician wearing a clean uniform, shirt tucked in, and blue booties on his boots to protect my floors.

Tim was very thorough as he went through his diagnostic testing and identified a failed spark terminal on the (very old) ignition control board. Tim did not mind at all that I asked to watch him work and did a great job explaining things. Tim had a replacement IC board on his truck and was able to complete the repair during his visit.

The invoice for the service call, parts, and labor was right in the ballpark of what I thought it would be!

Most important - Specialty Air did not try to convince me the whole furnace had to be replaced or lie to me about the un-availability of a replacement IC board to try to get me to replace the whole furnace.

Robert relocated a gas valve so that my newer stove would be flush with the wall, very pleasant to deal with and the price he charged me was very reasonable

We've used Pablo multiple times and been very satisfied with the ease of scheduling, workmanship, and price.

Pablo has installed new sinks and faucets in the kitchen and bathroom, installed a food disposal and dish washer, fixing a corroded pipe in the shower, and fixed the water pressure in our bathroom.

I plan on using him again!

Edit: I forgot that he re-piped a gas stove for us as well!

My toilet was clogged and the plunger didn't seem to do the job. After several days of trying I decided I needed more help. Your plumber arrived at the exact time scheduled to do the job in under 30 minutes. It turns out someone was flushing socks down the sink and we had a clog. Everything is working better than ever and I can't thank them enough for being as helpful as they were during the whole process.

Ramon Rincon arrived at the time he said he would, explained what would be done, gave a very fair price and snaked my shower due to water was backing up.  Cost $75.00 out the door, I've had other plumbing companies charge $125.00 to do the same job.  Will always call Ramon for our plumbing needs.

Our kitchen sink was clogged and also draining slowly at the same time which was confusing. Mike from Flo Star Plumbing came out and worked hard to figure out the problem. Mike was very personable and brought out a piece of equipment that had a camera on it that could see where the problem in the line was. Mike was able to see the problem and also succeeded in breaking up the clog. He gave us a good price on getting this issue resolved for us and we were so happy. Not only did he give us a good and fair price he also had great follow through and had the entire job completed quickly and efficiently! I would recommend Flo Star Plumbing and Mike to anyone that needs a plumber.

Recently had Branden from Scott McLeod Plumbing take a look at our leaking shower valve, which also necessitated a change in the house pressure regulator. Within an hour we were all taken care of - thanks so much!

This is my go to plumber!  I used them over a year ago when I had a plumbing issue. Had just moved to the area and had no idea who to call. After reviewing comments on YELP, I called Hiniker Plumbing. I had a wonderful experience with the technician who came out.  He didn't try to upsell anything. He fixed the problem timely and had a great attitude.
FF to today. I was hearing noise when I turned outside water on. I'd been putting it off but today I decided to try getting the problem taken care of. Left a message for Hiniker's & w/i 30 minutes they responded and came right out. I was very happy with the service today and the cost was reasonable. I had also left a message for another plumber but they never responded.  Don't waste your time calling around.  Just call Hiniker's! You will be glad you did!

Back in October I had a sewage back up I called option one they came to unclog it for me. yes I have a history of plumbers at my house but they've all unclogged my line, so I call them. they run the snake hit the hard spot, they get a camera send it in they show me the problem and the guy in charge says. you need a jetter, that'll get rid of that I repeatedly ask so your sure that'll get rid of my problem he says it should i ask how much he says $830.
     That's a huge commitment but he told me it'll get rid of my problem I talk it over with my wife. He had me convinced it'll solve our problem and it'll last 2yrs, I talk my wife into it 4 hrs later and 5 guys there plus the owner my line was still backed up.
      I basically threw $830 down that sewage drain, I trusted their professional expertise when they camered the line that they know if they would solve the problem. Owner sits me down tells my options, replace the whole line to the house or spot repair. whole line was $7600, spot repair was $2000 but, they were going to credit me for my waste of money. so spot repair was going to be $1200.
      So not wanting to spend that much anymore I decided to do it myself. Only reason I gave them 2 stars is that they told me what to do when I repair it. and the owner told me after I repaired it to give him a call or text and he would camera the line and jet it for free. which I thought was nice so on nov 9th I fixed my sewer (which only costed me $110) I sent a message to the owner and he said he'd scheduled me in, no message.
      Dec 2nd I send a message saying he never got back to me he says, I forgot about you then ask if I'm home this wk and I said yes and he says let me see if I can fit you in, nothing. Dec 14th, I say I'm still waiting he says call my office and tell them to call me and make an appt for a jetter and camera. so I do tell the receptionist what the owner said and that he and I had a deal, I told her to call him and I scheduled my appt.
      The day of the appt they call me to tell me they are on there way, I tell them how the owner and I had a deal for this, do you know about it cause I told the receptionist to call the owner. The employee says I know of no deal let me call the office and call you back. He does 45mins later and says we can't get ahold of the owner, I said well when you do give me a call back or reschedule he says alright, never heard from them again, I shouldn't have to call to remind them of pending business
