Last night, our tenants notified us that the bathtub is clogged. Earlier today I called A&A Plumbing & Rooter Service to make an appointment, but got their voice message and I didn't leave a message as I was going to call them back later. About an hour later, I received a call back from August. He says he got a missed call and asked how he can help. It was really nice of August to call me back as I was not expecting it... that just shows they are in the business to provide world class service for their customers. Anyhoo, I made the appointment with August for same day in the afternoon.

August went out to our rental property and resolved the bathtub clog issue in a jiffy. He also recommended a snake drain cleaning tool that our tenants can buy for future use. Anyway, I made the payment via credit card over the phone (there is a transaction surcharge of 4% of the total charge when using a credit card which is fine)... and received the order receipt confirmation via email. Thanks August for making it very easy and simple! I appreciate you for it.

I just finished a plumbing job with Dan at Winder Plumbing. He had great communication leading up to the job and even shared his location with me when he was on his way. Dan is very kind and knowledgeable. He provided a great quote where I know I wasn't being scammed. Another amazing thing is he accepts the Murrieta Money Match! Thank you Dan for the great service!

I have had Jeff come to my house for 2 separate plumbing issues and his work was first rate. First, he changed the kitchen faucet. Second, he fixed a leak between the water line and the toilet.  In both instances, he was courteous, honest, responsive, on time and VERY REASONABLE in his rates. I found him on Yelp, and am happy to go out of my way to leave him a review (which I don't do frequently). A 5 star review is well deserved. Thank you again Jeff!!

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

We requested a quote from Accu Serve Plumbing, we got a response from Mike (owner ) in less then 5 minutes.  He give us a quote and came in less then 2 hours.  The job was completed quickly and efficiently.  Thank you Mike .  We will definitely keep Accu Serve Plumbing (Mike) in mind for any future Plumbing needs at our house.

Pablo is wonderful. We had to replace our garbage disposal and install an APEC Water Filter Reverse Osmosis system under the kitchen sink and he was one of the few companies who were able to complete the work.

I called so many companies and none of them could do it. Pablo could. He is very skilled and I highly recommend him for your home.

And best of all, he works really clean. Did not leave a mess and cleaned up everything. Excellent.

I just went through a massive remodel and  Neri who's going the owner really takes pride in his craft. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone that worked for him was also very kind and went the extra mile to keep their workspace clean. They helped me with moving a gas line, changing/'moving waterlines for our ramped sink and they installed my pot filler. I highly recommend using Neri and his team for all your plumbing needs. Ramon was prompt, polite and very professional. His recommendations and prices were honest and affordable.  He quickly cleared a large root that had caused a sewer line blockage and installed a new toilet that looks great. Would definitely call him a again for any future needs.

Today:

Our neighbor is in Canada on vacation. Their elderly parents were baby sitting the house. Life had been great until they had a leak in the back yard. The flooding was quite evident! Obviously their panic and anxiety levels were very high. Needless to say that our neighbor friends traveling in Canada were beside themselves; tough spot.

Our son received the call from them.... we went to their house. It was time to call Scott Mcleod plumbing.

Ryan was on call...   I have to tell you this company is a class act. The person who took the call (I did not get her name; so sorry!!) and Ryan coming to their help was soothing. These guys are pleasant, honest and reasonable.

Scott McLeod plumbing is amazing, Ryan is fantastic and their front office is amazing (once I get her name I will edit this posting; she was great as well).

John and his crew are incredible! Had a broken sewage pipe way deep down under the driveway and his crew dug and dug until they reached the pipe to fix it! It was replaced and fixed! They even cleaned up after themselves! Very professional! Thank you so much Gordon's family plumbing!

I was having a back up problem for a few days it was going into my shower and my tub and I had called my landlord to get it taken care of these guys came out right away were very responsive gave an assessment and knew exactly what to do after we gave them the go ahead they went ahead and took care of business properly Santa camera down to tell us what the problem was give us further instructions on what to do and now thanks for them I can take a shower will be contacting them for future needs, definitely!!!!

After unsuccessfully unclogging the tub ourselves we decided to give them a call. They were able to come out right away and unclog the tub quickly. I appreciate they wore face masks and they were friendly as well. Great service and follow up.

Over the years I have used Yelp reviews as a guide when needing services. So when I went looking for a plumber to install a water filter, after reading the reviews here I was looking forward to Professional Plumbers doing the needed work. Chris came out, gave us a very reasonable quote and did the job immediately. 100% professional, clean and friendly. This company is everything the reviews suggested. If you need plumbing work done, this is your go to company.

AC died at my house in Redlands, and Mike with Rush just completed installation of a new AC unit and new ducting.  Mike is professional and has a great work ethic.  He worked hard and fast at restoring the AC and returning the house to a livable temperature.  Have not had similar experience with other AC companies in the area.  Will always use Mike in the future.
