I am a very happy customer today. I called A&A this afternoon to have rooter service performed. The team lead by Jason arrived within thirty minutes and got the blockage removed within an hour of my original call. Honest and professional. Job well done. Thank you!

First of all, I have YELP to thank for finding this plumber. My family tossed a sizeable amount of rice down the garbage disposal and apparently did not run the water long enough to get the rice through all the pipes and it got stuck. BADLY stuck. Rice softens and turns to an almost glue like substance and when there is a lot of glue, there is a problem. Kitchen sink was worthless. Dishwasher was worthless. As handy as my wife thinks that I am, I proved to be worthless at resolving this too.

I called Winder Plumbing, and guess who answers? Dan Winder! No operator routing calls. No push 1 for setting up an appt. It is refreshing. Dan said no problem about coming out. Made an approximate time that he would be there, and called a few minutes before to make sure we were still on.

He and his son came in and ran a metal snake thing through my lines. 60 feet of metal snake. They left the place clean, and in perfect working order again. He quoted me a price and actually came in slightly lower than that price.

I will undoubtedly use his services again and I hope my review can allow someone else assurrance that this company is first class.

We called Jeff for an emergency drain blockage on a Saturday night for our home in Irvine after other companies told us that they couldn't make a call even if they would charge an emergency call premium.  Jeff said that he would be right over and indeed he showed up within 15 minutes.  He promptly remedied the drain blockage and charged us what he said he would charge which was very reasonable for an emergency call.  He was professional and very cordial.  We will use Jeff again in the future and recommend him to friends and family.  We are happy that we found Jeff's company!

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

You guys were awesome in replacing my heater I know it was not your job to take care of flood but you helped us without an extra charge. And your repair/replacement fee was affordable also.

We have used him now for 3 different plumbing jobs over the past few weeks (leaky bathroom sink which required new faucet and supply lines, clogged kitchen drain, and installation of new valves for washer and dryer). Right away to replace my water heater. The whole process was fast and went smoothly. It was after hours but he went back to the shop to get me a water heater and came back shortly after instead of me having to wait until the next day. He explained everything afterwards and pricing was reasonable. I will definitely use tri-city plumbing again in the future

The team was great. The price was right and the final project looks very professional.  My water pressure was so high before the service it could have led to a disaster. They have a 1yr warranty on parts and labor. This has taken a lot of stress off of me because I won't worry about water damage to my home.

My wife called Scott McLeod Plumbing for issues with the garbage disposal and bathroom sink at a rental property. She was contacted by Billy who performed the work. He showed up on time, was friendly and communicated with her throughout. He called her when he arrived and when he figured the problem he gave her a quote. He took care of the problem quickly and the payment process was very efficient. Great experience overall.

If you are looking for quality workmanship at a fair price this is the plumbing company to call! I have used them multiple times. I had a water heater that needed to be replaced, and a toilet that was leaking. They came out and took care of both issues at a fair price. Friendly, efficient and fast turn around. I would recommend them if you need a reliable plumber!

Paul/Christian were polite and a pleasure to have at the property.  Repair was complete by 7pm on a Saturday after being called in that same morning.  Only reason not a 5 star was pricing.  This was a relatively average repair of a failed connection of a brass/pvc fitting at meter requiring some 15 minutes of soil removal to completely expose.  I had this exact same repair done at other end (at main valve) only months earlier with significantly more work (cement removal and recement) for 25% less money.  They did give a 10% senior discount but, ultimately did not use the schedule 80 parts communicated and used only schedule 40 due to lack of parts on truck and had to go to Home Depot.  Approximately $5 in parts, a brass to pvc connector and 12 of pvc pipe and glue).  It was a weekend so, I'm overall happy with job and hope the lesser quality parts hold up for years to come.  Apologies that cost brings down their rating.

We had Professional Plumbing out to replace the valve in our master bath. Chris came on time and completed the work in a timely and clean manner. He was very polite and professional. We soon had to have them come out for problem with a toilet. This time Tim came out to do the service. He too was very polite and professional. Again the work was done quickly and properly. Both times when calling the office, Liz was very helpful in scheduling the service. They have earned the name Professional in all ways.

Rush Heating and Air were the quickest contractor that could come out during a 100+ heatwave. Our HVAC died and we were without AC for a whole weekend.

Mike and Nick quickly came out Monday morning to the Rescue and installed a complete new HVAC system.

Our current system was 25 yrs old and on its last leg. Mike said the best course of action would be a new system. He quickly found us a condenser, coils and furnace and finished the installation on Friday.

My new system is better than cool, it's ice cold baby. No comparison to the old system. Now we are saving money because it is so much more efficient, can't wait for winter to start using my brand new furnace as well.

Manny came out to do a system check on a Saturday morning. He was very thorough. He spent a very long time checking the components in the attic and the compressor. We knew our 16 year old system was probably about ready to fail and Manny confirmed. NexGen has state of the art computers and tools to correctly analyze the problems.  We decided to have him explain the replacement options. He did a great job with the details. He got Sean the GSM on the phone to work with us on the price. They filled out the IID Rebate Form so we could get a large energy rebate.
