This review is long overdue. We had a leak in our main sewer line that a plumbing company said it would cost $13,000 to repair. I decided to get a second opinion and I'm so glad I called A & A plumbing. They came out with a camera and determined it was on the city side of the property. I called the city they came out and it was fixed for free. This is my mom's house that's a rental she's 96 and in an assisted living facility. I thank God for this business seriously. .... Thank you and A&A plumbing you're  a business that runs on integrity and honesty.

Jeff helped us to clear our kitchen drain. He was competent and very friendly, extremely honest and capable.  I would recommend for any plumbing needs.

One of our toilets clogged up. We used the plunger for about half an hour or more. Yucky stuff started coming from the other toilet. So I did a search on Yelp and asked for estimates from several places. A couple of places couldn't come until the next day. Isaiah responded the fastest and was able to come in 30 minutes! This was 9 pm on a holiday. The estimate he gave was exactly what I paid. Isaiah was friendly, professional, and explained everything thoroughly. Our toilets are working again. I needed a plumber fast (toilet out of action).  I called a couple of places and they told me they could not make it till the next day or four hours later.  I called David at Fixx it rooter and they were at my house withing the hour.  I could not believe it when David (not the owner who goes by the name of David) arrived at my door step. Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

Mike is a good guy and honest business person.  I asked for a quote via yelp and he responded right away despite it not being his normal business hours.  I thought I needed a new garbage disposal and he quoted me a very reasonable price compared to others. Then, he inquired further and mentioned that I may not need a new one and helped me to fix it over the phone.  I'm calling Mike for any and everything!

Just had them do a PM service on our A/C unit in our office.   They came within 24 hours of my contact.  Fast Friendly service and a fair price.

What can I say? The man deserves his 5 star rating.  I reached out to him on Monday for a quote to install a ceiling fan and a chandelier.  He gave me a heads up that he was currently scheduling for a month out, but could come by in the afternoon to give me a quote. He texted me when he was on his way and after taking a look at the job (no new electrical wiring was needed, nor current fixtures to remove) he told me he could squeeze me in the next day.  He completed both jobs seamlessly today and I'm a happy camper.  Even better, he accepted Venmo for payment because I'm an millennial who never has cash.  Definitely will be calling him back for more projects in my new home.

Pablo is wonderful. We had to replace our garbage disposal and install an APEC Water Filter Reverse Osmosis system under the kitchen sink and he was one of the few companies who were able to complete the work.

I called so many companies and none of them could do it. Pablo could. He is very skilled and I highly recommend him for your home.

And best of all, he works really clean. Did not leave a mess and cleaned up everything. Excellent.

Neri was recommended to us by a neighbor of ours who has used him several times, and I can honestly say he's the best plumber we've ever hired. We have used him now for 3 different plumbing jobs over the past few weeks (leaky bathroom sink which required new faucet and supply lines, clogged kitchen drain, and installation of new valves for washer and dryer). On all 3 jobs, Neri gave us a very fair and honest price, showed up on time, always explained everything to us thoroughly and politely, used high quality materials, and got the job done perfectly and quickly. He is now our go to guy for all our plumbing needs and I would highly recommend him...you will not be disappointed.

My husband called after hour Ramon came within 30 minutes he started the job and diagnosed the problem he was honest and he gave out informations which help us to decide on the direction we have to take we were glad that we called and asked for his service.

Got home this morning from work and noticed my garbage disposal was leaking water. Called Juan around 810am and he got to my house around 840.  About 25 minutes later he was done installing a brand new garbage disposal.

He was very nice, on-time, and very professional. I would definitely use him again when needed. Highly recommend!!

Gordon's Family Plumbing is an awesome company that is fairly priced and does fantastic work.  They don't just put a bandaid on the problem and walk away.  If they find something else they tell you and you decide if you want them to continue.  They remodeled our bathroom and the work was spot on.  They are organized, clean up after themselves and take pride in what they do.  We were very impressed with their work and when my in-laws needed work done they were who we told them to call.  If I ever need a plumber Gordon's is who I will call.  I also refer all our friends and acquaintances to them.

My second review is still horrible! The owner, Larry, contacts me offering services to fix my water heater the plumber left dripping or a refund. I have text him twice since our conversation last week and no response. He said he would review pictures the plumber took, which there were none. He said he would talk to him, Alfonso, as this hasn't been the first complaint. I declined his offer to make things right and just want a refund for a service they didn't do. I'm never letting this company back in my home as I believe the underlying idea was to break something on my water heater and then cost me major repairs. If the owner makes promises, Is not good on his word, what does that say about his employees? Not a good role model. I still have no receipt and am requesting $83 which they should make $ 166 double for the hassle this has created. Be warned. Do not use them. Maybe it would be better to let your house flood then call Option one.

I finally received a refund 3 days after my request but no follow up about what happened, why it happened or a formal apology. Many words I won't repeat but I'm done with the banter.

I called due to a possible slow leak and needed leak detection. Earlier today, I had a really bad experience with another plumbing company who basically charged me a lot to cut holes in my ceiling and walls with no information or expertise. Chris was extremely sympathetic and sent his team same-day for a courtesy leak detection. The guys were knowledgeable and respectful, and showed me pictures and videos of where to monitor going forward. I really appreciated the honesty of this company! I'll definitely call them for future plumbing services!
