   quote over the phone. (and stayed within the price range!)

   concerns( not a priority..but was very good to know)

OUTSTANDING Service by Jessie. Called and they made appt to fit my crazy schedule. Jessie fixed the problem with toilet and even cleaned it for me. He then helped solve the draining of my dishwasher thru the aerator, clogged hose. He was the best and I know he is who I will call if I have need of a plumber again.

Drew showed up and at first i thought he was a local kid doing a fund raiser. He was the actual technician. I felt a bit funny because he was amazing! He knocked out my problem inside of 30 minutes! I would definitely recommend this company.

We've used Olson's for all of our issues: water heater, clogged drains, installing clean out valves etc. and they've always been amazing. They are the best.

We needed a fix for our tankless water heater on short notice. Not only did Bad Drains come through quickly, but their communication, patience and honesty made the experience truly pleasant! There is a reason they have these perfect reviews, and we will not hesitate to call them again for emergencies, maintenance and upgrades.

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

My mom's had a plumbing emergency with a broken pipe and water was dripping down the outside of her house and down the walls of her office. It was a Saturday, late afternoon, and in a panic I started yelping 24 hr plumbing services.

I came across Accu Serve and gave it a shot because they had good ratings and seemed close enough. Let me tell you, they sure lived up to their 5 star rating! Mike and his son, Shane, were able to come out within 30 mins and had a diagnosis right away. They got on the repairs and instructed my mom about calling her insurance company and got another company they work with to come out right away and start the drying process. I appreciated his help so much, especially because my mom lives on her own after my dad's passing 3 years ago and doesn't really know how to deal with issues like this since my dad handled everything. He made it so she really didn't have to worry about doing much footwork other than calling her insurance company.

They are truly honest people that take pride in their work, and it shows 100%! Not only were they prompt, made me feel comfortable and grateful that they didn't take advantage of my mom, but they're just friendly and kind at their core. Can't thank Accu Serve enough for all the help!

This is my second time using Robert he reinstalled 3 dimmers 2 light switches  and 9 GFCI receptacles. His price was very affordable especially after receiving a quote for from another company ( I definitely wouldn't be able to afford them). He offered to come for a free estimate was here within an hour and done all of the switches and outlets very fast. I am sure it would have been faster if someone hadn't mucked them up prior to him properly installing  them. I appreciate  his speedy response and service. I would definitely call him a third, and a fourth and a fifth etc. time

We've used Pablo multiple times and been very satisfied with the ease of scheduling, workmanship, and price.

Pablo has installed new sinks and faucets in the kitchen and bathroom, installed a food disposal and dish washer, fixing a corroded pipe in the shower, and fixed the water pressure in our bathroom.

I plan on using him again!

Edit: I forgot that he re-piped a gas stove for us as well!

This plumber is tge most honest plumber i can onky give him 5 stars!!!  He deserves 10!!!!  Neri has done many plumbing jobs at my house.  Toliets, drains, had slab leak where he had to re-route my plumbing to the attic and then to the laundry room.  He leaves your house cleaner than it was!!!  He is the bonb!!!!

Right away to replace my water heater. The whole process was fast and went smoothly. It was after hours but he went back to the shop to get me a water heater and came back shortly after instead of me having to wait until the next day. He explained everything afterwards and pricing was reasonable. I will definitely use tri-city plumbing again in the future

This is the second time that I have used a Juan and both times were very pleasant. The first tome was a big job. Slab leak under a long driveway. It was a big job and they handled it professionally. The second service was for a water heater repair. He was prompt and professional and his prices were very fair. I would highly recommend him

Honest and reliable company! It is so nice that good companies like this one are available. I had a main drain line under the house backed up Saturday evening. I called first thing Sunday morning and spoke with Gary who was very courteous and up front on the cost. He schedule a plumber to be out at 9:30am. I was kept up to date by their text message automated system and at 9:30am, Luis Burgos, arrived and was very professional and understood the issue immediately. He kept me up to date and was able to determine exactly where the blockage was and had it cleared out. With Luis and Hiniker Plumbing, I have found a great realiable plumbing service company who I would call in a heart beat and recommend to anyone in need of a plumber. Great company, great owner, and great staff!

I highly recommend Gordon's plumbing!  Scott fixed a leaky faucet  in the bathtub... he spent a long time until he left the faucet in working condition.  Very nice people professional and courteous.  Will definitely use their services again!

Excellent service with professional knowledgeable technicians.  the plumber that showed up Shaun was very professional, he even showed up with the proper covid-19 approved gear( face mask, booties,Gloves). He was very friendly. Quickly resolved our plumbing issues. Also the price he qouted me was very reasonable. This is the third time I've used Option 1 and I plan on using them from now on. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing.
