I've called Alex a few more times since the last time I wrote this review to fix various things around the house. Each time he has been really responsive (and will respond via text which is great for people like me who have phone anxiety) and has been able to make time to come out within a day. He installed a new toilet for us, which involved fixing a broken flange that our home warranty company pretended was not an issue. The broken part of the flange was really stubborn, but he was able to fix it at minimal cost and minimal fuss. He also fixed a leak in our master bathroom sink. The sink was leaking again six months later but in a different place, but he fixed the leak and wouldn't take my money for the trouble. He is forever our favorite plumber and our go to guy.

I would give 10 stars if you could here.   If you are in need of plumbing services and you live in the Temecula/Murrieta Valley, there is no reason why you should call anyone else besides Dan and Winder Plumbing.  He is the best of the best.  I called him on Saturday morning and he offered to come out same day.   We needed valves changed for our washer and dryer.  He is efficient, on time, does great work and is priced very fairly.   Thank you Dan for a great experience today.   We will be repeat customers for sure!

I had a plumber come to evaluate an obstructed toilet and he tried to snake it ultimately giving up advising me I needed a rooter. He did advise me to find a mom and pop business as the big name rooter companies would try to gouge me.

Thankfully I found Jeff at Rocky Rooter via YELP reviews and needless to say I would recommend him to everyone.

Pros:
* promptly accommodated my busy schedule
* communicated with me during day of appointment and arrived as expected without wasting my day/time
* removed shoes in my home without asking (can't believe how people have declined to remove shoes as if it was a foreign request)
* communicated what he was doing, why and how (I have expensive Italian marble that was grouted to toilet which he was able to gently remove without damaging floors and carefully secure toilet to tile the proper way maintaining aesthetic appeal
* BEST OF ALL fixed my plumbing needs for an unbelievable price (I heard horror stories of rooter pricing)!!!

They came right out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it for MUCH less $ with no need to demo like the first company's estimate suggested. Highly recommend. In fact, my daughter needs a hose bibb fixed. I'll contact you about it, Olson's. :-)

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

Mike was very open and honest with what could be effecting my drains.  He was able to succeed in fixing the problem when a nationwide company  couldn't.  I will recommend him to my friends.

Neri Sanchez and his crew from Plumbing Solutions 4U saved a stalled construction job that was left hanging and literally saved the day. He identified an incorrectly chosen pipe not made for plumbing that a contractor had installed in the shower and was causing rusty water to come out! He quickly figured it out and fixed it, and fortunately, we didn't have to tear anything out!
We also needed a Toto toilet with a washlet installed, and Neri knew a lot of information about them, had installed many of them, and it was clear that he was the one to hire! He installed it an it works flawlessly. We also had Neri install a Navian tankless water heater. He showed a lot of care and skill tearing out the old 50 gallon water heater, and did an immaculate job putting in the Navian. He called the manufacturer rather than just guessing when it came to a question regarding a pipe. A lot of others would have made an assumption and did the wrong thing.
We are very appreciative, having worked with a lot of well intended but careless contractors, of Neri's patience, knowledge, skills and his well trained crew. They work together very well!

Ramon came to my home to fix what I was hoping was a routine plugged toilet, he explained possible scenarios and he showed the problem (roots!!!) via sewer line camera,Ramon was able to fix the problem,it definitely wasn't easy! Thanks again Ramon! Definitely will use your company again.

These guys are amazing. They came out promptly and took care of second-story leak in the kitchen from upstairs shower. I highly recommend them.

Our water heater suddenly stopped working and they were able to get a technician out that day. Branden couldn't have been nicer. My heater couldn't be repaired so Branden had a new one in the next day. Everyone I dealt with at this company was amazing.

Jeff came out on time and finished quickly.  I called them based on their perfect reviews.  He even had to go get parts and he still came back super fast to finish the job!

Sean came on time and took care of the water back-up issue quick. He was very nice and wore a mask since we have a newborn. Reasonable price and great service. I will recommend Option one plumbing to my friends for sure if needed.

These guys are awesome. I highly recommend. Justin is very reliable gets the jobs done. Very professional and fair prices. There isn't a job these guys can't handle.

The team has a great response time. Ryan was able to immediately find the problem with our plumbing. He also was great  in offering suggestions to avoid future plumbing problems. He does not push you to make a quick decision but instead gives you time to think about his suggestion. Jay was also very efficient in installing our new toilet bowl.
