August came out to inspect 3 septic tanks on a property I had in escrow. He is extremely knowledgeable. As a real estate broker and property manager, I've hired countless plumbing and septic companies over the years. He was on time, professional, got right to work, took his time and did a very thorough inspection. The value he provided was the best investment I made on this deal. Hiring knowledgeable contractors to inspect your properties is your best insurance against loss and he saved me tens of thousands of dollars with the information he provided.

I called Dan after seeing very good reviews on Yelp. I explained we had a clogged tub even after purchasing our own solutions and trying to take care of it ourselves. He was able to give me a quote over the phone and within the hour he was at our house. He was fast and efficient and made sure our questions were answered and even gave us tips on how to prevent this from happening again. I will definitely be calling him for future serve if needed!

Isaiah did a great job. Showed up on the weekend, immediately after I contacted him. Very reasonable price. Friendly and personable. He wore a mask, gloves and booties over his shoes. We are happy with his service. Will definitely contact him for future small jobs.

Had an issue with our toilet leaking through the floor and the man Marco came through and saved the day! Found everything that was wrong and quickly took care of it, made sure it was leaking and took his time making sure we were all good! 100% recommend this place!

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

Highly recommend Mike and his son. They are on time, courteous, and honest. Even put on shoe covers before entering my house. They came to descale my tankless water heater. Ended up not doing the work since it is too risky due the fact that the system has not been flushed for 5 years. They explained to me the risk involved and gave me detailed instructions on who to contact and approximately how much it will cost me depending on which option I go with. They did not charge me at all even though I offered. I will definitely call them for all my future plumbing needs. And after I get my water heater's heat exchanger replaced, I'm going back to him for annual descaling.

We had another plumber that came to see us with the same issue Nairi helped us with and not only did the issue not get fixed last time the 2nd time caused water leakage in our roof! We ended up contacting Nairi for another opinion and he not only FIXED the issue he came in with confidence knew exactly what was going on and made sure he felt the issue was fixed he is very reasonable price. I WILL use him again..

Sent a message to Tri City Plumbing to get a quote for a clogged kitchen sink and responded within minutes, scheduled to come out  in the afternoon but  arrived earlier than expected.  Ramon charged exactly what he quoted which was very reasonable.    He's fast and did a great job.   Ramon is very friendly, easy to talk to and answered all our questions.   Asked Ramon for a quote on another project which was also reasonable.   Will be using Tri City  for plumbing problems and  would definitely recommend Ramon.

Juan is fantastic. I've used him to solve plumbing problems at my home and today my Dad had a problem at his house and Juan took care of it in 5-Star style.

For that price you better be happy. Guys we're great and went above and beyond. But even the water company said they were ripping us off, that the job should have been a 1/3 of the cost. Good work but very expensive.

Recently I was checking on a friend's house and walked in to water on the floor and water spewing from a pipe on the water heater. I couldn't turn the valve to turn the water off on the heater, so I tried to turn it off outside. The outside valve was an old gate valve and would not turn off. I called Hiniker and they said someone would be there within the hour. Forty minutes later, Rick came. He turned off the water to the heater. He determined that the pressure regulator had failed, allowing too much pressure in the water heater pipe where it also failed. He replaced the pipes outside with copper pipes, installed a new regulator and a new shut-off valve. He replaced the pipe inside and also determined the thermocouple was bad. All that and the pilot wouldn't stay lit. He determined the inside of the tank was flooded. We were going to let it dry out for a couple of days, but in the end with the owner's permission it was decided that a new one would be installed. All in all, they were there for about ten hours over two days. I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of this young man. I snagged a business card from him and will call them in the future if anything goes wrong at my house. I highly recommend this business.

Gordon's Family Plumbing recently completed a plumbing and small construction project for me. I am very pleased with the results. This was an honest and hardworking crew. They were reliable, on time and left the area clean. I highly recommend them and look forward to having them complete my future projects.

I had them come out on Friday in afternoon payed a great price to clear a main line and gave me a 14 day warranty. So what you know Monday at 630pm line clog up again called and told them talk to mike he tells me since I am calling after 5 need to pay more or wait tell morning only honor the warranty Monday through Friday 8 to 5 I told him they never told me that nor does it state  it in the paper work he said you paid cheap price I told him it has nothing to do with what  I  paid. I have a warranty they refused to come out wanted me to pay a additional fee. So they never came out and I had to wait tell next day with two kids and a wife that could t use toilets or take showers. Only have one good thing about them coming Monday the Plummer Robby did a great job and was very polite.

Righty Tighty is the only plumbers we use. We had to call them out for a water heater leak & replacement.  Both Felix and Justin did a great, professional job & kept the work area clean. Don't hesitate to call them!

These guys are awesome! I had a copper pipe leak inside a wall. I called HMS and within 20 min. Chris was here, he assessed the issue, called his crew and within an hour they were here with a plan. They fixed the issue, dried out the area and were fast, clean and fair priced. I would not hesitate one minute to call them again for a plumbing need. Matt was very quick to respond when I got into a bind replacing my bathroom faucet and angle valves. He was able to come next day and on Sunday at that. He is flexible with pricing and provided accurate quotes. He is knowledgable, experienced, and just starting out on his own with this business.
