So my water heater went out on Sunday. Monday morning I called a few plumbers to get an estimate for installing a tankless heater. Dan gave me a really good quote, didn't try to sell me any unnecessary items. He was always very quick to respond to any questions I had. Once I decided to go with him, he got me on his schedule really quickly (within a couple days), and showed up exactly when he said he would. He did a fantastic job (I didn't realize how long it would take to switch from a conventional tank to tankless), but he got the job done. Very professional and no time wasting. He was also very courteous and polite. I could tell he takes pride in his work, and it shows. Thanks Dan, you've got a loyal customer for as long as I'm around.

Highly recommend Isaiah. He came and fixed the toilet issue promptly and left the area clean. Also was quick to respond to another request for service for one of our other properties.

I've had them come out to help with two separate plumbing issues, a clogged pipe and a leaky pipe. Both issues were fixed promptly and without any issues.

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

I didn't actually get serviced by them but while on the phone Mike asked me what my issue was and gave me a solution over the phone...he said he wanted to save me money on the house call...in this day and age it's rare to find real honest businesses and he sounded absolutely genuine and caring, all of which I truly deeply appreciate.  Thank you, Mike!  I will definitely use you guys when I have other issues!  This place sounds completely honest and willing to help.  Thank you again!

We've used Pablo multiple times and been very satisfied with the ease of scheduling, workmanship, and price.

Pablo has installed new sinks and faucets in the kitchen and bathroom, installed a food disposal and dish washer, fixing a corroded pipe in the shower, and fixed the water pressure in our bathroom.

I plan on using him again!

My condo is a bit older so everytime I've been in a bind with my plumbing issues Neri has always come through and responded quickly to fix the issue. His work is excellent, quick and efficient. He's even changed some of the plumbing and piping in my condo to be more efficient. Prices are very fair and communicated upfront so you know exactly what the problem is and the cost to fix it before work is started. No hidden fees or any other stipulations like you may get with other plumbing companies which might cause great anxiety. Called Ramon and he came right out and fixed my hot water heater for under $ 200.00 dollars. I called another place and was told that We don't work on hot water heaters older than 8 years old. My unit was 9 years old. That company wanted to sell me a Brand New Unit for
$ 1500.00 dollars. I didn't need a new unit. All I needed was one little part. Thank you Ramon for coming out fixing my hot water heater. When I do need a new unit, I am DEFINITELY CALLING YOU. THANK YOU FOR BEING HONEST.

My toilet leaked into the hardwood flooring.  Call Gary and scheduled an appointment.  Gary came to my house as scheduled.  He removed the toilet and sure enough it was the wax seal.  Gary explained how he would do it right permanently by using two wax seals due to the raised flooring to provide enough seals.  Gary was courteous, professional and explained it thoroughly.  He made sure it was fixed for good. I highly recommend Gary's work!

If you are looking for quality workmanship at a fair price this is the plumbing company to call! I have used them multiple times. I had a water heater that needed to be replaced, and a toilet that was leaking. They came out and took care of both issues at a fair price. Friendly, efficient and fast turn around. I would recommend them if you need a reliable plumber!

Jose was awesome! He came the same day when we had our faucet break in the bathtub where we could not turn off the water. He was able to fix the problem and replace the broken part on the that same day. He also replaced the water inlet valve on our dishwasher that day for no additional charge.  They are professionals and know what they are doing. They are a great company with great customer service. We have recommended them to family and friends, and we will continue to use their services for repairs and home improvement needs. Pipeline Plumbing was awesome from start to finish on our water heater problem. They were one of a very few companies that responded and gave me a time when they'd be here. I felt confident in their work and they put my worrisome mind at ease while laying out each step of the reconstruction phases. The other companies they worked with (Express Dry and Mission Restoration) were solid as well. All 3 worked together and each of them was here when they said they would be. Nice team to work with.

I called Mr. Rooter on 8/22/2022 for service on finding a leak that caused water to rise from under my flooring in several rooms of my house.  I called the office at 5:37pm and Santiago the technician arrived at 6:17pm.  Very prompt and attentive to my concerns.  I had a different company come by on 8/21/2022 and tell me I had a slab leak and it would be $9600 to repair.  I was told to turn off my water so the leak wouldn't continue.  Santiago was kind and considerate and within 2 minutes of walking in and listening to me explain the problem, he detected where the leak was coming from and fixed it within 5 minutes.  It was a cracked/broken thing in my AC unit.  I turned my main water back on, and that night the water ceased from accumulating and has been drying since.  No more water on my floor.  So, to the different company, it was not a $9600 slab leak repair, it was my AC all along.  Times are tough for a lot of us, and the service, respect and compassion I was treated with speaks volumes for this company.  I appreciate you so much for helping me during this stressful time of my home flooding.  I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and will never use any other company.
