My toliet flooded had Easy out there the next day he fixed the problem installed a new toliet in one day. Called him again a week later with a water heater leak that he quickly fixed again in one day cut out dry wall replaced the pipe  and repatched the wall.  He is fast dependable , trustworthy ,  reasonable, saved me a lot of money . I took a chance on him as I found him on Yelp.  If your looking for a good worker this is the Man !!

August came out to inspect 3 septic tanks on a property I had in escrow. He is extremely knowledgeable. As a real estate broker and property manager, I've hired countless plumbing and septic companies over the years. He was on time, professional, got right to work, took his time and did a very thorough inspection. The value he provided was the best investment I made on this deal. Hiring knowledgeable contractors to inspect your properties is your best insurance against loss and he saved me tens of thousands of dollars with the information he provided.

His company is moving to the #1 spot on my list for plumbing or septic services. I highly recommend him and will refer him to any of my friends/colleagues knowing they'll be well taken care of at a fair price

...Three days after the move in to our new house we had the unpleasant surprise that we needed major plumbing work.
Initially we called our home warranty company to have one of their contractors fix the issue without us having to pay out of pocket but we had a huge issue with their work and their willingness to work with our scheduling.
Unfortunately nothing is ever as it seems, after three days of working with another company and getting no real assistance I desperately contacted Drain Edge Rooter and a handful of other plumbers around 12pm. I immediately heard back from Isaiah with Drain Edge who was more than willing to come out that same day by 5pm and create a plan to get us back to using our toilets and showers. Isaiah and his team showed up that same day assessed the problem and determined the issue (a main line pipe under our front yard that has been been busted and blocked by the roots of a large magnolia tree). Isaiah gave us a quote to fix the entire issue and had his team working each chance they had.
On day two of digging into the ground --what they believed was going to be a 5ft dig-- they discovered the set up of piping meant that they were actually going to have to dig 10ft deep instead. True to their initial quote for the job, they completed the extra work using the all man power they had to and did not try to charge us ore since we had entered a contract with them.  
The additional dept, of course, prolonged the time it would take to finish but luckily Drain Edge understood the importance of us being able to use our plumbing as it was intended. They cleared the pipes enough so that we could use our plumbing normally. Drain Edge came back and worked all day till 10pm finishing the job.
Isaiah was very clear that the job was not done until the dirt was back in the hole and the yard was as close as it could be to when they started and would not accept payment until our requested permit was signed off and the dirt was put back.
While we hated having to go through this experience we really felt like we were in great hands with this team. We will certainly call them for our future plumbing needs.

I had a clogged bathtub that wouldn't drain at all so I decided to look for a plumber.
I requested 10 estimates from 10 different companies and David from Fixx it Plumbing and Rooter responded immediately, and gave me the best price.
He showed up to my place within the hour and was extremely professional.
He knew exactly what was wrong and got it fixed within 15 minutes. He was also very helpful answering my questions, and made this an easy, pleasant experience. He was very careful not to get anything dirty,  and at the end of his service he tidied up and left everything nice and clean.
I highly recommend this company, and David was the absolute best!
I give this company 5 well earned stars.
I would not hesitate on using his services in the future.

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

Absolutely amazing service. We have called in the past and they have always been prompt and professional.  We have even referred them to a friend who lives in Ontario and she was just as happy with the service as we have been.

Recently we got homeowner's insurance and used a plumber they recommended and after that consult I felt that we were being overcharged and felt the whole explanation of our problem didn't sound quite right...so we called AccuServe for a second opinion (I would've called for the first opinion) and glad we did!  

Their service was leaps and bounds better than the other plumber we called. They scheduled an appointment pretty quickly and the window was a short hour wait time and they came on time!  Already this was 180 from the other guy who came over.

Next, I got a clear explanation of what the problem could be, what it definitely could not be, the work to be performed as well as upfront cost of work.  In under 20 minutes they fixed the problem.

It is so hard to find maintenance professionals you can trust and not only did their work speak volumes about their business, they really showed a lot of respect to us as hardworking people too.  As soon as they left I knew I had to write this review.  Exceptional!

You came so quickly & took care of the flood & heater is such a timely manner.  I give you a five star but if site would allow I would give a 10/10. You guys were awesome in replacing my heater I know it was not your job to take care of flood but you helped us without an extra charge. And your repair/replacement fee was affordable also.

I've used Plumbing Solutions 4 U a few times now. I first found the business through Thumbtack.  Neri is very responsive and professional. My condo is a bit older so everytime I've been in a bind with my plumbing issues Neri has always come through and responded quickly to fix the issue. His work is excellent, quick and efficient. He's even changed some of the plumbing and piping in my condo to be more efficient. Prices are very fair and communicated upfront so you know exactly what the problem is and the cost to fix it before work is started. I called them to fix a leaky faucet and they sent Brenden over. He was polite and knowledgeable about our issue. He fixed our faucet quickly and for a great price. He also didn't mind that our dogs preferred to hang out with him. We would absolutely use Scott McLeod plumbing again.

I called Hiniker for a seriously clogged sink on a Sunday. He got here within about an hour, cleared the sink quickly, and, most importantly, kept everything clean. On top of that, he was a really nice guy and told me some good plumbing information while he was working. I have not had great luck with previous plumbers in the area, so I am glad to know that I now have someone dependable, for that next emergency.

If you are looking for quality workmanship at a fair price this is the plumbing company to call! I have used them multiple times. I had a water heater that needed to be replaced, and a toilet that was leaking. They came out and took care of both issues at a fair price. Friendly, efficient and fast turn around. I would recommend them if you need a reliable plumber!

I had a major water leak coming from our upstairs bathroom. Water everywhere, ceiling, walls, carpet, furniture, everywhere! Called HMS. They were there in no time. Stopped the leak, tore the walls, ceiling, carpet out, and dried it all up. Contacted our insurance co., got approval for repairs, and restored everything to better than it was before! Great service, great people, great job. Thank you HMS. Any pluming issues in the future (hopefully not !), we know who to call.

Very happy with Plumbing Matters. They replaced a water heater and repaired leak in the garage. Mathew was excellent, good service, fair pricing and good communication. He even replaced two valves for the washer for free. Definitely will use them again in the future.

We had a leak in a water softener .and also our regulator wasn't working.. Ryan came out on a Saturday evening in a last minute notice... when I called at 6:30 p.m. when another company blew me off .....and he suggested we get a new water softer other was 10 yrs old  which I agreed and a new water heater they came out on mon morning ..to  move some stuff out of the way. we're in-and-out and everything works  great  thank you so much 5 stars a plus  nice nice guys ..

My technician was Santiago. He and Gabriel quickly found the problem and Santiago got right to work. It was an all day job. Santiago was professional, polite and took care of business! The problem and solution was explained and shown to me. The repairs were not cheap but I feel it was necessary and done in the best way possible. I appreciate this business and would highly recommend them.
