Used A&A for first time last week. Jessie was right on time.  Called to let me know he was on the way. That was important since my time was limited. Went right to the source. And was done in about a half hour allowing me to keep my apppointment. They were also the best price of the ones I called. This was for a plugged shower drain.

Dan is a very pleasant and professional man and plumber! He was able to open a very serious clog in a toilet line. Use him with complete confidence!

A plumber who comes the next day, at the time estimated, and has great manners? Where has Jeff been all my adult life?

We had issues with our garbage disposal and Jeff was able to fix it within ten minutes. He even took the time to teach me how to fix it myself if I should encounter issues in the future and left me with the wrench to do so complimentary.

He and his wife are a great team, with his wife handling the admin side and Jeff coming out to do his magic. I appreciated his honesty when I asked him to take a look at our tub drain. He declined to charge me more for removing the clog and told me that I had all the right tools already.

Jeff was courteous upon arrival and offered to wear a mask and remove his shoes immediately upon entry. I've met others who decline or roll their eyes at such simple requests, but Jeff was more than happy to oblige.

I will use Rocky Rooster in the future and am more than happy to refer him to others.

My plumber was Isaiah. He was very dedicated, honest and Proficient he got the job done and showed up at the time he said he would.  Our family is very please with his work. I highly recommend him.

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

We had another plumber that came to see us with the same issue Nairi helped us with and not only did the issue not get fixed last time the 2nd time caused water leakage in our roof! We ended up contacting Nairi for another opinion and he not only FIXED the issue he came in with confidence knew exactly what was going on and made sure he felt the issue was fixed he is very reasonable price. I WILL use him again..

I needed the handle on my toilet replaced PRONTO! I sent requests to several plumbers. Juan responded almost immediately! Out of seven other plumbers, I hired his company. I'm glad that I did!

had Scott McLeod evaluate/fix a leak a year ago...called again as a leak appeared once more; despite the business being extremely busy, was able to have the problem addressed in 2 days! and not only did Damien find a leak @ the city's side of the meter, also pressure-checked the regulator @ 120psi! thank-you Scott AND Damien!

I called Hiniker this morning, and by end of day had James here to fix our problem.  We had a valve issue with our upstairs shower.  James was here, knew what the problem was and was on his way 20 min later, with a working shower again.  Thank you for fitting me in on short notice, and knowing what you were doing.

This morning I went out to my backyard and found it flooded right about where I knew my main line was for my water. I called John Gordon well contacted him through Facebook where I have followed his work for years. I text him a message. Sorry to bother you on Sunday but I have a plumbing emergency explain what the problem was, he got back with in 10 minutes of me sending him the text and within an hour and 10 minutes I had somebody here fixing my main that was almost a geyser. I cannot express how grateful I was for their fast and courteous service the young man he sent to my house was name. Amen. He was courteous. He was kind he got right to work and within an hour not even two hours. Had it dug up fixed and repaired. I gave them five stars but I would've given them 100 stars if you need anybody to fix anything John Gordon and amen are the people to call again? I got a prompt response from Larry and provided me their next day availability. So I decided to book an appointment with Option one and we weren't disappointed. It was nice to get a courtesy text from Ryan  letting me know that  he was  gonna be our plumber and he was on his way. I also like the idea that he included his picture so I know who to expect when I open the door.  He did an excellent job fixing our kitchen sink pipes , he took the time to explain  to me the work  he was going to do before he started. He patiently answered all my questions as well.
Ryan was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.  He also gave good recommendations. He made sure he cleaned up  the area after he was done.  Option one has a good customer service. Right away, I received a follow up phone call from one of their representatives to check if I was satisfied with the work that was done.

Excellent service, they actually answer the phone and respond to your call right away, I was very impressed with the response time and how quick they solved my problem. The reviews are well deserved, I highly recommend them as top-notch plumbing outfit.

I definitely recommend using HMS. Chris was unavailable but sent one of his crew. He was very responsive,polite,knowledgeable,reasonable, and available on short notice.
