Desperately called Tony's at 4 pm on a Friday of Memorial Day Weekend.  The answering service said he would call back shortly. Within 5 minutes Tony called back and said he could be at the house in an hour.   Right on time  he drove up to save the day ... and weekend!   He stopped the slab leak and capped it off, while offering suggestions how to fix it permanently and also
prevent further damage.   He saved us so much worry and grief. No wonder he has so many 5 star reviews.   Well deserved.

I just had the pleasure of having Christian of Ruvalcaba Plumbing, come and take care of my plumbing issues. The sinks in my upstairs bathroom were clogged and he knew exactly what to do. He explained the whole process and was successful in unclogging my sinks. Hooray!! In addition, Christian was very clean and careful, along with being fair and reasonable in his pricing. I would not hesitate to recommend Ruvalcaba Plumbing and if I ever again have plumbing issues I will be calling them. Thank you!

Sent a request through yelp on Sunday afternoon looking for help with our refrigerator valve that needed to be changed. Got a response from Mike right away. I let him know what was going on, he gave me a very good estimate compared to others I spoke to, and someone came out the next morning at the correct time given. Mike even called right after his worker left to follow up and verify if everything was completed. Great service! Definitely recommend!

I had a water heater Emergency today over 4th of July weekend. Jay answered right away and came to my rescue within 1 hour! Installed a new water heater and back in action for kids to take their baths! Awesome service! Professional, polite, and friendly. I had called a couple plumbers and Jay was the Best price and he was available to come out within the hour of calling! I'm a customer for life!

We had an awkward smell, our dogs were picking up. Decided to reach out to NexGen, Eddie viewed every duct and made sure there wasn't any odd objects. We didn't quite figure out where the smell was coming from, so he recommended contacting pest control, just in case there might be some type of dead animal (mobile home). Eddie recommended a cleaning and replacement. He also went above and beyond and even crawled under the mobile home, which was quite impressive for a husky man. Thanks Eddie!

Couldn't happen at a worse time.  We noticed a slab leak in the hall way the day after Thanksgiving while decorating for Christmas.

Found Ray's Leak Detection & Repair and liked what I read about the company.  Scheduled an appointment and Ray showed up when promised.  The leak was found - under the stairs.  UGH.

Ray wrote up the plan of action which was to bypass the leak and redo the piping instead of tearing up the stairs to open the slab.

The new piping was installed, the site was cleaned up, and everything is perfect.

Ray's professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to ensure the job is done correctly is very much appreciated.

I recently had an issue at my rental property. It is an older home with a tight crawl space. The plumber didn't hesitate to get under the house to search out the source of the problem. While under the house, he found a small leak. He recorded it for me to see and explained my options when he came out. He was honest with me about methods to fix this issue (I have old galvanized pipes) that would work best for this particular situation. When I asked for additional quotes for repairs/upgrades down the road, he quickly figured it out with options. The plumber was very nice, clean and professional. I would definitely use this company again.

Found this highly recommended after reading mediocre reviews on other companies and calling around with not so great front desk service skills. This company was friendly, professional & reliable. Needed a septic cert as well as pumping charges to the escrow company and they honestly did the work. If we ever need a septic company again will use this one only!

Ricky came out and cleared a bad overflow from our kitchen. He was on time, let me know step by step what he would do to fix the problem. Great price and excellent customer service. Would definitely call them again.

I called Thompson Family Plumbing out to have my delta kitchen faucet installed and there wonderful technician Rex came out ready to help with everything I needed. He set the expectation before getting started and really wowed me with his service. He replaced my kitchen faucet and the emergency shut off valves under the sink. He completed the work quickly and informed me on his reccomendations. I also became a family member with the company and I will use them for any future plumbing needs. I was looking for a plumber to service a house we just moved in to in the city of HB. Went on a FB group local to HB, and I saw Jacob's services recommended over and over. I gave him a shot to fix my kitchen sink drain. He communicated on the phone and text of all updates, easy to speak to and explains the situation. He came over and showed up at the agreed time, the fix was super easy. We used my own shop vacuum to clear the line and all was good. He didn't even charge me for a thing. What a stand up guy. I just called him back for a sewer scope and am happy to be using his service yet again. Highly recommend Jacob

They came out to check on a drainage problem. Very honest and straightforward on what the problem was.

Yelp needs to fix the problem, prior messages are gone, unable to contact the plumber we hired last time.

Thankfully repeating the same process, we found Rick,  even younger yet very hard working, honest, skillful, experienced, knowledgeable, and caring plumber, he's also quick, smart and very efficient, first one replied to my Yelp request, fixed our dripping tub/shower faucets with reasonable price, on his wife's bday (a Sunday morning), even though I didn't click on the request form as urgent.

He's super up to date on the new products and technology, just a touch of his Popl digital business card wrist band, my iPhone got his contact info instantly, and we are so glad he took the time to recommend Halo 5 filtration to replace our current one, eliminating the dreaded hauling of the water softener salt pellets.

What a wonderful experience. My sister had a horrible experience with a contractor that left her house in complete disarray. One of the things that was left undone was an oven that was placed in the proper location but never connected. I called Frank and Son's and asked if they could help us out and they responded promptly. Their prices were decent. But most of all, they were flexible, thorough, kind and went above and beyond. My sisters oven is s now working and she is over the moon. I am so grateful for the work they did.

Called Nick to replace an old hot water heater.  Came out at the appointed time.  Did a great job.  Stuck to what he quoted me.  No extra charge for this or that.
