Friendly staff! My experience getting a ductless AC system installed in my condo living room and bedroom went seamless. Mario, Kelly and Adrian arrived on time and kept me informed of what they were doing the entire time. The team also cleaned up the space when the project was done. GREAT customer service!

The company came the next day to fix a problem with our water main (between house and water meter)  They ended up replacing the whole line.  They left our lawn in perfect shape, even though the had to dig a hole.  the workers were courteous, professional and very nice.They had the problem fixed in under three hours.  Their prices were reasonable for the work done.

We live in the coastal mountains and I contacted 9 plumbing companies before finding NW Plumbing Services.
Our job was not an emergency but did not have to wait a long time for an appointment.
Everything about this company was efficient and easy. Cody even let me make a video of him showing how to connect and use the new generator.
This will be my go-to company for any plumbing issues and I highly recommend them.

My water heater decided to give me trouble over the weekend.  I sent in a yelp request and Sean got in touch with me in less than two hours!  He told me what might be the trouble, and gave me lots of possible solutions.  Best of all he did not try to hard sell me any expensive options.  Rather he gave me information.  He truly tried to help me and we had several emails back and forth before scheduling.  I will always call him first in the future.

Terry did a beautiful job reworking some existing plumbing in an ADU we're building. He was on time, professional and took the time to answer all our questions. We definitley plan to use him again in the future!

I don't know yet if we will be using their service or not but I did want to comment on how impressed I am with the response so far. I requested quotes from several companies, not only did this service provide an exact model suggestion for the replacement but they provided a clear breakdown of the work involved and expected overall cost. They provided this quote quickly, politely, and the price is pretty close to what I would have expected so I don't feel like they are taking advantage or quoting high or low. Whether or not we choose to use them right now I definitely foresee us using them in the future. We were very impressed by their professionalism and transparency.

These folks are AWESOME with a big 'A'.  A frozen water line due to the 'Big Freeze' in PDX today.  And these folks (Jeremy) was there within one hour. Severe water was running down interior walls throughout multiple levels of the house and with only our son Christopher who is living in the PDX place.  They isolated and drained frozen water lines . Thanks so much that Chris was there and notified me as it could have been much more nasty and destructive. And thanks so much that I knew of this great plumbing company (Cornel's).   Jeremy from Cornel's Plumbing was incredibly competent and knowledgeable tracing down the busted water line and isolating it to prevent further damage.  Folks in HI (where I live most of the year) are not used to severe cold like this... of course, climate change is 'Fake News'  according to the Orange one...

I called Trident out and a tech named kyris showed up, he was professional, courteous, and explained everything thoroughly.  he gave me a bid  showing me exactly what needed to be done and I was a little skeptical at first but I agreed to the price as it was much lower than the other to companies in Salem that gave me bids. Kyris finished up the work and I was blown at how good he did! I will now use Trident Plumbing from now on.. 5 stars for the above and beyond work he did at his price. thank you

I was not home for their visit for an estimate. My wife was home and she raved about their professionalism and their friendly demeanor. They checked all our crawlspace plumbing to inform us that the odor we identified is not a plumbing problem, but a dead rodent.  Thank you and we will definitely call you guys first if we have an issue with our plumbing.

Did chose this company because. We need to replace a gas hot water heater.

1. They quoted us $6,000. We didn't bite...

2. Then they quoted us $4,000. We still didn't bite...and got rid of the employee.

We went with another company for $2,000. Through Home Depot.

Then Apollo bombarded us with emails acting as if we were going to hire them...

What a fantastic experience we had with this company. We had a leak in the pump house. Initially I tried calling a local business and they never returned my calls. With Henco, someone answered the phone and set us up for an appointment. I had called later in the day, so they sent a professional the very next day. He was cordial, pleasant to deal with, listened and fixed the problem quickly. We have a couple larger projects that will need to be done and we will definitely be calling Henco back again.

Came and capped my gas line prior to replacing my range. Did a great job, relit all the pilot lights for me and left me with a clean work area. Even my dogs liked them! Planning on using them for all my future plumbing needs. Competitively and reasonably priced. Went with the flow and will continue to Go With the Flow!!

Craftwork did all the original plumbing in my house 12 years ago. I have never had a problem with any of there work. It is top quality as I do live in an upscale neighborhood. They have always been prompt with returning service calls. They completed a kitchen renovation early and at a lower cost. When I have add emergencies, they have gotten to me right away. - even adding an unscheduled stop as one of the plumbers was on the way home. I cannot speak highly enough about their work and service. Their costs are always competitive or lower than anyone else.

'A leaky toilet is the pits? We called Direct plumbing and they arrived on time a pleasant fellow named Chris and replaced the ''O'' ring in 10-15 minutes for $273 Big one's , Oh well live and learn I suppose at least that's out of our lives? After he left I noticed the toilet still leaking water but not as much . So we needed call him back for a second go !   At more bucks to the tune of $170 this second time.   The total job now ended up a little more spendy than what we expected? But what's done is done and the job was adequate but I question if there was a need to divide this job into two parts as we ended up with more expense than expected. The toilet now is not leaking but the flush is a lot weaker I notice?? ''Thanks !

I'm a retired Vietnam Vet, wife and I on Medicare, Mom 91 lives with us.  We had a sewage pipe problem and 3 Mountain was going to fix it, for 11K!
They never showed up for the appointment, tried to claim I had date wrong. No calls to let us know they were not coming.   Terrible stress . Poor communication lines within the company .

We had Dawson's install a new gas on demand water heater and everything went well. It went so well that we had them come to bid other jobs for us including our sump pump and more ad-ons for the water heater. Never got the bid, never followed up, never contacted us again. It's been two months and they completely ghosted us. We really liked Dusty and his team, I'm not sure what went awry but I can no longer recommend them.

You will not find a plumber with higher  quality service and professionalism.  They don't nickel and dime you to death   They pinpoint the problem, explain the details of the issue and explain the solution.  Thank you for the help.
