Fusion Plumbing

I was having an issues with my bath tub faucet and it was causing leaking in other areas. I have never worked with a plumber before, being a first time home owner. John and Nick were awesome. They were professional and personable. Not only did they solve the problem but they educated me and provided me with resources. They were so respectful and helpful. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone and will be using them again if anything comes up.

Fusion Plumbing is a quality outfit! I had a Christmas emergency and these folks were the fastest, most responsive, and certainly the most caring and conscientious plumbing company I found.  It was a pretty complicated set of issues so I'll keep this review general - but rest assured, these are the people you want on your team when you've got a tricky plumbing problem.

John generously took the time to coach me through some immediate damage control measures, then came out a few days later to correct some defects in previous workmanship. Upon looking things over, he gently explained the seriousness of my plumbing situation without ever making me feel patronized or pressured -- this is important to me as a solo woman homeowner -- and then advised me of worst case scenarios before getting started. He and his apprentice Nick then proceeded to get to work fixing one problem at a time, explaining everything they did as they went along.

I thought the rate was quite reasonable, especially considering how much extra time John and others at the company spent on hand-holding and educating me before the job even started. Then once they were off the clock and my bill was paid, he took the time to thank me for my business and set realistic expectations about what else needed to be done, as well as lingering to chat and answer unrelated plumbing questions I had.

All in all an A+ experience - highly recommend!

We had a massive leak with our main water line, water pooling in our front yard! John and Nick were able to come out same day to inspect. Super knowledgeable and explained their findings and options in an easy to understand manner.

This was hands-down the best experience I've ever had with contractors. I had bought an older house with 60 year old plumbing and needed *major* work (whole-house re-pipe). The Fusion Plumbing employees were polite, on-time, efficient, explained everything in detail, and used quality materials and methods. I sought 3 quotes before I decided who to use, and while Fusion wasn't the lowest bid, they gave me the most confidence, and in the end were worth every penny. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We had a bit of a plumbing emergency - we attempted to DIY our shower fixtures but really messed up and had water shooting everywhere. :)
Fusion Plumbing was able to come out within about 1-2 days despite a very busy schedule and fix it for us. He was also incredibly knowledgeable and happy to chat with us for a bit about our other bathroom. Such a pleasure! And of course our shower Is fixed and was done quickly! Such great service.

Prompt arrival and great service. Toilet was having issues they suggested a much better brand. They also took care of a leak when installing the new toilet. Nice clean work. Not easy to find great service these days but Fusion is great. I would definitely use them again in the future.

We hired Fusion Plumbing to help fix shut off valves in all our bathrooms and the kitchen, replace some leaky faucets, and some other plumbing fixes (older house, old fixtures, prior owners bad installs, etc).  The work was done very efficiently, cleanup was great, and John let us know exactly what he found, what he fixed, and why.  It was a little more work than we initially thought it would be before we hired him because we found more we that we wanted/needed fixed and he was able to take care of all of it. We are extremely pleased with the work and overall communication around the job.  And to have a trustworthy and friendly plumber to call when we need is fantastic!  We would not hesitate to hire John and Fusion Plumbing in the future.

We knew the plumbing in our 1912 craftsman home needed some tender loving care. Over the years, plumbers had been warning us that we needed an expensive and destructive total repipe. We fudged our way through until it got to a point where we couldn't put it off any longer. We reached out to several plumbers to get an idea of exactly what we needed and were so happy to hear John's creative ideas on how we could solve our problem.
John and his team are honest, knowledgeable, skilled, reliable, punctual, professional, and great communicators. Working with Fusion Plumbing was easy and a great experience -- the best experience we've had working with a plumbing company.

The positive experience with Fusion Plumbing started with them offering a no-nonsense quote for my job.  John and Nick arrived when expected, wearing masks (although I'm fully vaxed, them being masked shows respect).
John and nick made quick -- but quality -- work of things.  I'm looking forward using Fusion Plumbing's services again.
Now that finding a good plumber is sorted, the search continues for a good mechanic ...

John provided excellent service when our water heater went out. He was a great communicator, professional, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

Keeping it simple

We had a pipe burst and had a group out to look at it and quote us on replacement. Given the dollar amount, we decided to make some calls. John took my call late in the day and immediately let me know he wouldn't be able to help us for a few weeks. After talking over the problem, John expressed concern over the price we were quoted and wanted to help any way he could. Two days later, he was at our house to get us set up with temporary service and will be doing the repair in the next few weeks.

He's been nothing but professional since minute one and I can't recommend him enough.

We had a plumbing emergency happen at my house which forced us to turn the water off to the entire house. After multiple calls to different plumbing companies, we were repeatedly told that none of them could get to us for three weeks or longer.

That is until we called John at Fusion Plumbing. While he had an extremely busy schedule he was able to get to us early in the morning next day! He was very professional and friendly, and had my repairs done within 15 minutes or so. He did an excellent job of cleaning up after himself and charged a very reasonable price. I am extremely satisfied and will be using him for any plumbing work In the future!

After 16 years, our water heater died. John very quickly to fit us in. He clearly communicated what needed to be done. They also left the place better than when they arrived. I couldn't have asked for more. Thanks!

John and his team were great.  They communicated very well, showed up early, and explained everything that needed to be done to clear a clogged drain and repair a faulty toilet.  They were very professional and went above and beyond.

We had a plumbing issue with our tub drain and needed someone to come out and check it out. John was super helpful and was able to fit me in same day. He explained everything and was able to get everything fixed. Such great customer service and prices also very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and would use them again!

I don't know yet if we will be using their service or not but I did want to comment on how impressed I am with the response so far. I requested quotes from several companies, not only did this service provide an exact model suggestion for the replacement but they provided a clear breakdown of the work involved and expected overall cost. They provided this quote quickly, politely, and the price is pretty close to what I would have expected so I don't feel like they are taking advantage or quoting high or low. Whether or not we choose to use them right now I definitely foresee us using them in the future. We were very impressed by their professionalism and transparency.

I can't sing the praises of Fusion Plumbing enough. I had a handy person come to fix a drippy faucet and they fixed the drip but messed up the pipes so the faucet no longer could attach. My house is closing in a few days and I was in a panic. I called them first because of their reviews but I didn't know when I could get an appointment. I called 15+ other businesses that claimed to be 24/7 emergency and none of them could come. They were able to come same day and they fixed a VERY complex issue quickly and efficiently. They also tested it several times to make sure it worked. This was the only win I've had in weeks. They came in, they were professional, knew their stuff, and saved the day. I can't recommend them enough. Seriously though, they are the BEST!

We called Fusion Plumbing to save us from every homeowner's worst nightmare: the water main broke and it was our responsibility to get it fixed! We got three different bids and John and Nick were the best of the bunch. They were respectful and good at walking us through what needed to be done and answering allll the questions. They got the work done on time and left the site super clean. And even though it was not a welcome or planned for expense, their price was very fair.

Walked into garage last night to find water leak from our water heater, and was panicking knowing how hard it is to find fast help these days especially due to COVID.  John was able to squeeze us in the morning and now my wife and I can stop worrying about it!!  John was prompt, professional, courteous, and so good at what he does!  The apprentice with him has also told me how good John is.  Once again, my wife and I were to lucky to have his help with our water heater issue and can't wait to take a hot shower in this chilly weather :)  Thank you!!

My sump pump alarm went off and Fusion Plumbing was the only vendor to respond to me. Even though they were too far booked out (which means they must be very good at what they do) they continued to provide me with information and guidance on what my problem could be, even reviewed pictures. Turns out something must have temporarily adhered to my sump pump's float. All is well now and I will gladly contact Fusion Plumbing should I have future plumbing needs.

John was great! Very honest and efficient! Stated the disposal was actually okay, no repairs needed, but because we're selling our house and the buyers wanted it to be replaced, we did it anyways. Asked John to fix a few other random plumbing things and he quickly got to them!

Would recommend and will call John for any plumbing repairs needed in the future!

This is it. If you're looking for a thorough, professional, friendly plumber who also communicates clearly you won't do better than John and his team. We had a litany of issues with the house we recently purchased. The temperatures were all over the place, (sinks scalding, shower barely warm) water pressure was way too high and the faucets were squeaking, and we needed a disposal installed. John quickly identified the root of each issue and installed the new disposal. The price was very reasonable and they left our house as they found it. We're planning to have John back out for a larger protect in the near future.

We had new floors put in and unexpectedly needed to bring a plumber in to reseat our toilets. The team at Fusion fit us into their schedule, kept us abreast of their arrival time, arrived on time and did great work. John walked us through the work, was very clear, did great work and I found them very reasonably priced.

I am so grateful for John's fast and friendly response to my plumbing issue. He made sure to understand my issue (we were swapping out our kitchen sink and discovered the supplies were bad) and got me on the books as quickly as possible. He was super up front and clear about potential issues and potential cost.

When they showed up this morning to fix the shut offs, take out the old sink, and fit the new sink, everything was completed super efficiently. There was great communication and kindness.

I really appreciate John's thoughtful communication all the way through this process. He wanted to make sure I understood the ways that things could go wrong and how we could fix it.

In the end the new sink and faucet fit perfect. The new drain line was less in the way. He even wd-40ed the squeaky hinges on my screendoor as he left.  

I cannot recommend Fusion highly enough. If I ever need a plumber in the future, I would not hesitate to call on them again.

Absolutely outstanding work!  Great and very genuine guy who exceeded our expectations. Extremely reasonably priced, and he was on time, on schedule, and did quality work. You can tell that John not only likes his job but is proud of his work. John added a new sink in our garage and added additional plumbing lines. When going over our requirements he made additional suggestions that saved us having to spend thousands on a new longer gas line. Additionally, he looked at our usage and requirements and made ZERO attempt to up-sell a Tankless water heater and was honest just telling us to keep ours until it dies or run into issues. I absolutely intend to use him whenever we have plumbing needs.

John is fantastic. We didn't even end up hiring him because he was able to help walk me through the problem on the phone. Other plumbers we called gave us a quote of $500 for our problem without ever really talking to us. John took the time to explain things so clearly. Although we didn't end up working with him he will be the plumber we call for any of our future plumbing needs.

We had a very satisfying experience with this company. Not only were they able to give us a speedy appointment, but they even arrived early! Additionally, they were incredibly polite, and were able to save the components that we already had in place, saving us nearly $200.  It turns out that the previous plumbing company we used had put in a screw incorrectly into our faucet ! In 20 minutes the work was done and they were on their way.

John took his time to explain everything to me. Worked with me to give me everything I needed to submit to my home warranty provide. He was able to come install a new water heater the next day. very polite, great communication and did the job right!

John was able to come by the same day to take a look at some leaking issues we had under our crawl space beneath the sink and bathroom.  Living in an older home, he provided a very comprehensive report along with several pictures of the issues that had to be fixed.  We were able to get scheduled in pretty quickly given his busy schedule and were able to fix all the plumbing issues the right way on the first visit.  John and his team at Fusion Plumbing are not only extremely friendly and professional but a very knowledgeable expert in his craft.  I can't recommend Fusion Plumbing enough, if you have any plumbing issues, big or small, these guys are it!

Hands down one of the best service experiences I've ever had. Great communication and extremely personable, very fair pricing, and transparent and honest about the work needed. John and his assistant located the leak quickly, got it fixed up in no time, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. They went above and beyond to take care of a few other things for me - even brought up my trash bins from the curb before they left! Not to mention it was 115 degrees and our house doesn't have AC, but they handled it like champs. They have a new customer for life. Thank you both so much!

John was fantastic - incredibly helpful and communicative, helpful and professional. Not only did he address all our plumbing related issues, he also managed to quickly and easily fix a faucet that others had tried and failed to fix before. We will not hesitate to call him again if any other issues spring up.

We called John to inquire about moving some waterlines in our master bathroom. Their schedule was booked up until mid December (feedback we were getting from other companies as well). John quickly called me back after we hung up because he had found a last minute opening the very next day! John and Nick came out the following afternoon and were able to help us get this project done ASAP. The communication before and after the appointment was great, they were on time, worked efficiently, and the price point was perfect. We are so happy with the work they did. I am so glad we found these guys and will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs. I highly recommend their services. Plus the added bonus of getting to support a small, locally owned business!

First and foremost, I'd like to just mention John arrived on time, and used all applicable safety PPE(Mask, gloves, shoe covers) and that was incredibly important as my Elderly Grandmother lives with me. John took extra care and precaution in my home as well, leaving his work area cleaner than when he arrived... He even cleaned my toilet! John is friendly, punctual, respectful, using high quality materials, and is competitively and fairly priced...and even though his pricing is competitive...I'm not sure his competition can produce his level of quality plumbing. I will always call Fusion Plumbing.

This was originally a three star review, but we were persuaded to change it. John's response did include some inaccurate information.
John was professional, and correctly diagnosed a hot water pressure problem with our kitchen faucet. He did not correctly diagnose a leak in the faucet which resulted from me removing a screened washer, even after I pointed out that I had done so. John pointed out in his response that my removing the washer and screen did in fact result in the leaking faucet, however when I asked him at the time of his visit if this caused the leak, he said it did not, and that it was because of a faulty faucet that needed to be replaced. This was part of our decision to replace the faucet with a new faucet from his company.  In his response, John states the client has had other plumbers out to diagnose kitchen sink flow issue with no success. This is not entirely true (I have no idea why he put other in parentheses.) We had one prior plumber over for a different issue, but did not ask him to fully troubleshoot the hot water problem. John obtained a new faucet from a nearby wholesaler and installed it the same day. The faucet he installed retails for $245.00. We paid $719.00 for the faucet and installation. That included his travel time to get the faucet, for which he charged us his full hourly rate. $145(?) to deliver a faucet from a warehouse less than 30 minutes away seemed unfair to us. The multiple faucet options  John says he gave us was exactly two. Which to me means he could've had these two faucets with him when he came to the job site.
In summary, he did good work, but make sure you know what you are paying for. If you are considering a faucet replacement, I would recommend having a faucet ahead of time, or if he is recommending one, have him bring it with him to the job site so you don't pay $145 for a LEGENDARY delivery. To quote John, Is plumbing expensive, yes. Obtaining a faucet from the warehouse is not plumbing. Arranging a courier would likely have been less expensive, and having the two faucet options when coming to the job site wouldn't have a cost a cent, excluding possible restocking fees.

Our garbage disposal was leaking under our sink (lots of water) the day before we were set to go out of town. All plumbers were 3 weeks out. John took my number incase he had a cancellation later that day & he did! He was just terrific. Polite, knowledgeable, efficient, got our new disposal in, took him 1 hour. I couldn't have asked for better service. He will be our go to plumber from now on. Thank you John for saving the day.

John and his partner from Fusion Plumbing LLC were punctual, professional, and patient. John was upfront with the assessment and explained the best and worst case scenarios re. a rusty/leaking pipe before turning the wrench. He also installed a new toilet where one had been incorrectly installed. He took the time to explain the plumbing on my 1950's home, as well as the hot water heater. I appreciate the time and care he put into educating me and keeping me updated through his process. Honesty and integrity are priceless these days. I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again.

John was on time, super friendly, and did great work.  Did not try to up sell or pressure us--to the contrary, he gladly showed me a few tricks to help me do some of the simpler work on my own in the future.  We've already had Fusion back for another project and will definitely use them again in the future.  Highly recommended!

Very satisfied that i called Fusion Plumbing. John and his crew arrived on time ready begin plumbing an upgrade from a single to double bathroom vanity.  Everything went as planned and we couldn't be happier. My next call for future plumbing needs will go to Fusion Plumbing.

I was very pleased with the whole experience with Fusion Plumbing. When I called the 1st time John answered the phone and set up an appointment right then. He was even able to come in the same week. He brought an apprentice with him and I was very impressed with how well he was explaining things to the young man. He took care of the problem I called him for and determined that some previous work had been done incorrectly, hence the leaks!   The company specializes in repairs and I recommend them totally.

On time! In fact they were free sooner to help and look at the leak I called about and replaced/ toilet the same day.  Very thankful for the help and kindness of these guys!
