I need a plumber & found Mr Concannon's number from a different source. Since I didn't expect (or wish) that it would be a major job, I looked to limit it to someone local. I called him on a Saturday late morning & we connected immediately. I told him my circumstances & he offered to visit the next day, which I was OK with. I provided to directions & we left it there,
The next morning he called to let me know he was on his way, which was a nice courtesy. I'd guess he's about five miles south of where my house is. About 20 minutes later, he arrived. He went right to it & in about 10 minutes, the clogged toilet was no longer clogged.
He offered us a few tips on avoiding the problem in the future & was soon on his way. Apparantly, he works Sundays as a rule, which is good for households where there's typically no one home M - F during the day. His fee was about par-for-the-course of what any plumber would charge; certainly nothing outrageous for being there on a weekend. He left me with his business card which I'll prominetly display for the next time I need plumbing service.

My toilet had been broken for months. I had snaked it, draino-o'd it, plunged it and nothing worked. Like a prayer had been answered, Dave came. He called about an hour before he came, to confirm the address and all of the important information, which is very much appreciated. He arrived right on time and was incredibly polite.
He identified all of the issues almost immediately. Dave was kind enough to show me exactly what the issues were with the tank and also how to fix it should it happen again (considering it was just a minor adjustment with the angling of the hose). In this economy, I truly appreciate being shown exactly what to do in case this happens again.
In addition to the issues with the back of the tank, the toilet itself wasn't mounted or set properly, so he fixed all of that as well (which was amazing). The main issue was that the toilet wouldn't flush, so he helped me tremendously by identifying other issues. He snaked the drain and realized the issue had been flushable wipes. He was so courteous and so polite, I couldn't have asked for a better way to approach the situation. As a woman, I know that it's not exactly the most comfortable experience watching a guy pull stuff out of your toilet drain (yuck!), but Dave was so kind and understanding and it ended up being the BEST experience with a plumber I've ever had. He was even kind when my pets started sniffing around wondering what he was doing.
In conclusion, I am 110% satisfied with my experience.

I have had Armstrong Comfort Solutions to my house on several occasions. They originally came to tune up my air conditioner before using it in 2019. The technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated how he went above and beyond even hosing out my unit to make sure it was perfect before completing the job. I then used them again to do a check of my furnace 2019 before first use. Again, very professional down to wearing booties in the house. That is a nice touch. When I found out that they also do plumbing, using them was a no brainer. 3 toilet repairs and I am back in good working order at my house. Great company to work with.

I would never use another plumber after meeting Mr. Crowley. Professional, clean, he explained everything he was doing, and eased any nerves I had about the situation. Price was very very affordable.

The resolution to a plumbing issue was helpful to determine next steps to fix other issues related to a potential problem.
I would recommend this plumber to others because of the quick diagnosis of the issue and the no nonsense answer to the issue.

After waiting to see what a problem was with a small leak , it needed a call for help. That leak was non stop and time to give Wexford Handyman a call . But, there was a 2 week wait! Soon after the call , they said a worker, Andrew, would be at my house in an hour.
After viewing the leak, Andrew went to work and he stated that there would be some cutting to be done on the garage ceiling/ dry wall. There was water on the joists and floor board above.
After getting rid of insulation, he decided to try another idea. There was a leak from the dishwasher!
Some time later , Neil, came to help with the project. This tandem was experienced with heaps of knowledge. All necessary items were from their trucks and their timely work ethic was fabulous.
Later, they took out the dishwasher and placed ITV in their truck. The clean up was done perfectly.
I will check Wexford Handyman again since they have more different jobs listed.I highly recommend them for any future needs or problems.

Requested a quote to have a water heater replaced. Response was prompt and Shari was delightful. Did not choose this company because their quote was ~$750 higher than the other contractors I had contacted.
Thanks for being so pleasant Shari!

I've been using Andy for about 30 yrs. He's very competent and very honest. Many times, he will tell me, knowing I have handymen etc, you don't want to pay to me dig that hole. I'll have it dug and he comes back to do the actual plumbing. Or he'll tell me just have my handyman do something. If something is too big a job, he'll get someone he trusts for me. They have always been excellent also.
His bills are written itemized to the last bolt and look like a draftsman did them.
Never have had a problem or a call back with his work.

Woke up this morning, to our sewer being backed up, from the roots of our tree. We called several plumbing companies, knowing to steer clear of Roto Rooter (heard nothing but bad reviews for them). Economy Plumbing said they'd be able to come out and fix it today. They called before they arrived. Once here the plumber was able to remedy our problem quickly. Very pleased with the time it took and the reasonable cost, especially given it was a Saturday. I would recommend them, without reservation.

If you need someone last minute, I'd suggest calling this Brookline Plumber. They do emergency work. When I spoke to the owner after all the crazy rain storms, I was surprised to learn that he got rid of the answering service because it took too long to answer. Now he takes the evening calls himself because, no one wants to be on hold. I think you'd rather leave a message and have me call you back. I get it. People calling last have an emergency and they just need to get it dealt with by whoever is available.

Mark arrived here today to do a shower/bathtub faucet leak job. Very professional and knowledgeable! Happy would be an understatement! I was truly impressed with the level of service I received. Mark went above and beyond! Great service at a great price! Most highly recommended if you are looking for quality plumbing services.

Iron Born gave us an estimate and told us he would do our small Project on a weekend, as he had larger projects on his plate. We were more than happy to have him come in on a weekend. For a month and a 1/2 he continued to delay this project with one reason or another. Once he finally gave us a date, he asked us to order the doors we wanted. In his estimate he quoted 800.00 for door (4 24x80 closet doors) install. Clearly, we thought this would include the doors in the price. He told us it did not. He apologized and said he would understand if we went with someone else. We said no, go ahead and pick up the doors, this project has been delayed enough. He wrote back, I have a bad feeling about this project. I am going to back out. sorry for wasting your time. All because told him we thought the doors were included in the price. Clearly, he did not want this project from the start and could have told us this. we were more than accommodating to his schedule and were going to pay for the doors in addition to the 800.00 for install.

The business owner responded quickly to our call to come look at the bathtub and consult with us regarding the work to be done. He returned with two other individuals to help install a trap for the bathtub, repair the flange for the toilet and move the water lines for the vanity by a couple inches. The master plumber who was also the owner of the company insisted upon the job being done to code which is a good thing. He was the only master plumber among the three individuals working. The men used basic plumbing tools to perform the job; blow torch, saw-zaw, wrenches, etc. They did purchase a few basic parts to complete the work. The job took about 6 hours start to finish. We received the bill which was $3600! We were dumbfounded when we received the bill so we requested an itemized list for the labor and associated costs for this job. We found that we were billed for tools that were basically part of a plumbers toolbox to perform the work, they had severely inflated prices for basic plumbing parts and had to have charged a master plumber's rate for all three individuals. Our mistake in hiring the company was not asking in advance for a quote from the owner. We didn't ask for a quote because the company had done work for us in the past and the work was done well and while it was a little on the high side, it wasn't outrageous for the work that was performed. We absolutely will not use this company again and would not recommend them. We were extremely disappointed in their business practices.
