Completed the work requested in a timely manner, did not propose doing work that was not required, fixed the issue completely and they have very reasonable rates. They came the day after my phone call and came prepared to fix the issue. i highly recommend!

I called to have a leaky pipe fixed in my laundry room hooked to my central air. He came and fixed it but was unprofessional. Didn't wanna make small talk didn't even say his name or nothing. Professionalism goes along way with me. After he fixed that now my central air leaks. Never did before. I called they still want to charge me without offering any discounts or an hour free service nothing at all. I will not call them again.

Fraziers is always fast and affordable. Honest people that work hard and give the best service! I'm so glad I found this company a long time now. I used to use other company's that over charge and take forever, Fraziers changed my life! Thank you so much!

Called and left a message to make an appointment per their protocol. Never received a call back. Another local plumber answered my call, was at my house the same day, and fixed my issue.

I got a letter from the Water Dept alerting me to exce$$ive usage and found not one but two of our toilets were not shutting off properly. I called Redinger Plumbing and they scheduled me right away for the next day and arrived first thing this morning. Didn't make a mess, everything is working as it should and the bill was very reasonable! I highly recommend them.

This is the 3rd time that I have used Plumber Plus. Al is the owner and has always been very responsive. He does great work and his prices are very fair. Before I started using Plumbers Plus, I was using a corporate chain plumbing outfit. I had a plumbing emergency a few years ago on a weekend and it would have take 4 hours to get a plumber from the chain ... so I looked in the Yellow pages ... and found Al and have used him ever since. I am so happy that I made the switch!

I normally don't write reviews, but these guys went above and beyond. Came same day, on time, super nice, and not a typical commission / sales plumber that claims you need thousands in work when you just want them to come flush your main line. I tried to fix my main by myself, only making it worse. Black sludge backed up into my basement everywhere. I couldn't use any water in my home and was in a complete panic. Came same day, ran a camera and fixed this huge catastrophe in under an hour. Glad I found an honest, company with workers who knew exactly what to do to get my house up and running again. Very grateful. Awesome work!!!! Thank you

I was overjoyed to have Brian finally complete the half-finished baseboards in my house that I'd been staring at for several years. They now look beautiful. He was really quick to get back to me after I initially contacted him, and he was willing to come out and look at my project before giving me a quote, unlike some handyman companies I called that just threw out really high numbers without even looking at my house. Brian is communicative, polite, amiable, experienced, knowledgeable, and thorough. I appreciate his honesty too--his prices are fair, and he is clear about what kind of work he can do. In addition, I found that he is the kind of person who will always do a job right just for the sake of it. For instance, my baseboards were very hard to match, but he took the time to come back to my house a couple times and go to several different stores to get the exact right materials, whereas someone else might have just found something close and called it a day. I would definitely recommend Brian as a handyman, and I will be calling him again in the future!

Two technicians came out to look at a clogged sewer drain and small sinkhole in the yard. They snaked the drain for nearly an hour but did not unclog it stating clay and soil were discovered. At that point, I was told a pipe had collapsed and the drain could not be unclogged. I was asked to pay $199 for their failure to unclog my drain. After they left, the actual plumber came out for the 5k quote to fix the collapsed pipe. I was told the $199 would only be removed if I agreed to the fix.
Skeptical, I phoned another local company who sent a plumber out the next day. He unclogged the drain in five minutes, which showed no signs of clay or soil, and we've been problem free since. After hearing of this, McVay refuses to respond to inquiries about their lack of integrity.

We had an issue with our whole house air conditioning so we had to call someone. The first one we called, Fagnelli Heating & Cooling, came out and diagnosed the problem- our unit was about 2-3 pounds low of freon. It was an old unit and that freon would have cost around $120 per pound so we were looking at $360 just to charge it back up. They also identified the leaks & rust spots that would probably allowed it to continue leaking... Time for a new unit. Fagnelli quoted us $3700 for the complete job which included a 10yr warranty. That a/c check itself cost us close to $400 because they did a dye test to find the leaks.
Then we called Staab for an estimate. They came when they were supposed to, did a similar inspection and quoted a similar (3 ton) unit for $2700 plus $300 for a 10 yr warranty. Of course they got the job.
They showed up at 8:45am, 15 minutes early, were very professional (even put down sheets over our carpet to catch any dust & debris from the inside unit as they carried it through the house), kept my wife informed of their process but didn't try to train her on how to install them (you know how some tradesmen do- they want you to understand WAY too much than you really want to know), and they finished up the job by noon. They cleaned up the entire workspace so I had no idea they were even down there aside from gleaming new equipment.
I would definately recommend them to anyone.
Thanks Staab!

It's December 26, 2017, the day after Christmas, and the temperature is 20F. Our heating went out a few hours ago. Steve came over at 7pm without complaint and fixed the problem immediately, expertly, and with good humor. Thank you, Steven, you saved us from frostbite and misery.

2 issues: Water leak through ceiling in garage also looked at bathtub drain. They arrived at their committed time, worked efficiently to identify the source of the leak, diagnosed the issue and implemented the solution. Polite, professional and patient. Impressed by their workmanship and teamwork. Cleaned up the site prior to leaving and made sure any questions that I had were answered. Can see why my neighbor recommended this establishment so highly. Thank you to the duo of Chris and Travis!

I really hate to leave a bad reviews, but I also hate to see people spend more money on the same problem like I had to. I called my home warranty company because both of my toilets were leaking. If you're familiar with how home warranties work, you don't get to choose who does your work. The home warranty sent RDN over, I told them the problem and the guy told me he could only find a problem with one of the toilets, which he fixed just fine. So a little while later, the second toilet started leaking again. I called RDN and they told me I'd have to call my home warranty. I explained they JUST worked on the problem but didn't fix the second toilet. They told me it didn't matter, I still had to call the home warranty. So needless to say, I had to pay a SECOND copay and my home warranty had to pay out ANOTHER fee, which wasn't fair to either of us. When I had the second toilet fixed by a different company, the plumber told me the seal on the toilet was virtually GONE and the first plumber should've noticed this. Not to mention now there is water damage to the ceiling below the bathroom from not having it fixed right away, so I'm looking at paying a THIRD person to fix this problem. Sorry RDN, it kinda seems like you're in the business of screwing home warranty customers to make more money and I do NOT recommend you.

Faced with a toilet that would not stop running I called and requested a service call, was told that there was a $70.00 diagnostic fee plus parts. The technician arrived, determined that I needed a new fill valve and asked me to okay the repair. I did just that and after the worked was completed I was given a bill for $202.00! It seems the diagnostic fee is just that and the additional $132.00 was for an approximately $15.00 part plus labor of $117.00 for a 20 minute repair. Beware! Ask for what the total repair bill will be before you approve any work. Needless to say I won't be using Beverly Services in the future.

I needed a new 40 gallon water heater put in, gas. Affordable plumbing gave me the most expensive bed they only used one brand Bradford and their bill was going to be $1600 dollars to replace one water heater. Then after that I went to Dan's plumbing and they gave me a good bid $1050 and when he got here he just started jacking me, and the price. The lady on the phone said it will be $1050 plus tax on the water heater when he got there he already added $25 for the travel and then the Guy from Dan's plumbing told me they were going to put braided tubing on the end instead of soldering and then two minutes later he change his mind and was going to be another $75 for braided lines. He had a water heater in his truck and was ready to do the job and I said hit the road. I don't like that up charging. So the last person I called Fort Steuben plumbing told me they could do it for $1079. I told the guy when he got here from Fort Steuben plumbing if you decide to start jacking me off and raising the prices then he was just wasting my time. Anyways it took two guys to get that old water heater out of there and I'm sure put the new one in and it needed shut off valves, the old gate valves were bad. But he came in under bed at 1073.83 He was underbid and he will have my business forever. Fort Steuben plumbing the rest of my just give you Waste of time.

TERRIBLE - ALL THE WAY AROUND. I would select a negative rating if that was a choice.
The drain in my backyard was flooding. I have 2 large dogs that bark when the wind blows. The technician said he knocked (lie #1) and that he sat outside on my steps for over an hour (who has time to do that???)
He snaked the drain and it got stuck. He tried with everything he had in him to pull it out. It took another good 30 minutes to free the snake.
That evening I proceeded to my basement, and much to my dismay....the sludge from the drain in the yard was suddenly in my basement with a hole in the wall.
I called back and was told that 2 technicians would be out before the end of the night to run a camera down the drain. The original tech came back and told me to wait until it dries to clean it up - WHAT?!?!? Needless to say..the other 2 never showed up either. The tech said he was off duty but was curious to see what happened.
Next day (now 3 days after initial incident) was Sunday, we were told that a SUPERVISOR was coming out by the end of the evening. Guess who came? NOBODY!
Monday - we were told that someone would call us (after 1pm) to tell us what time he would be there. They were at the door at 7:30am and my son had to leave for work, so tech could not stay - told us to call when someone would be home and he would be back. I called at 5:15pm and was told that someone was in route to my place. That is a complete contradiction to what I was told earlier, however I was close enough to home that I could get there quickly.
Waited till midnight. Not only did they not show, they didn't call either.
DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! I WILL LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW ON THEM ANYTIME I CAN - it is UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL
