Marshall Plumbing Plumbing Service
I would highly recommend Marshall Plumbing. Joe was at my very old home with very old plumbing within 2 hours of when I called. I had a leaking toilet with water dripping through the ceiling below. Although the old plumbing proved to be a challenge and took a lot longer then I'm sure he expected, Joe completed the job at the quoted price and did a fantastic job! He is very professional and neat and just a nice guy who took the time to explain to me what he was doing. I will definitely use Joe from Marshall Plumbing in the future and will recommend him to anyone who needs fast, professional and reasonable plumbing services.

Brown's Plumbing, LLC Plumbing Service
The service here is impeccable.  Not only is the service fast and efficient but the friendliness  is what sets this business in a class of its own. Their response time was fast after leaving a message on their voice mail, which I would recommend over filling out an online form. Nothing beats picking up the phone. Matt's response from my call was quick, and diverted a service as promised. I will never refer any other plumber to anyone other than Brown's Plumbing. You won't regret it!

Restano Heating, Cooling & Plumbing Plumbing Service
I have a new furnace/air conditioner as of today, all successfully installed by Paul and Jeremy.
They were on time, polite, and professional and are employees of Restano, not sub-contractors, which is of huge importance to me.
The end price matched my on site estimate from an earlier visit by Perry and total elapsed time was under 6 hours.
They showed me how to work the new wifi programmable thermostat, showed me changes to the furnace setup, how to change the filter, where new holes were drilled to the outside and new water drainage.
They will come back in the Spring to check the air conditioner installed to ensure it is set up properly.
And, they cleaned up everything afterwards.
Happy and pleased.

Mr Waterheater Plumbing Service
Sorry I have to give a star at all. Drained the old tank all over our basement floor. Soaked the floor and carpet which now must be removed. My wife asked them to use a hose to drain the old tank .... they did not listen. They did however move my washer.....left it off balance...left it dirty since they used it as a tool bench...and were also rude to my wife.

I called John who said he would have a restoration company contact me to at least get rid of the old carpet. When they called....they wanted to charge us for such a privilege.

Im truly sorry I ever contacted them. A higher price and a few days of cold sjowers would have been worth it over dealing with this.

Weibel Plumbing Plumbing Service
When Mike Weibel steps out of his van, he is not wearing a red cape, but he could.  If I need Mike, typically it is because I have a small disaster at my house: no cold water in the guest bathroom shower, water flowing out of the wall under the kitchen sink, a commode that won't shut off, a backed up drain in the basement, or a collapsed drain in the garage.  Mike comes promptly -- on the same day if the disaster is in progress.  Whatever he fixes stays fixed.  He is an accurate diagnostician and knows what products will provide long-lasting service.      He is courteous and good-humored.  One of my cats loves to help Mike, and he asks for her now as he comes through the door.  Mike has rescued me for many years.  The Weibel Plumbing phone number will remain posted on my refrigerator as long as I am living here.

Bill Brown Plumbing Plumbing Service
I was told I would get a call mid week of my vacation week (last week) to come and take a look at my plumbing issues.  There was never any further correspondence, so now my vacation is over and I couldn't get another plumber out to help with my problems before my vacation ended.  I understand things taking a little longer with the world the way it is, but if you say you're going to call a customer, at least call and explain the situation and when/if you can help.  Now I'll have to take off another day from work sometime to have the issue looked at and fixed.

Brown's Plumbing Heating & AC Plumbing Service
We have Browns do so many things for us in the past always with A+ service. So this pains me to say. We have known briwns since the boys were little. They served our business as well as our family. Up until today. I have called them now 5 times to have them come out to fix a number of things. Including a hot water tank they put in and is still under warranty. All 5 times I have got a run around from Jennifer. She has become very rude threw years. I thought I would give it one more shot and again could not give me a work day to come out. So I went with another company that was happy to get the business and told me they get alot of browns customer s. I hope they go back to the kindness there dad gave them to beginwith. Because Jennifer you are going to loss lots of customers with the mouth you have. At this time I would never ask browns back to our home.

GoTo Guys Handyman Plumbing Service
DO NOT TRUST!

I hired Go To Guys to complete a number of improvements at my house. The first couple of weeks they were very responsive and Joe got involved in the supervision of the work. At some point only his son Sebastian and an apprentice would come, often at random times. Sometimes they would not show up to work. When we were closer to completion I pointed out a number of issues with their workmanship and all three Joe, Carolyne and Sebastian cut communication. They did not answer my phone calls, texts nor emails. They had been paid promptly and whenever I had raised any concern on site they would always agree to fix the issue and assured to take care of it. Eventually they left with those issues unresolved and the work unfinished.

Just to name a few:
- The drywall work did not look professionally done. Dents, bubbles, uneven surfaces, awful shadows everywhere.
- Inaccurate framing. They framed the opening for a closet too small and ended cutting the hollow core door without my consent. They must have free handed it because the cut does not look straight. To make matters worse the bi-fold door does not stay in the track.
They framed another door, a pocket door, but the framing is not plumbed, it bows and the door hits when closing. They left without installing the door hardware.
- The casing was not properly installed, it looks wavy as opposed to flat with the jamb. The mitered corners do not match, there are gaps. They left without finishing all the trim work.
- They did not replace a window that was within the scope of work.

I even had more work for them (that would have been paid in addition to the initial estimate), but I was left with an unfinished project days before having to move in to my new place. It was very unprofessional.
I would not hire them again, not just for their lack of proficiency, but because a company that walks away from a job without response cannot be trusted.

BEWARE!

Mark Allen Plumbing & Heating Plumbing Service
I called Mark Allen Plumbing to make repairs to my water heater.  They took my information and stated that they would call me back and make arrangements to do the work.  Now a month has passed and I have had no call back.  The hot water tank has quit and I have no hot water.  I am tired of uncaring contractors who can't or won't do what they say.  Do not deal with this company they do not care about you or your problems.

All this guy does is talk and talk but no action! Never hire this guy unless you want to call another qualified plumber to come correct his work. This guy should have plumbing license revoked for his lack of knowledge!

Nussbaumer Plumbing Plumbing Service
The owner seems nice. Unfortunately, the staff is sexist, and derogatory.

Here's the story. My wife and I bought a new house, and discovered some issues with the pipes. So, we had some very reasonable plumbers come out on Monday. They looked over everything and concluded that the entire pipe system was leaking and needed to be replaced. None of this was evident in our home inspection...

So that meant our should be covered by our home warranty... enter Nussbaumer.

Given how much work needed to be done, I just checked everything plumbing related... The problem wasn't one thing. It was the plumbing.

Nussbaumer's guy shoes up, and instead of throughly looking over the pipes, tells my wife (who's a reasonable hobbiest plumber and can handle many simple plumbing tasks), not to flash feminine products down the toilet, to caulk the one pipe, and, problem solved - not covered under warranty. She was insulted, flabbergasted, and a little unnerved by the lack of effort that he put into the inspection, especially given her experience the day before. My wife was flabbergasted. She felt like he was saying all of the plumbing issues were in her mind.

So, when he asked, Is there anything else wrong with the house? She answered, No. because the PLUMBING is what was wrong with the house and she didn't understand why he wasn't looking into it more. He had a list available to him of all of the issues with the plumbing, if he had shown her this, she would have said, Yes, those are all problems with the plumbing, like I'm telling you there are leaks all over the house.... but he didn't. If he had called me, then I would have explained to him what the confusion was too, but he didn't.

Instead he left.

That weekend the plumbing issues erupted even bigger than before. There be something stuck in the pipes and everything else was just a symptom of that thing. That thing must have started moving, because suddenly there was water pouring down our walls, and then it was overflowing out of our drain.... all because he didn't actually take time to diagnose the problem like the other plumbers had.

But I get ahead of myself. Hearing what happened, I followed up with the plumber. Eventually they offer to send someone else out, but at an additional fee, and not until for days later when they're schedule opens up. I tell them I'll document the experience on reviews and they decide to wave the additional fee. Magic!

Then the day of the inspection comes. We're expecting the owner. He had said he'd come give it a thorough looking over. Well, the hour comes and I get a fall call from the same guy. He says the owner is sick and he wanted to make sure that it's okay if he's the person to re-inspect it given the issues we had last time.

I tried to be nice. I told him that I wasn't sure if things had gotten blown out of hand or not, but that we weren't actually upset with him, there was just a miscomunication, and my wife felt like he was talking down to her, and that I'm sure he didn't mean to be, but as long as he was willing to treat her like someone who knows a thing or two about plumbing, and to avoid treating her in a derogatory manner, which I'm sure he didn't mean to the first time, then I'm sure things will be fine and we'll be okay with him doing the re-inspection.

What's that saying about nice guys? Well, his response (which could have been, Oh, I didn't mean for her to feel that way, or, Boy that was a misunderstanding, I look forward to trying to make a better impression:... SOMETHING like that, instead he responds, Well, fortunately I know a thing or two about plumbing too. I've been a plumber for 35 years!

Much like he did not apologize, I did not escalate the conversation by replying, Oh really, well, in those 35 years, how often have you said something just needs a caulking and not to flush feminine products down the toilet instead of listening to your customer? AND, of those times, how often has it caused a newly purchase home to flood?

Instead, what I did was say that I needed to talk to my wife quickly, and then maybe talk to dispatch. I was not too surprised that my wife, hearing what he'd said and how he'd treated me, didn't want to have anything more to do with him. When I called dispatch, they said he was our only option and he's really a sweet guy. I told them what he'd said, and they assured me that he was just trying to make me feel confident in his abilities as a plumber. Really, I hadn't ever called those into question. It was his listening skills and his customer service that I was doubting. Dispatch still defended him and suggested that maybe my wife was overly sensitive. *shakes head*

Since the earliest that the owner could get out was Friday, since the problem was ongoing, and since it was clear that no one other than the owner in that business understands what customer service is, let alone sexism, victim blaming, etc, we called our Home Warranty Company and had them assign us a new p
