Called them for a backed up sewer line at my business and they showed up when no one else would. I thought the price was going to be super high but is was actually the cheapest. The service was outstanding as well. They put the booties on their boots and were super friendly. Indeed 5 star service. While they were here I asked for a price on my back flow valve testing (why not kill 2 birds with one stone) and surprise, surprise they were the most competitive too!

Very responsive and reasonable. They were a breath of fresh air compared with the experience I've had with many other contractors.

Bryan and Anthony came by today to give an estimate on fixing some shoddy work under our sink. I'd been trying to get someone to fix this for weeks and, to varying replies (destroy the back of the cabinets - get a contractor to come out and pull the granite/cabinets to access the pipes - or go in through the finished ceiling in the basement) and that's when I could actually get someone to reply. These two came in, assessed the situation, figured the least destructive course of action, ran down to the hardware store, and knocked the job out in maybe two hours.

We will definitely use them again should more plumbing stuff crop up.

They have done work for me with well pump, holding tank and electrical lines. In the past redone an entire plumbing system in a home and replaced a hot water tank. No job is too big or too small. That is hard to find with water service as many companies prefer the high end big money jobs. It is wonderful to find an honest company that is great at what they do. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Derek was super helpful with doing a smoke test in our home. After 4-5 plumbers no one could find our sewage smell. He was quick to get us an appointment and even helped us find multiple leaks in our old pipes. I would highly recommend him and his services!

Our hot water tank died. We used the opportunity to upgrade to a tankless system. We got 4 quotes. Keptco was the lowest quote and they were able to rearrange their schedule to do it the next day. The work is good and I would call them in a plumbing emergency again.

These guys are great. I use them for any plumbing needs.  Last year I used them to plumb a few gas lines under my deck and it makes life so much easier for the gas grill and fire pit.

We are so pleased with D Campbell Plumbing! We remodeled our bathroom and when we got our new vanity none of the piping was lining up right. The D Campbell team was quickly able to help and we had our new bathroom up and running in no time!

Tim is great.  Good guy that does great work.  I see him all over the neighborhood, and there is a reason for that.  Word spreads.  There are a lot of bad plumbers out there that take advantage of people.  Tim is not one of them.  Highly recommend, and he'll be my first call next time we need help.

I recently used South Hills Heating and Plumbing for removal and replacement of a water heater.  Fred was very friendly on the phone.  His price was fair and comparable to other firms.  I always prefer to use a local business, and they did not disappointment.  Called at 10 a.m. with a leaking water heater, the crew of 2  arrived by 2 p.m., and were done by 3:30.  They left everything the way they found it, and hauled the old heater away.  Thanks for great service.  We will be calling you again, but hopefully not too soon!

They are very good at their job.  When I need them they are there as soon as possible.

We had a clogged shower drain that wouldn't budge with drano. We contacted Bacon's on Thursday night and by Friday morning we had an appointment for someone to come out on Saturday. Bob who came out to do the work was efficient, knowledgeable and easily unclogged our drain. Highly recommended!

Patrick Z. provided wonderful customer service.  He was extremely knowledgeable of the heating/cooling field and provided great insight to the setup present at my house.  He displayed great consideration of my home through the use of booties covering his shoes every time he entered/exited the inside of the house.  Lastly, Patrick Z. promptly arrived when at the scheduled time and provided efficient service on my AC unit.  I would recommend Patrick Z. to anyone that has any heating/cooling service needs.

Additionally, I would like to give a recommendation to Wahl Heating & Cooling in general.  The customer service I received over the phone when initially contacting them was top notch.  Further, I received a call ahead of the service technician s arrival to my house to make me aware that he was en route.  Overall, the experience with Wahl was great and would recommend them to anyone.

Was in a bind with NO heat for 10 days,  r/t poor service by HCA warranty assigned heating company. Called in the afternoon spoke with Maryann whom was nothing but sympathetic. Terry was the tech she dispatched. Terry had the furnace on within 30 mins, cleaning up the mess the previous company x4 techs created! It's unacceptable I had to live like I did. Salego Lower Burrell pa HCA horrible company assigned. So, kudos to Terry for my heat on and saved a ton of $$$$$.

Had a terrible experience. I asked them to come out to a new house I bought to conduct a Sewage Camera test. Even though the technician was not able to conduct the test fully (he got the camera a into the drain but not far) they charged us $250 dollars. The original cost was $275 but it was real decent of them to knock off $25 dollars for the hard work they put in after we called to inquire about the high price for something that couldn't be done. The reasoning for the high nearly full charge was because they drove out to the house and actually put the camera in the drain.  I would have gladly paid $50 for a call out fee even if they couldn't do it, however, charging the full rate is bad business ethics.

I wouldn't recommend them because one of their drivers hit my wifes car driving down the road, gave her their insurance card but now they won't follow through on the claim when they admitted it was their fault. I've called the office numerous times, left messages and they won't call back.
