Chris came out the very same day we called. Instead of just going right at where we thought the problem was, he took some time to understand our house's whole configuration, and then he solved the problem at a site that was quite remote from where the problem seemed to be. This was a far cheaper fix than it would have been if a less-capable individual had tried to fix the problem by going straight at it, where it was manifesting. And, by doing it same-day, our general contractor could keep working. Then, Chris explained to us the organization of our house's plumbing system. That knowledge alone was worth the price. A nightmare situation was avoided, and it could not have gone better.

I needed a new furnace and a/c and Albert's was recommended to me by a friend who is a real estate agent and a relative whose family have used Albert's for decades. It was a good recommendation.

Joe, the estimator they sent to my home, was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. He took time to answer all our questions and was the only one who we got quotes from that measured and photographed the various areas that would be affected by a completely new system.

Additionally, a compressive formal quote hit my email by the end of the day. Unlike one of his competitors, who still, a week later hasn't sent me a quote.

Additionally, we liked that The Albert's quote listed information on the three separate alternatives we had discussed. Not something that any of the other vendors sent on their quotes!

Bryan and Anthony came by today to give an estimate on fixing some shoddy work under our sink. I'd been trying to get someone to fix this for weeks and, to varying replies (destroy the back of the cabinets - get a contractor to come out and pull the granite/cabinets to access the pipes - or go in through the finished ceiling in the basement) and that's when I could actually get someone to reply. These two came in, assessed the situation, figured the least destructive course of action, ran down to the hardware store, and knocked the job out in maybe two hours.

We will definitely use them again should more plumbing stuff crop up.

They have done work for me with well pump, holding tank and electrical lines. In the past redone an entire plumbing system in a home and replaced a hot water tank. No job is too big or too small. That is hard to find with water service as many companies prefer the high end big money jobs. It is wonderful to find an honest company that is great at what they do. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Derek was very responsive and scheduled with me quickly.  I couldn't ask for better service.  I look forward to working with Derek on more than just this project in the future.

These guys are great. I use them for any plumbing needs.  Last year I used them to plumb a few gas lines under my deck and it makes life so much easier for the gas grill and fire pit.

I had excessive water problems in my back yard and my leach field for the septic system was not working efficiently.  Results: Excellent.  Dave was highly recommended and I also would highly recommend Dave Campbell plumbing and heating.   I was contacted promptly, estimate provided with recommended work to fix the excessive water problems from running down hill behind the house.  The water was also entering the septic system and needed replacement of existing leach field.  Dave also recommended to install a sump pump in the basement to ensure the basement remains dry.  Dave was able to start the project the next week and completed the project timely.  He was very professional and performed a quality job that exceeded my expectations at a extremely reasonable price.  The backyard is now dry and draining properly, the sump pump is running alot during this rainy spring weather and the new leach field is operating efficiently.  Dave also regraded the yard which looks amazing.  Again, I can not thank Dave Campbell plumbing enough for the excellent work and I highly recommend his quality work.

Tim is great.  Good guy that does great work.  I see him all over the neighborhood, and there is a reason for that.  Word spreads.  There are a lot of bad plumbers out there that take advantage of people.  Tim is not one of them.  Highly recommend, and he'll be my first call next time we need help.

I recently used South Hills Heating and Plumbing for removal and replacement of a water heater.  Fred was very friendly on the phone.  His price was fair and comparable to other firms.  I always prefer to use a local business, and they did not disappointment.  Called at 10 a.m. with a leaking water heater, the crew of 2  arrived by 2 p.m., and were done by 3:30.  They left everything the way they found it, and hauled the old heater away.  Thanks for great service.  We will be calling you again, but hopefully not too soon!

They are very good at their job.  When I need them they are there as soon as possible.

I had a clogged toilet issue and decided to reach out to Bacon's after having a bad experience with a plumber my home warranty company used in the past. I chose Bacon's based upon all the positive reviews they had on Yelp and fully see why they get their 5 star rating.

The scheduling was very easy and Justin responded very fast to all my requests for scheduling and a quote based upon what he thought the issue was. I was even able to get a same day appointment and they were there exactly in the 30 minute time frame they quoted.

The service was done quickly and efficiently but what I also most appreciated was that I had questions on some other plumbing issues in my home and Justin and Bob went over all my concerns and suggested what they thought on the issues and educated me on how various plumbing structures work. The fact that these guys make their customers feel valued and believe in sharing information at no cost will make me a life long customer with them for all my future plumbing needs.

Wahl Family Heating & Cooling treats you like you're part of the family--respectful, excellent service, knowledgable technicians  like Patrick Z. are hard to come by. It's great that they try to send the same technician if you request. They get to kmow your HVAC system and history...make suggestions, but don't up-sell. Give you options and advise yoi of upcoming discounts. Nicolle, the CSR, is polite, remembers returning customers and tries to work with my schedule. Great, trustworthy company. 10 stars to ALL.

These guys were great! They were recomended to us by our real estate agent. They showed up quickly, had an estimate ready quickly and were very responsive!

I wouldn't recommend them because one of their drivers hit my wifes car driving down the road, gave her their insurance card but now they won't follow through on the claim when they admitted it was their fault. I've called the office numerous times, left messages and they won't call back.
