Called them last Monday for my toilet that kept running, came out that day to look at it, found out I needed a new one and they were able to install it that same day! Very honest and did exactly what they said they were going to! its very hard to find a good reliable plumber in this area and we finally found one!!!! Thank you!

Longtime customers of Bill Kossan Plumbing.  Randy came to the house yesterday to check out a leak and today sent Lance out to do the job, which involved knocking through a wall to replace a large section of one of the cast iron stacks which had cracked.  Lance arrived right on time and was very friendly, professional, and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left.  Very reasonable price.  Would recommend without any reservations!

Gary was recommended by my HVAC man and I am so glad I called him. He's extremely helpful, a master plumber with many years experience and has installed quite a few gas logs, which is what I needed. After looking over my home he found the easiest and most cost effective way to run the gas line to the fireplace was outside. The job was done perfectly, Gary explained everything in terms I could understand. I couldn't be more pleased and will be calling him when it's time for our new bathroom sink to be installed.

I called Tom on a recommendation of a friend as I needed to get my hot water tank looked at.  Without scheduling an appointment he came by when he was done with his current job and assessed the problem quickly.  The part I needed was delivered the next day and Tom showed up and worked quickly.  Super nice guy, prompt, and attentive.

With all that said, if you have a plumbing issue, CALL!

My friend in Daisytown recommended this company to me after having dealt with outstandingly high estimates with another company. I called them on a Tuesday, they were out the very next morning. Gave me an estimate of less than half of what the other company was going to charge me, and replaced my water pump the same day. Down to earth and reasonable pricing.

House water filter started leaking badly.  Had to shut off main water line into the house. Called Mike.  He told me to pick up a new filter housing and he'd install it later that day, which he did.  Same day service to address our water emergency.  Very knowledgeable, competent, and easy to work with.  We plan to use Big Foot for all our plumbing issues going forward.

I cannot recommend this company enough. They are as good as it gets. They are quick, efficient, communicative, and honest - all things that are really important when it comes to hourly contracting work.

I called Mx Mechanical to help me fix my broken heater in my apartment. I technically had two broken heaters at this point but initially wasn't willing to fix the second one (it had been broken since I moved in), but Zsolt did such a great job on the first one that I asked him to fix my older one. He was thorough, went above and beyond, and I am really happy with his work.

I'd recommend Zsolt and Mx Mechanical to anyone.

Our toilet was leaking and we scheduled Nick to replace the wax ring. Upon inspection due to the age of the toilet and signs of rust he recommended possible replacement.  He provided pictures and explained unexpected complications.  He picked up a new toilet for us and replaced it all in the same appointment.  We definitely recommend Cheddar's Plumbing and will use them in the future!

I recently moved to the area and have minimal experience with home ownership. Water was leaking from under my toilet. Steve came out and explained/showed me what was happening and why. If/when I run into plumbing problems again, I will definitely call Ciriglianos!

I finally have the answer to the question of do you know a good plumber?  I have asked this question to people in the past and have never really received any stellar recommendations.  Over the past several years of home ownership I have had various plumbers out to fix one thing or another.  Most of the time they were from big commercial plumbing companies like Roto-Rooter who charged too much and did the bare minimum.  So faced with a big problem I knew I had to get someone out to my place stat but who?

I visited homeadvisor.com to see if I could get a couple of plumbers to contact me who would one service my area, and was knowledgeable enough fix my problem.  I got two calls, one was from Gary owner of Clear Blue.  I decided to meet him within a day for a free estimate. I don't know too many plumbers that do free estimates anymore, so this was a good way to gauge if this could work out.  Gary showed up roughly on time and gave me a few estimates depending on the problem.  I agreed and he and his employee were out the next afternoon to start fixing what could have ended up being a huge problem and extremely expensive.  Though it took another plumbing professional to completely fix the problem, Gary was great at pin pointing what the issues most likely were and where to go from there.  He followed up with me the next day after the other plumbing professional, who was also wonderful, had completely fixed my problem.  

I very highly recommend Clear Blue Plumbing and will continue to use them from here on out, I just hope the next time I need him it's because I want to replace my shower.  Extremely professional, considerate, and reasonably priced.

Kudos to Bob, Jason and the crew who saved me from a $13,000 sewer repair bill.  

I had a less than reputable estimate from a company on a Sunday afternoon after our sewer backed up.  They used a camera in the line and told us that there were two areas that needed replaced and pressured me to sign for an emergency repair which included a water way.  

On Monday, my insurance company recommended that Precision Plumbing take a look too, they saw no breaks and took the time to do it a second time to explain their findings to me.  The culprit was a root or branch in the line which caused the damage and it was covered by insurance.  It was fixed Tuesday morning!

They were very professional, honest and caring.  The owners also stopped by to reassure me that the problems I was led to believe existed were not present, ran the camera again and were very helpful.  Thanks again for everything!

We had a hot water heater go out and like any good homeowner, we obtained three (3) bids for the replacement. Vince and Mike were $700 below the others because they didn't mark up the tanks that are easily purchased at Home Depot or Lowe's while others told us they were getting a special unit from the Plumbing Store. On top of that, they were prompt in the service, showed up when they said they would, and performed high-quality work.

So Two weeks ago a pipe froze and burst in my house. I've been trying so hard to get someone to come out. Got ghosted by two plumbers and then I called roto rooter. Ghost #3.
The guy on the phone was super nice and said he could get me in that day from 1pm to 5pm. I was excited.  My SO and I left the hotel (we've been stuck in due to the water being turned off at home) and headed home right away.
4 hours later... it's 5pm and the dispatcher called and said they're behind. Hmm ok. So like two more hours go by. I call and ask if anybody is coming. They're like oh, we are behind grr ok so I ask to reschedule and the guy says okay how about 8am to 12pm tomorrow? I'm like okay.
So I'm sitting here 10pm in a 24 hr laundromat because they kept us waiting for 13+ hours!! Imagine being in your house and having no running water. Have fun using the toilet!!
We didn't eat for fear of having to poop in a toilet that can't be flushed. There's no gas stations or anything around us. I'm diabetic and waiting to eat that long is dangerous. I called a few times, they called and I kept getting the same old we are running behind their time management is a joke and I spent my days off stressed and angry.
I will make damn sure to tell all my friends to never use this place!  Then when we finally gave up and had to do laundry for work they call to reschedule.  I told him no, and don't bother I'm going with someone else!
I definitely do not recommend this place.  Run like hell and find someone who will actually show up!!!

Mike is a great guy, has always came through for me throughout the years, his prices are fair, his integrity is great, case workmanship is definitely a master plumber,, I recommend this plumber to everyone,..

I can tell you if an item of clothing is overpriced or not, but plumbing is not my forte. While I don't want to be ripped off, it's also so hard to find someone who will show up on time, do the work right and not cheat you.

We had the house we were selling inspected and unfortunately found out that the sewer line was damaged right after it left the house. We had work done on our pipes just last March to replace them all underneath the house because they had crumbled, so we were still hurting from that big price after going with a big name plumber.

We needed a couple days turnaround and had to act fast. The guy who worked on our line was prompt and responsive. He was easy to communicate with, via text, and even came back a day later when we found out we needed a dye test done ASAP. These were not cheap jobs, AT ALL, but we honestly didn't have much time to shop around and felt comfortable going with them. Again, I appreciate they fast turnaround and that they showed up and did the work when they said they would.

Basically, when we needed them, they were there. Glad to have this behind us and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
