Best Electric Furnace Repair in Philadelphia PA
Our clothes washer hose rusted off. The pipes were also corroded. The person who did the repair was great. Great work. Fast. Professional. Price was actually affordable. I will definitely use them again.

Nic came out promptly to replace my shower diverters and some eroded pipes in the back. He was quick, professional and explained everything he did. I'll be using him for all my future plumbing/HVAC needs, and the best part is, he is a local small business owner.

I'm very pleased with John. He was very nice to explain and fix our washing machine. And he gladly took a look our water heater and sump pump which I didn't ask initially. I am glad that I found nice, reliable plumber!

They say on their website that they're open 7:00 AM to 11:30 PM, 7 days a week. However, if you go to schedule a service on the very same site, you can only schedule it between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday. This is false advertising at best and flat-out lying at worst.

After having a horrible after horrible experience with a long time plumber, our church called Buzz Duzz and they showed up less then 15 hours after we called (we called after hours)! They did a great job and gave us great input and further advice on things we could do ourselves. Basically- they were the Hero's of plumbing that we needed! Thanks Buzz Duzz!

I highly recommend Goodman Plumbing. They are reliable, prompt, and cost effective. Very professional and have been able to fix every issue big and small.

My wife and I decided to replace our mini-split prior to the brutal heatwave that encompassed this summer. Chris came out and gave us what I would consider a reasonable estimate, however compared to the other HVAC services in the area, it fell within range, they showed up when they said they would and did not try to oversell me. Our house is 200 yrs old and presented some unforeseen challenges however Chris was professional and worked efficiently. Next time I require service to either the mini split or other system in my home they will be the first number I call.

Heater malfunctioned on the coldest night of the year (1/7/2018) and called Stimmler and Sons. They got back to me within 10 minutes. Andrew came out and quickly diagnosed the minor problem and had the house warm in no time! I would recommend Stimmler and Sons to everyone.

Had a small leak in a pipe. Called Ben's ProServ and they came in about an hour on a Saturday! Dan B was very professional and explained the options and cost for fixing the pipe. The cost was what I expected - no surprises. Everything worked out well and I will definitely call ProServ in the future.

Norm C. came for our annual home visit as part of the program with Mattioni. He disclosed a few things that our 30 year old home needed and gave us an estimate in dollars and time. He explained two of the things needed immediate attention and the others could wait. We had him just do everything to save the inconvenience of another visit. He finished all the work in less time than he had anticipated, and was very pleasant and personable while here. We felt the pricing was fair, and that he found things needing immediate attention, left us feeling we dodged a bullet, so to speak. A disaster in the making, which has now been averted. Highly recommend Mattioni Plumbing and Norm.

The gauge on our boiler had been broken for a while. Bill was very communicative and responsive to my husband's inquiries. On the day of our scheduled service, two workers under Bill came on time and worked on replacing the gauge. They did a great job at answering all of our questions and went above and beyond in their service. We are so grateful that we found Bill of East Falls Plumbing.

I called about 10 plumbers today for a big
Leak we had at the office. I found Nichols plumbing and gave it a shot. I called their office and a woman named Stephanie answered, she was extremely polite and helpful she told me that they would be out to my office in 20 minutes. I heard that earlier from a different plumber and they never showed up. 20 minutes later a Nichols truck pulled up and the guy came up to me very friendly I pointed him in the direction of the issue and he immediately got to work and told me not to worry about anything. Within an hour or so he was done and the job was completed perfectly. Their prices are very reasonable especially for a last
Minute emergency type situation. I am very satisfied with how they conduct business and how they do work. Thank you again and will recommend and use again.

Just had Matt and his crew from PlumbPro over a few times to fix some plumbing issues that all seemed to happen within a month of each other. In my 60 years, I've never met a plumber who is so happy to come over and do this job. He's happy about it, works hard, smile never leaves his face and gets the job done well. Even had after hours and weekend calls and they respond SO FAST and charge such reasonable prices. Gets the job done he first time.
This is a plumber who is unlike any other plumber you've ever had. A real plumber who you can trust to do a fantastic job and who is so nice and so authentic. You'll know what I'm talking about the minute you reach out to them. Exemplary service every step of the way!
Thank you to Matt & Amanda and their crew at PlumbPro !!!

Filan & Conner completed a complex job in our house, which involved digging a trench under the family room in order to repair a broken pipe. I was pleased with the outcome of the job, which restored the family room and its carpet and furniture to its original condition. However, I would not award 5 stars because the work took longer than originally promised and there was not prompt communication with me about the delay, that is, I had to make the calls to find out the status.

There aren't enough stars to express the quality of attention we received from Best Choice.
We've had an ongoing issue with the quality of plumbing in a new construction home we purchased last year. While the builder left some plumbing exposed we thought it might be useful to have a licensed plumber do an independent inspection (as we suspected there were issues with the original work).
Sam arrived (in the middle of a blizzard! What a trooper.) to come take a look for us. After opening a couple of additional spots for inspection he was able to immediately identify a number of code violations and issues with the plumbing system that likely contributed to the ongoing issues we had.
He had a colleague (Anthony) join him to confirm his thoughts, provided us a clear breakdown of what our issues and options were and even went so far as to pull the plumbing permits for our property and provide a write up of their findings for use in trying to get our builder to honor his warranty with us and fix the issues.
The whole thing is an ongoing ordeal, but Sam and Anthony were a pleasure to deal with and helpful in the extreme. I'll be recommending them to everyone in the future.

Horizon is just amazing. My Daughter and Son in law had a huge job completed by Horizon in Hatfield PA. The commercial says you only pay the quoted price. Companies never stand behind what they say. horizon does 100%. I can't say enough about the technicians who came out to replace the entire waste pipe from street to house. The job ended up being a lot more than originally thought. They only paid the quoted price. Highly recommend Horizon. We use them for our heater service contract in West Chester and trust them. They always do a great job!!!
Thank you Horizon!!!!!

In short, Horizon has not been able to fix our heater over the past two weeks, and we are still suffering.
We had a completely new system installed in the summer of 2018, and we were told Daikin is a good brand and this model was top notch. One year later, we found water leaking out of the heater, which seems to be a rare situation, particularly for an one-year old system.
We contacted Horizon and a technician, Frank, came on Tuesday, Oct 22. He could not fix it because he needs a part. He went back and told us to wait for his call. Three days later, nothing. We called in and pushed them several times; finally, they got their part and sent someone Wed, Oct 30.
Yet, they got the wrong part!
Things got really bad from then on. I called them on a daily basis and, finally, their customer relationship, manager, Sam assured me this situation was their top priority. That was Friday, Nov 1. She told me they would get the part the next day, and things will be fine. She will keep me updated.
Yet, nothing!
I never got a call over the weekend, nor did the part arrive till today, Nov 4. I called them again this morning, and the answer is: the part has not arrived. We do not know when it will. There is nothing we can do. The only option we have is to wait like we have been doing over the past two weeks.
Now I have to go back and tell my 3-year-old daughter she has to suffer another night: my house drops below 56 F, which is against the federal law for renters. We bought 3 new space heaters to keep some of the bedrooms warm, but they are already tripping the circuit breakers.
The bottom line is next time you decide to go with any HVAC company, aside from the ten years parts and labor warranty, have them write down how fast they are actually going to fix it, because based on our experience, Horizon simply cannot do it fast.
