Best Electric Furnace Repair in Philadelphia PA

Came out the same day of call to installl new water heater. Also, removed old heater.   Were done in less then a couple of hours, and  was given a great price compared to other plumbers.  Will definitely use again.

Nic came out promptly to replace my shower diverters and some eroded pipes in the back. He was quick, professional and explained everything he did. I'll be using him for all my future plumbing/HVAC needs, and the best part is, he is a local small business owner.

Had issues with area of house where water line is run through an unconditioned attic. On days where temperatures are in the single digits lines were prone to freezing.

Quickly responded to a request to install two inlime shutoffs to allow me to shut off water to  that section of house when temperatures are forecast to be extremely low.

Quick, friendly, great value. Recommended.

Had a water leak slowly destroying my mobile.  Called 7 plumbers and got 2 days or last minute cancels.  

Chris came out with some bad news at first.  But then found the issue.  They took their time and did great

I called Buzz Duzz this morning for a plumbing leak in my aunts house. Christine in the office was great and they sent someone out within the hour. The plumber that was sent, Joe, was excellent. Very professional, courteous, and speedy service. Price was good as well. From the office staff to the technicians, everyone was on point. I would highly recommend Buzz Duzz Plumbing Heating and Air !!

Called this place up for a leak (it wasn't a plumbing emergency) and someone was able to come out the next day. The two guys that came to my house were knowledgeable and friendly and showed me where the leak was coming from and gave me some helpful information on how to look for similar leaks in the future. Will call again if I ever need another plumber.

Chris initially came out to take an estimate for the project. He explained the solution well and offered an alternative. Provided tips in case I wanted to attempt a DIY which I ended up opting not to. Kelly and Bob were out the next week to complete the job.

These guys (and the lovely woman who answers the phone) have helped me in several, separate plumbing crises over the past year of owning my new house.  Each time I've called, they've been prompt and thorough.  The guys always take the time to explain to me what was happening, how they were going to fix it, and what it would cost.  I feel extremely confident in the work they have done. Having plumbing scares as a new homeowner can be exhausting, but I feel grateful to have Stimmler and Sons as my go-to plumbers.

Had a small leak in a pipe.  Called Ben's ProServ and they came in about an hour on a Saturday! Dan B was very professional and explained the options and cost for fixing the pipe. The cost was what I expected - no surprises.  Everything worked out well and I will definitely call ProServ in the future.

We called Mattioni to come to our house to troubleshoot some bathroom lavatory leaks that were going on.  We also wanted an an estimate for a new humidifier, to change out the lavatory handles that had been installed backwards, replace a utility room faucet, and to do a general inspection of all the plumbing In our house.  We have plans to add a new bathroom to our unfinished basement and he had good advice about that.  

The humidifier went in without a hitch!  The handles on the lavatories were changed without a problem!  The new utility sink faucet that was installed was a dream!

My lavatory leaks though...these had to be tinkered wIth several times., on several different days.  You are thinking, WHY FIVE STARS????  

This is why!  Our plumber came out several times, in a very timely manner,  to make things right.  He could have easily told us that this was a worse repair than what it was.  He was unfailingly polite, and optimistic and got the leak problem solved.

Everyone that I've talked to or dealt with at Mattioni Plumbing has been very profesdional and helpful.  I look forward to calling them for our basement bathroom project because I am sure that they willl do it right, and more importantly, if there are any unforeseen problems, THEY WILL MAKE IT RIGHT!

The gauge on our boiler had been broken for a while. Bill was very communicative and responsive to my husband's inquiries. On the day of our scheduled service, two workers under Bill came on time and worked on replacing the gauge. They did a great job at answering all of our questions and went above and beyond in their service. We are so grateful that we found Bill of East Falls Plumbing.

They were very pleasant to work with and Rich was so helpful. Came out at 10 pm on a Saturday evening to clear a clogged drain. He was quick and very professional. The price was super reasonable for a Saturday night emergency service. Absolutely great company to work with.

Beware of the bait and switch.  I was quoted a price for a toilet install and it looked reasonable so I approved it so they could do the work. After my toilet was installed, the guy says oops we entered it into our system wrong and the actual price is - surprise - several hundred dollars higher.

I hired Filan & Conner to replace my old whole house air conditioner.  They offered a Rheem 4-ton AC with a coil.  I accepted it and they installed it on schedule.  After its completion I waited a day and then turned on the system and the system was slower than my old system. SO I went to the basement to check the system.  I found a number of places where the system was leaking air even from the new coil itself.  The new coil they installed is smaller (I was not aware) but they did not change or put a converter to fit it to the old ductwork.  They just added copious amount of silicon to connect the two.  It looked like a DIY job (pictures attached) and was also causing several leaks.  This is a really poor job.  These folks are total crooks.

This plumber was chosen by the Manchester group. I have a home protection agreement. My tenant was complaining the hot water was only lasting 10 minuites when taking a shower then it would get luke warm the plumber came out and said the water heater needed to be replaced. My service plan had $750 limit on trouble shooting and repairs $200 was used and no trouble shooting was done to fix the water heater the cost to install a water heater was $985. I should have only have to had paid $235 but instead I wound up paying $435. you should not have taken the $200 since you did not do any trouble shooting to repair the water heater.

Update - very shortly after this review was posted, a manager called and apologized for the wait.  A repair technician was dispatched right away.  The tech had to refer our problem to management and suspects a new unit will have to be put in - looks like we really did get a lemon!  We are now waiting for a call to see what the next step will be.  Will update as things progress.  I am grateful that this was taken care of so quickly, but it is a shame that I had to resort to extremes to get action.  I hope they turn out to be the company they say they are.  So far so good on the attention.  

We purchased a heat pump from Horizon in July for $14,000.  This morning we woke up to no heat and put in a service call. (this is our 2nd call in less than 3 months).  We were told the first appt. available was Nov. 2nd - a week away!  I called back and was told that it was a mistake (good thing I called) because they have a lot of new hires and she put us in for the wrong type of appt.  After waiting on hold for awhile, I was sent to the scheduling dept. and was given an appt for 2 days from now - still not good enough from a company who is supposed to be available 24 hrs!  No matter what I said I could not get an earlier appt. and our house is freezing - I can't imagine how cold it will be tonight.  I believe we have a lemon and will be pursuing getting a new unit when the technician comes out on Friday.  Right now, I can not recommend this company as we are terribly dissatisfied.  Please go elsewhere - buyer beware!

Avoid using allied at all costs.  The install at the beginning could be good but the system doesnt last at all.  Within 8 years, the evaporator coil had to be replaced two times already.  The evpaporator coil was replaced in may 2021 and it cost 1900 to repair (labor only).  Not only was it expensive for the repair, i waited over 4 weeks to get it repaired and they never return my calls to let me know status. The same repair 5 years ago was only 500 dollars.  I tried to get an itemized breakdown of 1900 but they dont return calls once they got my money.  The next time my unit breaks, i plan to replace the whole thing with someone else so i dont ever have to use them again.  I would give zero stars if i could.
