Best Electric Furnace Repair in Philadelphia PA

Called Gen 3 to help diagnose an electrical problem I am having. They were able to schedule me next day, which I appreciate and provided  great communication before arrival. Manny was the technician who came and he was extremely helpful. He took the time to help diagnose my problem, and actually trained me up a bit. He made some suggestions and provided estimates.  I feel pretty well armed now with information. should the problem continue. All in all it was a very good experience and I would definitely use Gen 3 again.

Mike and his team at Artisan Home Services was amazing. My hot water heater failed overnight. Mike responded quickly to the message I sent via the website. He was at my house within 2 hours. He and his team had a new hot water heater up and running quickly that day. I highly recommend Artisan Home Services.

Way too expensive! I called them for emergency service and they wanted $220 to show up plus 130 hour, plus repairs. Why would a company trying to build their customer base try to rip you off in a time of need?

Way over Priced. $5,000 to $8,000 just to to run electric to an above ground pool. No thanks, I'll keep looking.

Salesperson sold us an air conditioner that could not be installed. Investigation proved that this is his modus operandi, that at least 20% of his jobs fail but he's such a good schmoozer that his boss doesn't care.
Disgusted.
