I recommend Steve highly! He responds within the day. My water pipes in the basement had been leaking a long time. He came out and took a look and gave me a very fair price. He explained everything and was one of the nicest guys I've met in a long time. He got to my house on time and replaced the pipes and did a wonderful job. If you want honest opinion and fair pricing Steve is the guy. He got to work immediately after he arrived and stayed with it until it was done. I couldn't be more pleased. He even called the next day to make sure everything was okay with the job. Hard to find plumbers like this now a days.

Love them they saved us so much money all others said we needed a new water unit they fixed it! We have been using them ever since!

My AC wasn't cooling the house to a comfortable level and I got advice from a prior HVAC company indicating I should install a second return vent (quote: $1,300). I called Eco Airflow and they indicated I just needed freon added. They were able to complete the service on the same day and my AC has been great every since.

I called them in the late afternoon for a clog issue. Even though he had a family party that evening, he told me that he could be there afterward, around 8:30/9pm. We called Adam and he responded promptly despite the New Year's Eve holiday. We thought we had a problem with the water tank but it ended up being a problem with the sewer/ drainage. He assessed the problem and didn't try to sell us services we did not need. He was polite and professional.

I called Zatos plumbing for the local law 152 gas inspection. They were quick to respond they did it on the same day and had it filed the following day. Highly recommend them.

Absolute disaster! It took the person 8 hours to cap off the kitchen water lines & add an ice maker water line. Brought wrong size pipes, used worn out tools, didn't put up anything to mitigate dust to other rooms from the sawdust/ Sheetrock powder, etc. Added a new lower drain that didn't need to be done as told by the plumber that had to fix this disaster. Only reason to do what he did was if I needed a garbage disposal which I didn't. Cost me $600 for nothing! Demanded 200 extra dollars over the $2000 that Home Depot charged me. Told Home Depot that the   $200 was for a permit but I called the town & no such permit was taken.

They wouldn't give me a quote on the phone after my sink pipe exploded. They only gave it after they finished and they charged me almost a thousand dollars for 2 hours of work. I was happy with the 1st time I called them but now they are really expensive and the guy took forever to finish the job. Next time I'll call a local plumber.

Tooch the service dispatcher is the best!!! He brings color to that place and works so hard and is so dedicated :) that man is amazing ! Woo hoo!
