Steve helped my elderly mother in Suffolk Co. by redoing a bathroom that hadn't been done right originally including finding an underground pipe leak & re-leveling the shower floor & installing new fixtures. He was very friendly & professional & did things right & the price was fair. We would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a plumber in the area.

Love them they saved us so much money all others said we needed a new water unit they fixed it! We have been using them ever since!

Okay I called late in the afternoon today (about 4pm) after calling 2 other companies that had to get back to me for an estimate on reconnecting an old out of work backyard faucet.  Mr. Dorwin  gave me a ballpark estimate on estimate ($150.00-175.00) just based upon the description of what I was looking for.  He arrives within 45 minutes of my call, crawls under my house to look at the issue and begins to work!!! Within 2 hours of work, I have running water in the back yard and the price was $175.00!!!  Response time was excellent and got service with a smile!!!  I AM HAPPY....Call him and see what magic he can work for you....

Smart problem solver, that's Mike. We got lucky. Another plumber who couldn't take our small job referred us to Mike.  That turned out well for us.  He had to disconnect sinks one day then return another day to install and hook up other ones.  He is knowledgeable, neat, personable and efficient.  The price was fair.  We already hired him again for another project.

I called Eco Air Flow because they had such good ratings. I was looking from CA for a A/C person for my mom who lives in New Jersey. Adam answered and he immediately tried to help and fit us in right away. I was very happy about how quick he was able to schedule us. As his 5 star rating shows, he does not disappoint. He was able to help my mom at her home in Paterson. He was timely, efficient, and so courteous and got the job done. He will definitely will go in our list of preferred professionals. Jarrod went above and beyond in replacing my wax seal and water hose for my toilet. There's no job too small that he wont tackle. The day of service he arrived on time like he said he would. His fee was priced fairly, and provided excellent service. If I ever have any plumbing needs in the future, ill be sure to call Clogs for us.

Greatly Disappointed by this company.  I spoke to Nick who made a 9am appointment on a  Saturday morning to come and give me a free estimate and waited until 11am to call the office to find out if he was going to come or not.  Only to be told that he would be coming and would call me when he was on his way but still didn't hear an answer from him for another hour.  I called the office a second time and spoke with a women who told me she would page him to find out his where abouts and would call me back.  They never called me back nor had the courtesy to tell me any feedback.

Poor customer service and wouldn't waste my time hiring them for any future job!

Chris is great and does great work. I keeps everything nice and clean and comes out for all emergencies and is always reliable.

In the fall of 2018, right when the weather changed from cool to cold my old boiler cracked, leaked, and I shut her down for good. I called Ajax and others for an estimate, and he wasn't the cheapest but I like knowledgeable people. He did the job in a day, to include delivery of new (very heavy) boiler, removing (even heavier) old boiler and cleaned up afterwards. Turned on the switch and voila, heat! So, when my hot water tank started to leak in 2019 almost the same day as my boiler in 2018, I called Ajax once again to give me an estimate for the job. Delivery of a new one, removal of the old tank, and he was done in four hours. Can I say, voila, hot water? I was more worried about my new stairway just build carrying these monsters  from the basement. Like they rehearsed before coming to my house, not a scratch. That alone was worth the extra money. I called Zatos plumbing for the local law 152 gas inspection. They were quick to respond they did it on the same day and had it filed the following day. Highly recommend them.

Water heater replacement. Quick response, more reasonable price than other responses, good work, personable.

They wouldn't give me a quote on the phone after my sink pipe exploded. They only gave it after they finished and they charged me almost a thousand dollars for 2 hours of work. I was happy with the 1st time I called them but now they are really expensive and the guy took forever to finish the job. Next time I'll call a local plumber.

We've been using Approved for years (longer than I can even recall).  They are always prompt in emergency situations, and Vinny S in service is awesome!  He tells you the truth regarding all your boiler needs (better than many other companies who tell you anything to get you to spend more money), and always returns my calls within a few hours.  Approved really proved themselves this winter when a boiler died on one of the coldest night, and they were able to get us a new boiler and have it installed within 16 hours!  Highly recommend them.
