I spent about an hour on my own to drain my water lines and bleed as much air as I could, without success. I contacted Mike at MTR mechanical because of his great reviews, and he delivered on it. I contacted him on a Sunday and although it was his day off, he spent 30 minutes with me on the phone to diagnose the problem with my heater. To my surprise, he went on to guide me through the steps to fix it. He was above and beyond in his helpfulness and clarity to guide me. He could have said that he wasn't working for on Sunday, but instead he was very professional and kind enough to help me. I fully recommend Mike because of his demeanor and willingness to help. Five stars.

My AC wasn't cooling the house to a comfortable level and I got advice from a prior HVAC company indicating I should install a second return vent (quote: $1,300). I called Eco Airflow and they indicated I just needed freon added. They were able to complete the service on the same day and my AC has been great every since.

Called today around 2 for a backed up sink. Jarrod came within the hour and cleared the drain within minutes. He also offered helpful advice to avoid the issue in the future. Price was exactly as quoted. I'm very happy with the service.

Called this company because of the many positive reviews on yelp but am very disappointment with the service. When I spoke with Justin over the phone he seamed very pleasant, I informed him the pilot light from the boiler would not stay on and he quoted me a price. Because I couldn't be at home at the time of service I made him aware I would leave everything ready. When I got home, I was informed the person that had come was very condescending and before coming into my home he reiterated if I had left the money. For someone who is very demanding I would assume he would carry his own tools, right? But that wasn't the case. He not only borrowed my flashlight but also left with it. It is almost a month later and I am still experiencing the same problem. I reached out to Justin and now he states it's another problem. I called in two real companies to come and see my boiler and both coincided that it was a more serious matter, something that wasn't even brought to my attention by Justin. Would not recommend at all.

I called them in the late afternoon for a clog issue. Even though he had a family party that evening, he told me that he could be there afterward, around 8:30/9pm. He showed up, as promised (and texted me to keep me updated on his arrival), and fixed the problem. Clean job, professional, and nice guy.

I have had Burns do many jobs since my first review and they have been Great! 5 stars is what they deserve!

My family converted from oil to gas heating. After much research we decided to contact Adam. From the first call to the very end of the conversion, Adam has been honest and incredibly empathetic; He would reply promptly to any questions and finished the job in less than a week! Despite all the old equipment that needed moving, we had hot water in a day. His cost was by far the most fair from all the heating companies I contacted in Queens and NYC. He even saved us money by recommending some heating solutions for the winter. Our family now has Ajax as a go to trustworthy plumbing and heating company. Thank you Adam!

I called Zatos plumbing for the local law 152 gas inspection. They were quick to respond they did it on the same day and had it filed the following day. Highly recommend them.

Reliable, knowledgeable and extremely skilled.  I needed old cast iron pipes removed and replaced with newer PVC. Pappaceno Plumbing took care of it with care and ease. Would definitely recommend to others.

They wouldn't give me a quote on the phone after my sink pipe exploded. They only gave it after they finished and they charged me almost a thousand dollars for 2 hours of work. I was happy with the 1st time I called them but now they are really expensive and the guy took forever to finish the job. Next time I'll call a local plumber.
