Steve is extremely responsive and very professional. We called him with a kitchen sink that seemed to have lost all water pressure. Steve was very busy, but committed to coming over the next day, which was better than the other 4 plumbers we called- 3 of which never returned our call.  At the last minute that day, he texted to say he was nearby and could come by, which we were thrilled about. He quickly figured out the problem with the sink (a rubber washer had broken apart into pieces blocking the water flow) and he was able to fix it. He was efficient in suggesting that he had an extra faucet in the car he could put in place for us, if needed. It turned out our faucet was a professional one, however, so if it indeed had been broken, we would have had to special order it. Steve is funny, fast, efficient, and made the whole stressful experience much less difficult.  We were lucky that he was able to come over quickly, and appreciate his quick responsiveness.  He is now our go-to plumber and we will definitely be calling him again.

Love them they saved us so much money all others said we needed a new water unit they fixed it! We have been using them ever since!

Our septic system backed up and flooded the basement. Trumpet came straight over and fixed the problem. Swift and helpful.

Mike has resolved the leaking drain in my kitchen sink.  We waited for a couple of days due to his busy schedule.  Finally he came Saturday to repair the sink.  He kindly apologized for not coming earlier, which was very nice of him.  
He explained why the drain in sink was leaking.  He fixed it and also tighten the pipes under the sink.  He checked the connecting pipes to dishwasher which was fine.
As far as pricing was concern, he was definitely reasonable and fair in his services.  I would definitely recommend him to others as well.
Also, he reminded me if any future issues with the sink, he will gladly come again and look at it.  
Again, thanks Mike for your great professional services.  It is hard to find a great plumber these days.

P.S.  He is also took his shoes off before he entered my house which is unheard of these days.

Haven't had a service appointment with them yet but Adam was incredibly quick to respond to my inquiry and that's hard to come by, also very much appreciated when you're having a heating/cooling issue in extreme temps. If his responsiveness is any indication of quality of service, I recommend Eco Airflow

Called today around 2 for a backed up sink. Jarrod came within the hour and cleared the drain within minutes. He also offered helpful advice to avoid the issue in the future. Price was exactly as quoted. I'm very happy with the service.

I had a bad radiator leak - tried to fix it - something broke off inside of radiator- oops!  
Called Justin.  He came over that night - how's that for a small miracle?  Took one look, and got to work sawing the radiator pipe that was directly attached, off.  Then he retreaded inside the radiator and made the repair.  He really knew his stuff.  I waited to write this review until after I was sure that the radiator would not leak.  Heat comes on and NO LEAK.  Justin is now my new plumber, and he is a nice guy, too!

Chris is great and does great work. I keeps everything nice and clean and comes out for all emergencies and is always reliable.

Burns plumbing put a new furnance and boiler in my building a short time ago,  they did a fantastic job.  Work was done in a timely and super professional manner.  Its a pleasure too work with someone who takes pride in their work.  Pleasure to do business with Burns and Company.

We called because one of our radiators was not generating any heat. They came first thing the following morning and promptly fixed our issue at a reasonable price. In addition since we were new homeowners, Adam took the time to show us how the system works. We really appreciated the extra time he took to help us.

I called Zatos plumbing for the local law 152 gas inspection. They were quick to respond they did it on the same day and had it filed the following day. Highly recommend them.

Reliable, knowledgeable and extremely skilled.  I needed old cast iron pipes removed and replaced with newer PVC. Pappaceno Plumbing took care of it with care and ease. Would definitely recommend to others.

They wouldn't give me a quote on the phone after my sink pipe exploded. They only gave it after they finished and they charged me almost a thousand dollars for 2 hours of work. I was happy with the 1st time I called them but now they are really expensive and the guy took forever to finish the job. Next time I'll call a local plumber.

We've been using Approved for years (longer than I can even recall).  They are always prompt in emergency situations, and Vinny S in service is awesome!  He tells you the truth regarding all your boiler needs (better than many other companies who tell you anything to get you to spend more money), and always returns my calls within a few hours.  Approved really proved themselves this winter when a boiler died on one of the coldest night, and they were able to get us a new boiler and have it installed within 16 hours!  Highly recommend them.
