Had an emergency and Steve came over within 30 minutes!!!  Don't hesitate to call him for any plumbing needs.  He performed excellent work for a fair price. He also took his time to explaine in detail what was was wrong and what needed to be done.

Love them they saved us so much money all others said we needed a new water unit they fixed it! We have been using them ever since!

Darwin to the rescue! He kindly helped us troubleshoot the leaky toilet over the phone. This saved us money, time and him a trip for a very DIY fix that addressed the issue. Will totally call him again for future plumbing needs.

I too was referred by another plumber who was top-rated on Yelp, but  (probably as a result of the Yelp bump) was too busy to fix the rather serious leak in my ceiling. I suspect that Mike will also soon be turning work away. I'll certainly use him for future work and recommend him to friends.

He was polite, clear in explaining what needed to be done, did high-quality, very neat work. And his price was very reasonable.

My hot water tank died on a Sunday.  They were the only people who would come on a Sunday.  They did a great job at a fair price.  I'd use them again

My house has chronic root problems.  It requires a maintenance snaking.  The company was responsive and transparent.  Two things I look for in plumbers.

I will definitely use them again.

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received from Justin/JCA. I sent Justin photographs of the problem, and he said that he would be able to fix the issue with my toilet.

When he showed up, however, it was another matter entirely. Justin was unable to fix the issue, and I was still charged $125 for the service call. I felt strong-armed into paying, and this is no way to do business. I paid $125 and received absolutely nothing in return.

I called them in the late afternoon for a clog issue. Even though he had a family party that evening, he told me that he could be there afterward, around 8:30/9pm. He showed up, as promised (and texted me to keep me updated on his arrival), and fixed the problem. Clean job, professional, and nice guy.

Capable, timely, professional.  Sadly, that makes this company rare among plumbers.  But kudos to them for being excellent.

I called this plumber to service our furnace for the winter from an internet reference and was glad I did. Not only did the technician routinely service our gas boiler, but found a pet that needed replacement and then thoroughly cleaned the unit. As a resultt, our heating system works like a charm.

My neighbor -- who is a tough grader of service providers -- recommended Ajax to me to help with a water pressure problem in our shower.  I called Adam and he suggested checking the shower head before paying us a visit.  That took care of the issue.  So, without even coming to  the house he fixed the problem for me, no charge.  How's that for fantastic service!  Adam was also super responsive.  I couldn't recommend anyone more highly.

I called Zatos plumbing for the local law 152 gas inspection. They were quick to respond they did it on the same day and had it filed the following day. Highly recommend them.

Anthony and his associate did an excellent job replacing our busted water heater. Super responsive with a free quote, work was done on time, on budget and very neatly. We will be using them again and will be recommending them to friends and neighbors. Excellent job done at a competitive price.

I own an older home and my sewer system broke down on Christmas Eve. Not only did Roto-Rooter come out and diagnose the occurring problem; but set up and scheduled the renovation of my home's new sewer system. Everything went perfectly without any problems. The system replacement is now eight years old and everything is perfect. Great customer service.!

Called for emergency service since heat wasn't kicking in and 3 hours later still no service or any calls. I will be switching company and report this to BBB.
