After a valiant attempt to replace my shower faucets (where I managed to strip the faucet seat), I contacted Steve through Yelp. He called me back within a few minutes, and later that day he stopped by to take a look. To make a long story short, we now have a nice single-faucet shower thanks to Steve! Very reasonable pricing, incredibly quick responses to my questions, and he was knowledgeable and friendly!

Love them they saved us so much money all others said we needed a new water unit they fixed it! We have been using them ever since!

Darwin showed up on time for the appt he was very flexible in setting.  He showed up with an apprentice that was obviously a little down on his luck. However he was very courteous and attentive to training.
One or both men made several trips to the work vehIcle to get necessary parts. He repaired a leak under my kitchen sink. The leak damaged my wood cabinets and began to mold. He worked diligently while conversing about causes. He thwarted another problem that I wasnt aware of. His price was very fair considering what plumbers charge.

Adam the tech/owner just left. Came to my house in under 2 hours on a SUNDAY to fix my central ac. Fixed in 20 minutes. Thank god it's 90 degrees. He Explained what happened. Will get my business again. Actually I asked him to do more work tomorrow. The guys great. Highly recommended. Nobody else called me back yet and the job is already finished. We had some recruiting spouts of water in our basement so I Yelp messaged one morning and had a response within minutes. They have weekend hours so that provided extra convenience. We had a time scheduled for 8:30 Saturday morning and the van arrived before 8:15. The issue was found and resolved within minutes and he was out in less than 20 minutes. The price was as advertised. I would definitely recommend this company for a quick and efficient resolution.

Had an issue with my toilet and made an appointment with Justin.  On the day of, Justin kept me posted on his arrival time.  He checked out my toilet's situation and got it repaired in under 25 minutes.  Courteous, professional, no BS, and a reasonable rate, too.  Call Justin!

We had an emergency late last night, toilet backed up and stack pipe leaking.  Chris was here within the hour, was professional, kept things as clean as possible and such a friendly/pleasant demeanor, answering any questions we had!  Prices were reasonable and the fact that he came out so fast was priceless to me.  Thanks to Chris, he fixed the issue and I was able to sleep.  Highly recommend!!!!

Burns plumbing put a new furnance and boiler in my building a short time ago,  they did a fantastic job.  Work was done in a timely and super professional manner.  Its a pleasure too work with someone who takes pride in their work.  Pleasure to do business with Burns and Company.

I called this plumber to service our furnace for the winter from an internet reference and was glad I did. Not only did the technician routinely service our gas boiler, but found a pet that needed replacement and then thoroughly cleaned the unit. As a resultt, our heating system works like a charm.

We called Adam and he responded promptly despite the New Year's Eve holiday. We thought we had a problem with the water tank but it ended up being a problem with the sewer/ drainage. He assessed the problem and didn't try to sell us services we did not need. He was polite and professional.

I called Zatos plumbing for the local law 152 gas inspection. They were quick to respond they did it on the same day and had it filed the following day. Highly recommend them.

Absolute disaster! It took the person 8 hours to cap off the kitchen water lines & add an ice maker water line. Brought wrong size pipes, used worn out tools, didn't put up anything to mitigate dust to other rooms from the sawdust/ Sheetrock powder, etc. Added a new lower drain that didn't need to be done as told by the plumber that had to fix this disaster. Only reason to do what he did was if I needed a garbage disposal which I didn't. Cost me $600 for nothing! Demanded 200 extra dollars over the $2000 that Home Depot charged me. Told Home Depot that the   $200 was for a permit but I called the town & no such permit was taken.

I own an older home and my sewer system broke down on Christmas Eve. Not only did Roto-Rooter come out and diagnose the occurring problem; but set up and scheduled the renovation of my home's new sewer system. Everything went perfectly without any problems. The system replacement is now eight years old and everything is perfect. Great customer service.!

I originally had Madison oil , Approved took over several years ago. I haven't had any problems with their service. Every time I called they responded timely. I own a 2 family in Bensonhurst for 31 years. On auto delivery and they have never let me run dry like my 1st Co. did twice in middle of winter and gunk on bottom of tank clogged my lines. The only question I have is that for the 1st time I locked in a price and was wondering what happens if oil drops below ( thats why I never have done it before ) otherwise I have never had a problem, their staff has always been prompt and curtious.
