Steve helped my elderly mother in Suffolk Co. by redoing a bathroom that hadn't been done right originally including finding an underground pipe leak & re-leveling the shower floor & installing new fixtures. He was very friendly & professional & did things right & the price was fair. We would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a plumber in the area.

Love them they saved us so much money all others said we needed a new water unit they fixed it! We have been using them ever since!

Yesterday I called for an emergency plumber to unclog our toilet. They were unable to come that evening but agreed to come at 7am the following morning. The men arrived before 7am which was excellent. They worked for about 40mins to unplug our toilet. Based on the reviews I read on yelp most people stated the price was reasonable, so when he told us $250 for a 40mins job I was shocked and appalled. When my husband inquired about the high price the man stated because it was 7am and that most places charge $300. I am not familiar with plumbing services but I doubt it cost $300 to snake a toilet. I honestly feel like they saw where we lived and figured oh they can afford it. I would recommend them because they were punctual and fixed the problem but the price was not reasonable at all!!!

Whatever your needs, stop looking at reviews , stop looking for a plumber and simply call Mike right now.  I've paid for his services twice and couldn't be more satisfied.

My AC went out on Tuesday and I contacted Adam thru Yelp at around 6:30pm.  He reached out to his service guy and someone was on site in an hour and had my AC running in less an hour!  I was so grateful for the fast service!

I found Jarrod on Yelp. I called him and he just happen to be finishing up a job in my area. Jarrod was at my house within 5 minutes. I called Jarrod for a clogged drain that my husband was trying to fix for over a week with no luck. Jarrod was so reasonably priced that he fixed two other issues and I also asked him to snake out my main drain while he was here. I was so frightened to call a plumber, but was so pleased with Jarrod's job and price that he will be on my speed dial. Best experience EVER with a plumber.

Speedy friendly service. Cash or checks only. Wish he took credit cards - simplify my life. Not cheap but so far nothing plumbing is. Last night found my basement pipe backing up.  Unfortunately not first time this has happened. I called Justin around 9 pm and 2 other plumbers on Yelp with good reviews. Justin first to call me back in a few minutes. Quoted me $300 to clear pipe and he could be there early next am or late that night. Sent him some pics to show exact situation. He arrived a few minutes  late next am but texted me his ETA. Quickly checked pipes found clog area and cleared clogged. He told me I should be getting sewer pipes either power washed or snaked on annual basis- which is first time I was told that. He did not press that I should do this with him though. But I figured since he was there might as well clear everything out. $250 for that but he gave me a break at $220. So I would recommend him. Seems honest and straightforward. Always appreciated.

Capable, timely, professional.  Sadly, that makes this company rare among plumbers.  But kudos to them for being excellent.

I called this plumber to service our furnace for the winter from an internet reference and was glad I did. Not only did the technician routinely service our gas boiler, but found a pet that needed replacement and then thoroughly cleaned the unit. As a resultt, our heating system works like a charm.

My family converted from oil to gas heating. After much research we decided to contact Adam. From the first call to the very end of the conversion, Adam has been honest and incredibly empathetic; He would reply promptly to any questions and finished the job in less than a week! Despite all the old equipment that needed moving, we had hot water in a day. His cost was by far the most fair from all the heating companies I contacted in Queens and NYC. I called Zatos plumbing for the local law 152 gas inspection. They were quick to respond they did it on the same day and had it filed the following day. Highly recommend them.

Skilled professional with great communication and responsiveness. Actually did more work than necessary, replacing old parts to make sure the job was done right without any extra charge. You can see he cares a lot and takes pride in his work! EXCELLENT!!!!!!

I had a fast leak in my tub and the tub was clogged the water was coming out at about 4 gallons every 5 minutes. I've heard of Roto Rooter, I've seen the $99 special that was posted online & I also saw that you guys also was offering a $60 coupon. And although one of my neighbors warned against me using Roto-Rooter service because of the high price, I needed a professional service. We scheduled online, waited a couple of hours for confirmation, and nothing. So I called myself and ask them when I can expect the technician because I spent the better part of the day scooping out water from my bathtub into my toilet to avoid a flood. I was called back and told that he would send someone over as soon as he had a technician available. We waited another couple of hours and finally the technician came. He wore a mask but nothing covering his work boots & I just cleaned my carpet from a the fire in my building last Wednesday that caused all this. He barely looked at anything and quoted me a price of $587 to just to snake the drain. I found that price to be exorbent and insultingly high just to remove a clog. I told him that is way too much money. I apologized for wasting his time and invited him out of my apartment. He then immediately offered to do the job for $300. Which was also too high, I again thanked him for his time and he then asked how much I was willing to pay. I told him the going rate in this neighborhood is $49.99 - $149.99 to clear a clogged drain. But since I was desperate I offered $200 if he can complete the job. He then went back downstairs to his truck and came back with an electrical auger one I had used myself to no avail, I thought he'd bring some big professional auger or other drain opening tool
Then proceeded to turn off the cold water from under the sink which started a leak under my sink. I scrambled to remove all my personal items from under the cabinet and please a bucket under that leak So now, I have an added repair to do. After he began, I tried to accommodate him by giving him something to drink since he said he was getting a headache do to the noise coming from the auger. I thought he would leave without finishing the job so I was trying to be pleasant and level headed. Although I was losing my patience by the minute. He sat there for about an hour and a half trying with that little electrical auger to clear the drain and then came out and told us he couldn't do it and started packing up his stuff. I ended up giving this guy a $40 tip just for the effort. Between my buildings handyman and this guy I wasted $80. I then called another company who unfortunately didn't have anybody until today. He sent his guy over who quoted me a solid price of $200 and an extra $100 if he had to open up my pipes which he didn't  he came up with a big industrial size auger and cleared the drain in 20-30 minutes. I still think it was pricey but it was an emergency and I was quoted a solid price without any games or surprises. I am very disappointed by the lack of integrity I was shown by your company. I should have been given a price over the phone or at least an estimate so I know what to expect. And as far as the $99 drain cleaning offer and $60 coupon I found to be all bait and switch gimmicks. Not cool for a company that's supposed to be completely professional, guarantees the job to be done, tries to shake down their customers in time of need, then leaves without completing the job. And creating extra problems to fix in addition to the already existing nightmare. Very disappointed

Tooch the service dispatcher is the best!!! He brings color to that place and works so hard and is so dedicated :) that man is amazing ! Woo hoo!
