He came over, worked fast, and even let my daughter watch him and talked with her. He was so kind and sweet. Since we JUST bought a new home he took a look at a few other things I had questions about while he was here. He's very knowledgeable, and while I hope we don't need to see him too often I would never consider another plumber.

Another plumber who couldn't take our small job referred us to Mike.  That turned out well for us.  He had to disconnect sinks one day then return another day to install and hook up other ones.  He is knowledgeable, neat, personable and efficient.  The price was fair.  We already hired him again for another project.

My AC went out on Tuesday and I contacted Adam thru Yelp at around 6:30pm.  He reached out to his service guy and someone was on site in an hour and had my AC running in less an hour!  I was so grateful for the fast service!

I called in the morning and Justin was able to come over right away. He fixed my water heater's leaking pipe for a fraction of what some other guy (also highly rated on yelp) quoted me. Definitely will recommend Justin to friends and use his services again.

I called this plumber to service our furnace for the winter from an internet reference and was glad I did. Not only did the technician routinely service our gas boiler, but found a pet that needed replacement and then thoroughly cleaned the unit. As a resultt, our heating system works like a charm.

I needed a new water heater and Adam was at my house within an hour to assess the situation. He was honest about what I needed and what I didn't, which is rare these days. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and his thoughtfulness while in my home. He was efficient and cleaned up afterwards. I called Zatos plumbing for the local law 152 gas inspection. They were quick to respond they did it on the same day and had it filed the following day. Highly recommend them.

Water heater replacement. Quick response, more reasonable price than other responses, good work, personable.

They wouldn't give me a quote on the phone after my sink pipe exploded. They only gave it after they finished and they charged me almost a thousand dollars for 2 hours of work. I was happy with the 1st time I called them but now they are really expensive and the guy took forever to finish the job. Next time I'll call a local plumber.

I am the owner of a legal two family home. My tenants chose to use Approved Oil as their Oil delivery company and were late with their bill. Approved Oil began making harassing phone calls to myself threatening to put a lean on my home, even though the tenants who owed the money held no ownership in my property. There was a time when we used Approved Oil ourselves, but their service was so poor that we changed after one season. These are the type of improperly run family owned businesses that give small businesses a bad name.
