I called this company and they never returned my call.  Then,I decided to try reaching out through Yelp because the reviews on Yelp were great.  I did get a call with in an hour but the guy said I lived too far. I explained that we were near Lindenhurst and Massepequa and he felt that we were too far for him to come and install a new boiler and he also mentioned that he had 3 boilers to work on already.  I undertand that Steve was being honest but I couldn't understand because some of his reviews on yelp are from Massepequa? (maybe even two...not to mention Babylon reviews....Copiague is not that far from these locations! ) My 3 star is because I felt that this person didn't want to come to Copiague not because of service...unfortunately I can't rate the quality of work ...which I'm sure is great....but I 'll never know....btw...he did mention that if we couldn't get anyone to call back.......but that didn't make any sense...I felt really hurt that he didn't want to come to my neighborhood! I could understand,  busy  but not  too far!

Love them they saved us so much money all others said we needed a new water unit they fixed it! We have been using them ever since!

Great plumber with out breaking the bank!  I had a pipe burst and he came out and fixed the issue quickly.  He added additional insulation to make sure that the problem wouldn't happen again.

mike is a fantastic plumber. when i needed his services, he came to my restaurant the next day to fix the sink. he was here for less than a half hour and fixed everything, from the leaky faucet, to the clogged drain, and another faucet that didn't stop running. 3 weeks of problems for me fixed in 25 minutes with next day service, all for a very reasonable price. i know who i'll call next time i need a plumber, that's for sure. thanks mike!

My hot water tank died on a Sunday.  They were the only people who would come on a Sunday.  They did a great job at a fair price.  I'd use them again

I found JCA from a Yelp search for a 24 hour plumber because I came home to find my living room ceiling engorged with water and was leaking from a radiator that was not only put on incorrectly but had a rusted valve. Justin returned the call within 15 min and was at my house by about 1030pm on a wed night. It took him almost no time at all to figure out the problem and fix it. He was courteous, honest and informative and was reasonable with his price. The additional emergency fee was worth every cent considering the late hour. Justin even called back in the morning to check on things. The service he provides is priceless! I have already spread the word to my friends in case they ever need a plumber, they should call JCA and ask for Justin!

Reasonably priced and do a great job. They have done plumbing work for us for years and put in a water heater. Jim even helped my 92 year old grandfather when he stuck on the side of the road.

I called this plumber to service our furnace for the winter from an internet reference and was glad I did. Not only did the technician routinely service our gas boiler, but found a pet that needed replacement and then thoroughly cleaned the unit. As a resultt, our heating system works like a charm.

He told me I needed a new furnace how much is a new furnace but I really need it was a gas valve for $550 I did not need a new furnace.

I called Zatos plumbing for the local law 152 gas inspection. They were quick to respond they did it on the same day and had it filed the following day. Highly recommend them.

Absolute disaster! It took the person 8 hours to cap off the kitchen water lines & add an ice maker water line. Brought wrong size pipes, used worn out tools, didn't put up anything to mitigate dust to other rooms from the sawdust/ Sheetrock powder, etc. Added a new lower drain that didn't need to be done as told by the plumber that had to fix this disaster. Only reason to do what he did was if I needed a garbage disposal which I didn't. Cost me $600 for nothing! Demanded 200 extra dollars over the $2000 that Home Depot charged me. Told Home Depot that the   $200 was for a permit but I called the town & no such permit was taken.

I own an older home and my sewer system broke down on Christmas Eve. Not only did Roto-Rooter come out and diagnose the occurring problem; but set up and scheduled the renovation of my home's new sewer system. Everything went perfectly without any problems. The system replacement is now eight years old and everything is perfect. Great customer service.!

Stay away from this company-very shady... over billing and just incompetent.  My payments were posted to someone else's account and was pressured to pay by credit card which I never do so i  paid twice for payments they already had received. Took 2 weeks for them to find their mistake.
