Lost hot water unexpected. Called Steve and he walked me through some potential causes over the phone. Was able to come over in the morning extremely quickly. Performed extensive and comprehensive work to fix two broken pipes we had. Steve was detailed in his explanations, diagnosis and plan to resolve the issue. He does honest great work at a terrific price. Also sent me pictures of the issues and fixes which was great to track the progress. Already saved his number in my phone in case we need. Mike is a great plumber. He explains the issues very clearly. I trust his judgement on repairs that are needed. He answers his phone all the time.  He even helped me do an immediate fix on an issue because he couldn't arrive until the afternoon. He is so so helpful.  I can't recommend him enough.  Very professional and provides fast service.  Very friendly too.

My hot water tank died on a Sunday.  They were the only people who would come on a Sunday.  They did a great job at a fair price.  I'd use them again

Reasonably priced and do a great job. They have done plumbing work for us for years and put in a water heater. Jim even helped my 92 year old grandfather when he stuck on the side of the road.

I called this plumber to service our furnace for the winter from an internet reference and was glad I did. Not only did the technician routinely service our gas boiler, but found a pet that needed replacement and then thoroughly cleaned the unit. As a resultt, our heating system works like a charm.

This is a followup to my review of gas boiler installed by AJAX earlier this year.  On Thanksgiving day my dinner guests notice the house was getting colder. I checked the boiler and it intermittently was igniting but failing to turn on the burners. Since the AJAX boiler installation included a 3 year parts and labor contract I contacted Adam and left a voicemail message.  He returned my call within an hour and suggested a few actions but to no success. Adam made an appointment to visit me the next morning. He called me at 630am stating he was on his way to supply store he found open on the day after Thanksgiving.  By 730am Adam arrived and inspected the boiler. He determined the burner startup problem was caused by low gas pressure from utility company.  I contacted Utility company and several hours later they dispatched a tech and confirmed gas pressure into house was too low.  After increasing pressure the boiler kicked on and all was well.  Several months earlier Adam and his assistant also performed a tune-up which was covered in the 3 year contract.  Each visit Adam lived up to his word of providing professional, timely and quality service.

I called Zatos plumbing for the local law 152 gas inspection. They were quick to respond they did it on the same day and had it filed the following day. Highly recommend them.

Absolute disaster! It took the person 8 hours to cap off the kitchen water lines & add an ice maker water line. Brought wrong size pipes, used worn out tools, didn't put up anything to mitigate dust to other rooms from the sawdust/ Sheetrock powder, etc. Added a new lower drain that didn't need to be done as told by the plumber that had to fix this disaster. Only reason to do what he did was if I needed a garbage disposal which I didn't. Cost me $600 for nothing! Demanded 200 extra dollars over the $2000 that Home Depot charged me. Told Home Depot that the   $200 was for a permit but I called the town & no such permit was taken.

They wouldn't give me a quote on the phone after my sink pipe exploded. They only gave it after they finished and they charged me almost a thousand dollars for 2 hours of work. I was happy with the 1st time I called them but now they are really expensive and the guy took forever to finish the job. Next time I'll call a local plumber.

Even during a pandemic these people never let you down. No heat when I woke up. Had a repairman in an hour and he was great (didn't get his name---he lives in Oceanside he said). Jennifer who answered the phone was professional and polite. A happy customer for almost 20 years. They're the best.
