Darwin to the rescue! He kindly helped us troubleshoot the leaky toilet over the phone. This saved us money, time and him a trip for a very DIY fix that addressed the issue. Will totally call him again for future plumbing needs.

I too was referred by another plumber who was top-rated on Yelp, but  (probably as a result of the Yelp bump) was too busy to fix the rather serious leak in my ceiling. I suspect that Mike will also soon be turning work away. I'll certainly use him for future work and recommend him to friends.

He was polite, clear in explaining what needed to be done, did high-quality, very neat work. And his price was very reasonable.

We worked with this company (Adam and the two Daniel's) in the past month, and it has been absolutely nothing but a nightmare. Not only did they provide a false license, but the damage they caused in my daughter's bathroom is absolutely horrorfying.  They harassed me for their payments, which we paid (2nd payment), and when we saw the damage they were causing, questioned what they were doing. This ranged from installing broken and cracked floor tiles to paint everywhere to huge holes in my wall, left open. Not only were they late -- every day, and they showed up at 9pm to collect money, smelling of alcohol and weed!! Totally unprofessional.

They promised the world in the beginning, only to prove what thieves they are. I found out later they falsified information; got arrested for weed and possession of scales; and just rip people off. I am going through chemo and trusted them. The list of how they left our bathroom goes on and on, and I strongly recommend you find someone else to work with.

I can not believe the poor quality of their work and want our money back. This ALL needs to be redone including the use of copper Shark-bite waterline couplings is wrong; they neglected to use wire sheet under the tiles and so the tiles are already coming loose and cracking (after two weeks); the grout space is too big... The grout is cracking and can leak water through it.

The water drain S-bend of the sink copper pipe is wrong. It's forbidden to use it. They left a huge hole in my wall.

The sink faucet is done incorrectly, and you ruined the sink holes.

I have tons of pics and documentation.

They're total scammers, so do not trust any reviews.

Jared is a disrepectful thug! Mask the problem not repair it!! .When asked to fix his shabby job he had a fit! Messy and don't clean up. Shame on him.!!!
He claims to have 25 yrs of experience...smh...!!... Only goes to show there is always room for learning. When you go home Jared run your tub pipes. If it drains  slowly give it a proper snaking. Who knows maybe some Muslims (who you claim are the only people who uses the tub pipe to wash their feet ) will visit and need to wash their feet....lol!
And finally ..He who pays the piper calls the tune... have some respect for your customer!!

We had an emergency late last night, toilet backed up and stack pipe leaking.  Chris was here within the hour, was professional, kept things as clean as possible and such a friendly/pleasant demeanor, answering any questions we had!  Prices were reasonable and the fact that he came out so fast was priceless to me.  Thanks to Chris, he fixed the issue and I was able to sleep.  Highly recommend!!!!

Reasonably priced and do a great job. They have done plumbing work for us for years and put in a water heater. Jim even helped my 92 year old grandfather when he stuck on the side of the road.

I called this plumber to service our furnace for the winter from an internet reference and was glad I did. Not only did the technician routinely service our gas boiler, but found a pet that needed replacement and then thoroughly cleaned the unit. As a resultt, our heating system works like a charm.

We called Adam at the recommendation of our neighbors when our heat suddenly stopped working on a Saturday night. We froze all night and then called Adam Sunday am. Adam came right away, was knowledgeable, fast and professional. He came back the next day as well
To do some additional work on the boiler we needed done. The heat was on within an hour and the system is working great. We will use Adam again! Highly recommended.

I called Zatos plumbing for the local law 152 gas inspection. They were quick to respond they did it on the same day and had it filed the following day. Highly recommend them.

Reliable, knowledgeable and extremely skilled.  I needed old cast iron pipes removed and replaced with newer PVC. Pappaceno Plumbing took care of it with care and ease. Would definitely recommend to others.

I had a fast leak in my tub and the tub was clogged the water was coming out at about 4 gallons every 5 minutes. I've heard of Roto Rooter, I've seen the $99 special that was posted online & I also saw that you guys also was offering a $60 coupon. And although one of my neighbors warned against me using Roto-Rooter service because of the high price, I needed a professional service. We scheduled online, waited a couple of hours for confirmation, and nothing. So I called myself and ask them when I can expect the technician because I spent the better part of the day scooping out water from my bathtub into my toilet to avoid a flood. I was called back and told that he would send someone over as soon as he had a technician available. We waited another couple of hours and finally the technician came. He wore a mask but nothing covering his work boots & I just cleaned my carpet from a the fire in my building last Wednesday that caused all this. He barely looked at anything and quoted me a price of $587 to just to snake the drain. I found that price to be exorbent and insultingly high just to remove a clog. I told him that is way too much money. I apologized for wasting his time and invited him out of my apartment. He then immediately offered to do the job for $300. Which was also too high, I again thanked him for his time and he then asked how much I was willing to pay. I told him the going rate in this neighborhood is $49.99 - $149.99 to clear a clogged drain. But since I was desperate I offered $200 if he can complete the job. He then went back downstairs to his truck and came back with an electrical auger one I had used myself to no avail, I thought he'd bring some big professional auger or other drain opening tool
Then proceeded to turn off the cold water from under the sink which started a leak under my sink. I scrambled to remove all my personal items from under the cabinet and please a bucket under that leak So now, I have an added repair to do. After he began, I tried to accommodate him by giving him something to drink since he said he was getting a headache do to the noise coming from the auger. I thought he would leave without finishing the job so I was trying to be pleasant and level headed. Although I was losing my patience by the minute. He sat there for about an hour and a half trying with that little electrical auger to clear the drain and then came out and told us he couldn't do it and started packing up his stuff. I ended up giving this guy a $40 tip just for the effort. Between my buildings handyman and this guy I wasted $80. I then called another company who unfortunately didn't have anybody until today. He sent his guy over who quoted me a solid price of $200 and an extra $100 if he had to open up my pipes which he didn't  he came up with a big industrial size auger and cleared the drain in 20-30 minutes. I still think it was pricey but it was an emergency and I was quoted a solid price without any games or surprises. I am very disappointed by the lack of integrity I was shown by your company. I should have been given a price over the phone or at least an estimate so I know what to expect. And as far as the $99 drain cleaning offer and $60 coupon I found to be all bait and switch gimmicks. Not cool for a company that's supposed to be completely professional, guarantees the job to be done, tries to shake down their customers in time of need, then leaves without completing the job. And creating extra problems to fix in addition to the already existing nightmare. Very disappointed
