Best Tankless Water Heater Repa… in Los Angeles CA

Our kitchen sink flooded our kitchen one morning. Mike was out the next morning to fix the issue and gave us lots of advice on how to dry out the area, how to determine if there were additional issues and we should contact them again, what further steps they would take if there were additional issues, and who to contact for further steps on the water damage. They addressed our issue quickly and thoroughly, the guys were nice and personable, and the price was very reasonable. Quality work and quality people. I will definitely be contacting them again if we have any more plumbing-related issues.

Had a few estimates to replace our water heater. Max was less than half of one estimate and 2/3 the Home Depot estimate that supposedly no one would beat.

wow, so twice in 2 weeks we had fairly major plumbing problems, and we are working 2000 miles away! we were recommended to Miguel by a friend and he came though with solid honest work, communicating and sending photos to me about what had happened and what we could do. Professional, honest, trustworthy. it's nice to have someone you can call on.

Excellent service!  We had a problem with our recirculating pump which was covered under our home warranty.  The home warranty company connected us with Hermes.  Mike contacted us promptly, made an appointment, and showed up on time.  They immediately diagnosed the problem, sourced a new pump, and replaced it.  We also needed to have our Noritz insta-hot water heater de-scaled which they completed during the same trip.  They were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.  These guys are the best!

They came out and answered many questions and gave some tips and tricks for some issues we were having and same day were able to come out and install a fridge line for me.

I had an issue with water heater not heating up, after having another company come to check it out who had no idea, i found Zorro on yelp and messaged him with in the app. He knew exactly what was going on and asked me to order the parts and quoted a very reasonable price on labor. He also was willing to squeeze me in on the same day the part arrived. He and his guy were very professional and did the fix quick and clean. He also spent some time afterward to made sure i know how my model worked and how to take care the common stuff. I am very glad that i have found zorro and highly recommend his company for your water heater needs.

I had cracked pipes and clay sewer line with roots causing hangups and backups. The plumbing was originally installed when the house was built in 1951. Connie first came out and inspected everything under the house as well as running a camera through the lines and showing me where the problems were. She then drew a diagram of all the plumbing, educating me on the various lines, connections and trouble spots and then prioritized each section. There was only one area which needed to be fixed as soon as possible and she gave me a more-than-fair estimate on that, but also let me know there was a possibility of needing to repair a slighting longer section if the pipe was too weak for a connection at that point. I was very happy and impressed with Connie's professionalism, service, knowledge, documentation (Contract, license,insurance,etc.), time spent to make sure I understood the options, and of course the completed project itself. There was extensive and hard-to-reach excavation required to get to the problem. It was all done in one day as promised, and everything was cleaned up and put back together perfectly. Connie even came out the following morning to check and make sure everything was done to my (& her) satisfaction. I would VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND American Drain Works & Plumbing Company!

City Plumbing installed a new sewer line for me.  Also, fixed my toilet line and drains under the house, including the kitchen sink.  This involved digging a 10-foot hole partly underneath a small section of my concrete driveway.

I am giving them 3 stars because:
1. The concrete patch they put in my driveway (above part of the hole they dug) with has sunk with the last couple rains, it's now at least a centimeter lower in places than the rest of my driveway.  And they didn't really make it a straight line on the edge with the rest of my driveway.
2. The first time they came they fixed part of the sewer line, and blasted out the rest, and said that should be good.  It wasn't, my line still backed up, and they had to come back and replace most of the rest.  

My sewer appears to be working fine, as well as my sink, my toilet too although it doesn't sound right when it flushes.  So I'm happy thus far with all the drains and the sewer line, and the workers were respectful and nice.  Mostly, it's the concrete patch that bugs me.

Thank you Ford's Plumbing for another reliable and customer-service oriented experience! A former condo building of ours used Ford's, so when we saw some flooding under the sink we called Ford's.  When our service tech, Reilly, arrived this morning, I quickly showed him the pooling of water under our sink and he immediately saw that extendable faucet simply needed to be tightened.  

Although I was thoroughly embarrassed, Reilly said that it was a common occurrence and that he wouldn't charge me since it was such a quick fix.  What amazing customer service!  Call Ford's for your LA plumbing needs!!!!

Was referred to Prodigy by our realtor, which worked out great!! Awesome group of guys - they came and fixed a plumbing issue under our kitchen sink in less than an hour. Will definitely use them again!!

Ruben and Aj were a huge help. Needed an emergency plumber last minute, and they were able to schedule a time to come to the house with short notice. They worked around my available times which was super helpful, and knew exactly what needed to be done to solve the issue. Definitely recommend!

Labor Day 2012.  After waiting over two hours to get a response from the property manager for my apartment, I knew had to take matters into my own hands.  My furious plunging and generous use of drain opener only frustrated me more with each fruitless thrust.  I used google maps to find Mainline Plumbing.  I figured it was a long shot that the phone would be answered, it was 7:00 in the evening on Labor Day after all.  I called the number and the phone was answered immediately.  I described my situation and they were at my door in less than thirty minutes.  Less than thirty minutes after that, all was well and my plumbing problems were solved.  Mainline's customer service, promptness, and cleanliness are by far the best I have ever experienced.  Not from plumbing companies alone, but from any company.  I was extremely happy with the whole process.  Do not hesitate to call Mainline, you will be supporting a family run company that truly deserves the support of their community.

I had a small plumbing job that needed to be done.  His office called me back right away with a time for the work to be done.

Not only did John show up on time, but he did all the work I needed very quickly and efficiently.  He also showed me where the main water shut off was located on my new house and talked to me about additional work that needed to be done - not right away but he told me what to look for so I don't run into any problems.  I was very happy with his estimates on the proposed work and the work completed.  I will absolutely call them again with any new work I need.

Alireza was very kind and helpful. Came in to unclogged my bath tub drain that's been giving me problems for awhile now . Did the job quick and even gave me a few great tips . Will highly recommend him for any plumbing needs and will use again in the future . Thanks again!
