We had the drain back fill on a Saturday morning for no paper ent reason I called they came in about and hour and a half gave an decent price and opened the drain in a few minutes... used a camera and showed me I had a crack in the main drain... they came back on the following Monday 4 hours of work and it was solved

Zorro responded to my call within 5 minutes. He communicates via text which makes things super easy for me. Asked for pictures of the water heater so he would know exactly what he needed before arriving for the repair. Zorro gave me a two hour window (9-11) but showed up right on time at 9am. He made the repair in minutes and now I have hot water again. Cost exactly what he quoted, no surprises here. Very nice guy, will for sure have him back if I ever need more work done. Highly recommended.

Found out from DWP that our water main was leaking, and since it was a couple inches closer to our house than the street, it was our responsibility to fix. Within 24 hours of me contacting Flood Brothers, Brendan was onsite and able to provide 3 tiers of estimates. We were able to schedule repairs as early as the following day, with work competed in just a matter of hours. They were extra nice and even upgraded the hose bib in our backyard for free so we could have better water pressure!

I'll be contacting them for my next plumbing need, which has unfortunately just popped up!

I have used this company in the past to clear drains and like their timeliness and professionalism.  I then went to use them for a more difficult issue with my overflow drain and will NEVER use them again.   The issue was offered to be fixed for $200 which is close to the price they charge for coming out ($165-$185) even though they were already there (fine just get it done).  They cut into my wall and then weren't able to access the spot they needed so the plumber proceeded to try to fix it via a mickey mouse fix from the front of the drain.  This solution wasn't even offered to me prior to cutting into the wall.  

Behind the wall they found backboard which they didn't want to cut into, so then were going to work on fixing it from below (which was already open at the time they did the mickey mouse fix).  The mickey mouse fix didn't work but she still charged me for it.  

Connie (the owner) is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with.  She said I should feel lucky that she is even giving me the name of the drywall guy after I asked her for a week for it.  When I was asking my questions about trying to understand why they are going to fix it from a spot that was already opened NOW that the mickey mouse fix didn't work and why they didn't do that from the beginning her response led with 'OMG this is so frustrating'.  Wouldn't use this company.  Had another company come out after my friend cut into the backboard and they fixed it quickly and easily.

I'm usually in support of women owned companies but not one where the customer is treated like this.

I've been using this company for years. They are always professional, reliable and fast. I had an issue with my shower drain and they sent Oscar out within an hour. He is friendly and promptly fixed it within a few minutes. Their rates are great as well as their service.

Absolutely outstanding service. I feel bad because as it turns out, there's a ghost in my shower and it magically started working as soon as they showed up, but prior to that they were super professional, responsive, prompt, and knowledgeable. Needed an emergency plumbing for our Pizzeria main sink- and Cali rooter was able to come out within an hour of calling! They were able to snake the sink and get us back and running very quickly! They were also very friendly and knew exactly that they were doing. Had everything cleaned out within 10 minutes! We will definitely keep Cali Rooter &Plumming as our main contact from now on. I hired them to replace the original plumbing in my nearly one hundred year old house.  They did not employ the materials that were specified in the contract.  Riley kept saying their were gas leaks and then they charged three times their original estimate and caused enormous damage, not just to walls and tiles, but to my personal property.  I told them I wanted to pack up my antiques and Riley said I need not bother as they would be exceptionally careful.  But while I was out, they broke various valuable porcelain and glassware and swept up and hid the damage.  Riley is a con man.  I'm sure the original Mr. Ford, the founder of the company, is turning in his grave.  Perhaps they are okay for small jobs, like to fix a clogged toilet, but they are totally incompetent to handle a major plumbing job.  I also found out that their license was expired at the time of the work.

David did a great job troubleshooting and repairing the gas leak on my water heater.  He was professional and kind. I would recommend Prodigy if you have any plumbing issues.

Woke up this morning (Saturday about 8:30) to a noise in the garage and found the water heater was leaking. Jumped on Yelp and filled out the form to get some quotes right away. Got a few replies and answered some more questions.

Talked to Rueben on the phone, he asked a few questions and came by the house. It's currently 10:47 and the leak is fixed! ON A SATURDAY MORNING...

They're coming back next week for another project we've been looking at.

I never like giving a perfect score but this company deserved it. I am not saying they acted perfectly but they provided beyond excellent service.

When I first called this company, I had it in my mind that I wanted to replace the pipe because there were roots (about 6 feet long) in my pipe. I had just bought this house and I didn't want to have to maintain the pipes by rooting it out regularly. I got quotes of thousands of dollars and up from a bunch of other plumbers.

Ranelle convinced me to just hydrojet after installing a clean-out. So I followed her advice. I definitely don't mind saving money. She also gave me a fantastic estimate for installation of the clean out and hydro jet. I also verified that the company was licensed, bonded, insured. She even sent me proof of their CGL policy. Her estimate was the least expensive out of all the contractors I called. I called about 5 contractors.

Three vans showed up at the house. They were so efficient and clean with the job. Ranelle even ordered the permit for me because I am a by-the-books kind of person.

The clean out they installed looked great. They showed me what the sewer looked like before the hydrojet and what it looked like after. I have clay pipe and it looked so good after. They said that no repairs were necessary. The roots had gotten in through a joint in the pipes but didn't damage the pipes.

Thank this company for saving me thousands of dollars. Ranelle suggested I buy Root X and use it every 6 months and hydrojet every few years for maintenance.

I forgot to mention how quickly Ranelle set up the appointment. I called on Tuesday and the project was done on Friday. Pretty amazing turn-around. And she didn't ask for payment immediately after. She mailed me an invoice and trusted that I would pay it. Of course I will. :)

RJ Plumbing is fantastic! John is very professional, courteous, and does an outstanding job. We had him install 4 new faucets for us and he was great to work with. John is very skilled and knowledgeable, shows up on time, and has fair prices. We would highly recommend him.
