Quick response, set up free inspection and estimate for the needed work. Showed up early for scheduled work. Worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned the worksite and showed their work as well as demonstrated it worked as requested. Overall very impressed and this was the second time I've hired them.

We cannot say enough about what a great job Real Plumbers did on our renovation project.  Amazing value for our money  considering the professionalism, punctuality and above all excellent workmanship.  They presented us with multiple options and helped guide us in an honest and responsible way.  Their recommendations helped save us thousands of dollars that other contractors were trying to charge us for extra work that our small house did not require. 

We contracted them to replace the old and outdated plumbing, they re-routed all drains, vents, water and gas lines to accommodate our specific design in the kitchen and laundry room.  We could not be happier with the end results.  In the kitchen, they installed our sink fixtures, drain, garbage disposal, and set up a recessed waterline for our refrigerator.  They also roughed in a water line for a pot filler to be installed when we finish tiling the backsplash.  In the laundry room, they recommended and installed the appropriate tankless water heater and water softener for the size of our house, set up the recessed laundry hook ups and installed our utility sink fixtures and drain.

Had them come out to give an estimate on a new water heater. We had other quotes, some over $1000 more. Hands down the best price and reliable service. After all our estimates, this was the first time I didn't feel ripped off. Would definitely go back there for all future plumbing needs.

James just left and man was that smooth. Walked in an assessed the situation w a leak and a faucet I wanted to replace. Gave me a quote and just got it done. Little extra work drilling out a porcelain sink but he just got it done w no drama. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. Very clean I was able to get a lot more done due to his efficiency. Considering  i called at 8am and he was here and done by 1030 i would say thats service. Highly recommend!

Miguel was available immediately to help us repair our fridge supply line after a leak.  He was kind and knowledgeable and very thorough - truly did excellent work.  I will definitely call him again!!

Hermes Plumbing came to save the day again.  I used my Fidelity Home Warranty and always ask for them. They never make me feel bad I went through the warranty service. Mike took my call so early, before 8 am, and came out within just a few hours to unclog my master bathroom toilet plus sink. They've done our first floor bathroom, including improving the set up for a better flush, kitchen sink, and garbage disposal. They are so nice, respectful, experienced, and efficient. Great job by these guys! I finally had enough money to run a new 3/4 water main. The technicians also descaled my tankless water heater at no charge. Very happy with their work!

January 7 2020 it was time to have an updated 40 gallon water heater replaced. This is normal after 10 years it does have its wear and tear even though we were faithfully having it  flushed every year and maintained I reached to the owner Zorro Sunday January 5th 2020 and he provided me a quote replacing my old water heater with a new one.   His price was very reasonable   On January 7 2020 His technicians came out in a timely manner they do give you a two hour window they did show up an hour and 15 minutes within that two hour window. That's what I call excellent customer service. The technicians assess the situation and took care of removing my old water heater and installing my new the new one and made sure everything was up to code and The hot water heater pilot was lit it working  properly. Plumbing emergency are two of the most dreaded words to every homeowner, and finding a good plumber is just as important as finding an honest auto mechanic.  I've used these guys for years for everything from busted pipes and water heater replacement to small things like snaking drains and installing a garbage disposal.  I can't recommend Gianni and Jerry enough.  Day or night I've always been able to rely on them when I'm in a jam- which with my luck always seems to be at night or on a weekend.  They are quick to respond, reasonably priced, and reliable.  What more can you ask for?

There was a shower head that needed replacing at my boss's rental property. Our usual guy didn't respond in a timely manner so I called American Drain Works because we'd used them before to hyrdro-flush the drain pipe in the back of the house. Connie got back to me quickly and was able to come out the same day. She provided fast, friendly service. I'll be using them again in the future.

Luis was great. Came out same day for the backed up pipe under a sink. Explained the situation very clearly, provided options and found a good solution. The office is very friendly and helpful in scheduling service. I definitely will have them back next time I need the services of a plumber.

Armando and Waldo came in today to fix my old water heater from 2003. They fixed it and did not push me to buy a new one. But I decided to do it as it's old and I asked them for recommendation! They replaced new water heater with all parts and labor included with no hidden fees. Great people, highly recommended!!!!!!

Ford's Plumbing came out to give an estimate for my tankless water heater that wasn't working properly.  they were the third plumber to do so, but the only plumber to take the time to actually figure out what the problem was instead of rushing to give an estimate.  Thanks to their due diligence, they ended up saving me two grand in estimates for things that wouldn't have actually fixed my problem.

Our toilet and sink were backed up. I called and they were able to send Jerry out the same day. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and answered all our questions. Prodigy was very helpful and has excellent customer service. They followed up the same day and asked if we needed anything else.
They were able to fix a our broken toilet as well. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future. Both my husband and I were very impressed with Jerry and Prodigy.

Mainline is simply fantastic.  I discovered them on Yelp a couple of months ago and have used them three times and each time their service and worksmanship have been stellar.  Most recently, I asked them to evaluate a longterm faucet leak in a bathroom sink that was part of a his and her  matched set.  Other plumbers had tried to fix the leak unsuccessfully.  Ranelle explained that Mainline generally doesn't try to repair leaky faucets because the repairs usually don't hold up over time and she doesn't want customers becoming upset.  So she went on an Internet tear to try to find faucets of similar appearance (which matched other decor in the bathroom) and eventually found the closest replacement possible.  Unfortunately, the supplier's price was $750 per faucet, so I was looking at $1,500 in parts just because of an annoying leak.  I asked Ranelle to reconsider her policy against trying to repair a faucet and explained it was worth it to me to invest a couple of hundred dollars to try to avoid an almost $2,000 expense.  She agreed, but said she'd send only Cesar (her husband) because of his expertise and experience.  Cesar was out of the country at the time, but immediately after his return he came to the house and looked things over.  He then went on an odyssey across Los Angeles in search of an obscure part.  He found it and bought three of them--he completely repaired the leak in the faucet that had dripped for two years, replaced the same part in the matching sink, and left an extra one for the future if the part were ever to give out again.  These folks CARE about their customers, take ENORMOUS PRIDE in their work, strategize how to SAVE MONEY, perform STELLAR WORK and are as FRIENDLY AND COLLEGIAL as you could ever find in a service business.  Yes, they're very busy (understandably), but you'd be nuts to use anyone else.  By the way, the first time I used them was due to a minor emergency, and they came and fixed the problem immediately, even though I was a brand new customer who had never called them previously and it was a relatively small job (replacing a garbage disposal).

I wanted to descale my water heater and reached out to 3 different companies for a quote. R.J. Plumbing offered the best rate. Due to a scheduling mix-up I went with a different company, but John was incredibly understanding and professional about the situation. When I need work done in the future I will contact R.J. Plumbing. John is straightforward and does not try to fleece you.

I had to come back here and express my gratitude to Alex! Unfortunately we had another plumbing issue in our garage and Alex took care of it right away. As many know, plumbing issues can be extremely stressful so I'm very happy we have Plumbing Works in our contacts. Thanks again!
