I had a clogged kitchen sink/garbage disposal that was slowly getting worse. Finally (on Super Bowl Sunday no less), the clog got bad enough that water was backing up both sides of the sink and running the garbage disposal shot water several feet in the air.  I called for an emergency appointment, and Patrick was able to come out within a couple of hours. The sink was fixed within an hour, and Patrick explained a couple of issues with the way the plumbing was done that we could fix down the line if we continue to have problems. The sink has been perfect since, and the price was pretty reasonable for an emergency visit. Will be using them for all my plumbing needs going forward!

Papa's Plumbing was a wonderful company to work with! We had a worm crawl up through our shower drain (so gross!) so I knew there was a problem somewhere underground. Someone was able to come out the day after I called. Within about 20 minutes, Alex found the problem. When discussing options, they gave us 3 different options of what we could do which all had different price points, which was really nice.

They were always on time or a little early, always kind, and were great communicators. We will definitely be using them again the next time we need a plumber! I highly recommend them.

Rishon plumbing & water heaters Company was the most trustworthy and professional company that I have ever used. I was having issues with my water heater decided on going with the tankless and I called them they arrived at my house in no time explained everything to me one by one what needed to be done and how much it will cost me. I was surprised by the price I got, couple of other companies that I spoke with it took forever to get back with me and couple of prices that I got at least 25 to 30% more on the price that I got from Rishon plumbing

Very happy with the company. They had their compact 1600 gallon truck come out to pump our septic. Even though they had scheduled for Monday, they called on the Sunday before because they had an opening and swung by early. Guy got right to business and was very professional. Great service.

He did a sewer line scope for my buyers, purchasing a home for their young family.  I appreciate the time he took to explain all aspects of the inspection.  He answered all their questions and was fair in his quote and pricing.  I'd highly recommend him!

First let me start off by saying that I am a fairly particular person but I am reasonable to work with as well. On Sunday, recognizing that rains were about to come our way, I contacted American Drain Co and wanted to see if they were available to come out the next day to do a Hydro jet of my drains. Within 10 minutes! I had a return message and they accommodated the exact hour that would work for me...Exactly on the hour, a large van drove up with TIM and BRANDON. We Quickly spoke about what needed to be done and they were no nonsense in their approach. Sure they could have said I needed all kinds of other things to be done to accomplish what I needed, but they did not. They chose to do what needed to be done and gave me some recommendations. They worked hard and they worked fast. They knew just what they were doing. At the end of the day, I handed them a check, shook their hands, asked for their business cards and thought they did a great job.

Adam from Mr. Rooter came to help us with an issue we were having with our shower. They came earlier than expected, which was welcome because we wanted to the issue taken care of asap. Adam was efficient, professional and took care of the problem with the help of his manager. We will be using them again.

Edwin Martinez came out to quote an extensive project - adding an outdoor sink with drainage, creating an outdoor spigot for hose and setting up a drip system line.  He was very professional, friendly, and worked hard for two days to get the project done.  His craftsman ship was excellent.  He also noticed two other issues around the water heater and fixed those free of charge as well.  He was generous with his time and expertise and could not say enough good things about him and about West Side Plumbing.  Will always return here.

I rarely take the time to write a review - I'm an author and help people maximize their potential - I see life as a gift and don't like wasting it and this guy, Harry Lorchyan is as REAL as they get.

His work is supreme - I'm sure when this pipe dries out tomorrow that it would be perfect - but you know what, even if it doesn't - just by talking to him and hearing him and getting to see how he works and treats people with sincerity, I already know that he'll come back to make it right if he has to.

Having a hazard shutdown from gas company for my water heater. The vent pipe need to relocate so it's not touching the ceiling wall.

First, Jay was stuck in the traffic, and he called me 15mins before he knows he is gonna be late. How can you be mad at a responsible person like Jay.

He got to water heater issue and suggest few options. Also, recommended the cheapest possible way to solve the issue. He make sure you understand what is going on and patiently explain what is going to be done. However, ours were a little complicated so he ends up snaking my clogged sink instead. Clean job!!!

During our talk, he got a call and promise to call back, which he did. And, call back to cancel with other guy for not being able to make it. Very Thoughtful! He understand the urgency his clients have been through.

Pricing - not cheapest, but done a clean job! Thanks Jay!

Good honest crew that takes pride in their job. Their communication was excellent and they worked efficiently. Price seemed to be a bit high for the job but I'm fine with it since they did a great job. I recommend

I called at 2:37PM - they gave me a 3-5PM ETA. I called at 6:15PM to see what was happening, they said would call me right back. At 7PM I called and they said my appt. was for tomorrow 9-11AM. Yeah, don't call these people unless you don't mind the run around. Unprofessional at it's finest.
