Michael came out to my place late at night to fix a clogged tub. He was on time, thorough and his rates were super competitive. Will 100% use Flood Brothers in the future.

Great work but not cheap. Communication could also have been better.

But when Sam did show up-- evidently he'd been pulled to do an emergency job-- his work was quick and efficient, and top-notch.

Can't say enough good things about Jerry and his team. Had a very nasty sewage back up in two bathrooms and he came to the rescue on Saturday, his day off. He didn't leave until it was done and had a full explanation for the issue. He shows up when he says he will and does an excellent job. Highly recommend his and Flood Brothers.

Shower was clogging up. Called a couple places to scope out prices and they were over 100 bucks. Other places couldn't come until next week. Saw the 89$ deal on yelp, So I gave Broc a call. He said he could come that day at 3pm.... he actually made it earlier at 1 pm! Awesome! I have the rest of my day!

Broc was very professional and considerate. Before entering my place, he asked if he needed to take his shoes off. He scoped out the problem first then brought his equipment in. He unclogged the drain up pretty fast. He made sure not to make a mess and leave everything the way it was. He even scrubbed my tub and made it squeaky clean and smelling fresh!

Would definitely recommend and use their services again!

I was consulting plumbers in the area about converting to a tankless water heating system, and I discovered that Ford's plumbing is one of the top dealer recommended outfits in the area, and have more experience installing these units than anyone else in the area.

I Called Prodigy Plumbing because of all the positive Yelp reviews. I was a little concerned since we had a limited window to have plumbers come in and have them inspect the plumbing on a home we were considering buying. They were able to accommodate our hectic schedule with ease. Alexis and Jose came out and throughly inspected the whole house and took their time and gave us their honest assessment. They were respectful, kind, and patient with all the questions we had. The Dream team spared no little detail and helped us make our decision and gave us true piece of mind. I even had a question after their visit and Alexis called back quickly and promptly.
I'm definitely calling Prodigy Plumbing and asking for Alexis and Jose by name for any of my future plumbing needs!

I called Mainline back in 2012 when our hot water heater went out.  Cesar and his crew came out the very next day and installed an excellent hot water heater and did an amazing job.  Fast forward to two nights ago when our kitchen sink backed up.  Oh that was pretty. Not.  We actually tried to snake it ourselves and when that didn't work, we called Mainline at 9:30 at night.  Ranelle (who is awesome) answered and told me she could have a crew at the house at 8:40am.  And at 8:40 am, they came, they found the problem which included wrenching off a painted over/stuccoed drain clean out cap, replacing a rotting pipe, installing a new cap and then made sure everything under the sink was fixed (no leaks) before they left.  Seriously, I won't use any other plumber.

This morning our water heater had given up and we need it to replace it. Ronald was the plumber who came and gave us different options including upgrading to a tank less water heater. For a new tankless water heater we had to also upgrade the gas line to a 1 inch. I was not sure if i wanted to deal with a complete upgrade but after talking to them i really felt that they are a very honest plumbing company. They finished up within the same day to get us to our new water heater running. Best plumber will be calling them for my sewer and drain cleaning.

Fast,  professional, affordable, and honest! Would definitely recommend them to everyone and will be calling them again if needed.  Cesar was so kind and thorough!

Oscar and Chemma !!!!! thank you so much for being so awesome and answering our hysterical call for help! Our main sewage line blew up nasty stuff all over the backyard and Oscar came to our rescue ! Don't hesitate ! Just call them ! If you needed a sign to give you the push you needed to get plumbing help, here I am !!!!!! Oscar even let us watch him stick the camera down the pipes and it was soooo fun and sooooo disgusting !!!! Worth every penny. If you want it done right, call them! We had a damaged tile that needed replacing on the front stairs to our building. Just a little project, but Mark responded promptly to my inquiry through Yelp and was able to give me an accurate estimate based on some pics I sent to him. We scheduled work for the following week. He showed up right on time and took care of it. I -- and my neighbors -- are grateful!

If you have a plumbing problem, there is no better place to go then Pavel at Pacific plumbing. We had a water heater break that flooded an area and caused us great concern.  Pavel and his team came in, diagnosed our problem, explained our options clearly and then performed the work with expertise. You wouldn't think this would be much of an issue - to replace a water heater but our issue required some thought.  In 2021 we installed a solar panel battery power system in our home. We thought that switching over from the old gas water heater to an electric water heater made sense (and it did/does).  However to do that in our home required changing out the electric panel, putting in new amp switches and running a dedicated electric line to the washer as well as simply sticking up a new water heater.  They had all of this work covered with licensed technicians and I owe them my gratitude for the quick service. Had an emergency plumbing issue, called Willy's on New Year's Eve and they were there with in an hour.
Reception was very sweet and comforting as I was a mess!

The plumber that came was very professional, prompt and reasonably priced.  there was no price gouging and I was very happy with the service they provided. I will be calling them with my plumbing needs from now on.

We were initially pretty impressed with NexGen. When our central air went out and our home warranty couldn't get someone out, NexGen sent someone within a few hours.

The repairmen told us they'd go on the roof to check out the problem and then let us know what was going on. Instead, they came down half an hour later and told us they'd fixed it, charging $300 for two small parts. We were a little peeved that they didn't ask us before doing the work, but since our air was back on, we got over it. They also told us our unit was VERY old and needed to be replaced (true), and that they'd send over a quote.

A few hours later, the air started running hot. In the morning, they sent over a quote for $13k (outrageous for a white labeled Amana 2 ton unit) and sales wouldn't give us a price breakdown justifying the cost and basically admitted he was price gauging us because of the AC shortage. I sent NexGen's proposal with the price and company name removed to another HVAC company, who said we could do this for $10k, which is probably HIGHER than the quote you have since they're giving you a lower quality machine and a worse warranty

NexGen did offer to have someone come back out to look at our existing unit free of charge, but we didn't really trust them at this point. We ended up finding someone to do the replacement for significantly cheaper than either of those bids, with a better unit and better customer service.

Do not waste your money or time with these guys unless you're absolutely desperate and are willing to needlessly pay a premium for lower quality products.

At first you are excited that they have a professional department for booking appointments.  And then you take off work, and wait at home, and they call you two hours into the appointment window saying that they can't come (with zero explanation).  What a joke.  Can I bill you guys my hourly rate for the time you wasted?

I recently did an extensive remodel for an entire house, and Ruben was probably the most pleasant of all the contractors whom I had hired. He was thorough and patient for the process of doing some repiping and adding a tankless water heater. When the job was done, he stuck around for a couple hours until I got back from work to show me what he had done.  I would not hesitate at all to trust him for another job.
