Called Brad at 10:30 am. He answered and showed up at 11:30. Fixed both toilets in an hour. Price was 1/3rd of Radiant. Highly recommend.

Quick response to my communications, quoted a reasonable price and work was finished in the time estimated. Was happy with the overall experience and will definitely be a repeat customer in the future.

Gilbert came out on a hot July 4 and quickly diagnosed and fixed our water supply issue.  He was very courteous and friendly, and charged less than we expected.  Very satisfied!

My water heater was out so I called Abel and I got a quick response on the phone and they were able to come out the same day. We were missing the part we needed so Able ordered it and showed up 1st thing in the morning the next day. He fixed my water heater and when he was done he even looked at my shower diverter. Abel was extreme knowledge, the pricing was affordable and most important one of the friendliest guys you can meet. I dont ever  write reviews but Able earned it and I will recommend him to all my friends.

Our water heater was leaking, so we called Standard plumbing. We left a message and within minutes, our call was returned. Braulio showed up within 45 minutes as promised.
He was professional and his quote was reasonable.
Within a few hours, we had a new water heater. From the time we called to the time he drove away, it was less than five hours. All this considering our water heater is in the attic.
His work was clean, efficient, and took the time to go over everything, including warranty.
In light of the pandemic and physical distancing, he also ensured he kept his distance, wore gloves and ensured his and our safety.

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. I had Jim out to my home recently to help with a gas line problem.  He was very responsive and when he did come out to my house he knew his stuff. He quickly diagnosed the issue and charged my very fairly.  Great doing business with a local, I am sure it won't be our last!

I was very impressed all the way around with the service I received. I had toilet emergency and had been at my wit's end from staying up all night flushing a toilet every 5 min until 6am til the water finally stopped. I finally got 3 1/2 hrs of sleep. When I called around 10am they were here within 10 min. Javier was fantastic at explaining to me the problem and giving me my options. He was quick and efficient. Very friendly, professional,  and thorough. I'm one happy customer and I will recommend them and use them time and time again. Aaaaaaaaaaaand they are local-bonus!

Once Jeff caught wind of this review, he apologized and gave me 10% back to help make it right.  He'd been out of town during this debacle and wasn't aware of my issues, but was genuinely concerned.  He closed the loop on how they don't usually take on jobs as big as mine and offered a referral with another trusted guy.  I'd already had the leak fixed and thankfully, the Thunderbird warranty wasn't voided when I had the other plumber come out.

Awesome job by Olvin and his crew. They were quick, punctual, and professional. We contacted several flooring folks and they were the most reasonable. Had tile installed in bedroom, stairs, and upstairs and they got it done quickly. I would definitely recommend.

I was able to get an estimate for a static test for the drain lines in advance. Scott came the next day with a very short notice (because we had problems reaching the tenants). Scott did the test professionally and sent the results via email immediately. I really appreciate his help and would recommend his service to anyone.

They were absolutely perfect. They came and installed a new water heater. They explained everything about the water heater and were thorough. They were clean, punctual and even helped move a few items to look at something else that I asked for.  I had to have them come and service us because the original plumbing company were difficult and literally rude.
