Best Pipe Repair in Austin TX

A very rude person, I called to ask for a quote and he quote me something with a huge range. I then asked if he could come by when ever he was in my part of the town and he started going on about how he would loose business  if he did that. OMG, i was just asking as I wanted a quote, if the range was in few hundred $$ i was even fine but said it all depends on what have to replaced. I would stay away from people like this. He needs to tone himself down and be at least less rude to win new business. He could be a one man show and I understand he can't drive all around town but working with your customer as I was very flexible and he was point blank rude. Watch out if you are a new customer.

Quick response. Timely visit. Clear explained what was the issue and what was needed to fix. And they fixed the issue in short time. Very happy with the service and results.

I had Rooter-Man plumbing assigned to me by my AHS warranty. Emilio came out and addressed some concerns I had with possible leaks. He was very thorough and was here for almost an hour looking at every area I was concerned with. Turns out it was a dishwasher leak and not a plumbing issue. Thanks Emilio and Rooter-Man! I will ask for them again if I have any other plumbing issues!

Gabriel did a great job on our project. We had some minor tweaks in one of our toilets, and ended up having to get a toilet replaced. Very communicative, professional, nice, and efficient. Highly recommend and will use again!

I'm glad this happened though because I ended up finding a highly rated competitor who charges much less for the same service I needed.

EZ Flow overcharges for their services.  Unclogging the plumbing is about $300 at EZ Flow.  I found a highly rated competitor that does the same thing but for half the price and had a good experience with them.

I won't be using EZ Flow again.  I would give a one star rating, but the owner/manager called me to apologize for the plumber, which was really considerate.

Excellent customer service and prompt response. I had a back up and needed a plumber fast for my rental property. I called and spoke with Abel's wife, who dispatched him and called back to let me know that he would be there in 30 minutes. He quickly fixed the problem and advised what the issue was and the proper maintenance required to prevent this from happening again. If you have plumbing issues and don't want to deal with big name companies jerking you around, call Abel to Plumb.

I had a leak under my sink and called them and left a message. They called back within about 30 minutes and came out the same day. My garbage disposal needed to be replaced so they charged $100 plus parts which I thought was reasonable. My sink was fixed by the end of the day.

Came across a small water leak on the main line coming into the house...I was happy to see that Jamie lives in my neighborhood, I mean...how much more local can you get...He showed up in about 30 minutes, gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and got to work...job was wrapped up in about 4-5 hours and was please with the whole process...Looks like we have a new Plumber that I wouldnt hesitate to call for my needs.

I bought a brand new AC unit from Stans for 20,000. It has not been even 4 months and I have had issues in the central texas heat every month. They claim warranty in their products when in all reality this is a poor for not knowing what the real issue is. My 2 year old daughter has not had AC in her room for 3 months. These guys could care less about an unsatisfied customer. Numerous appointments of trying to get the same problem fixed and the same excuse is reiterated every time, we have to order a new unit and they disappear for another month and I have to restart the process. For all your AC needs in Austin, I beg you please DO NOT GO TO STANS. These guys will leave you to burn in this Texas heat.

I had a backed up sink that my 10' snake couldn't get to. I was busy with other stuff and decided to use the Plumb Doctors, knowing they would have a longer snake. They guy who came out was really nice and helpful. He snaked the line and was done in 25 minutes. I was charged $378.00 to snake a kitchen sink line. In my opinion this is way over priced. I was expecting to pay $200, at most. Service was great but the price was way over the top.

Thunderbird is an authorized Bradford White service provider and they fixed my Bradford White water heater which was still under warranty. Jeff offered me with the option of picking up the parts in Round Rock to save me money and time.  I was able to email and text back and forth with Jeff rather than wait by the phone. The price for the repair was hundreds less than a highly rated competitor that I had used previously and was done in 48 hours.

I have used Pure Plumbing for a couple of issues at my house and both times I thought Mark did a great job! Both times he provided me with a couple of different options to fix the problem based on what I could afford and what had to be done vs. what could wait and be fixed in the future. We've had hot water leaks in the past and I was afraid we had another one since we didn't have much hot water. Spot-On sent people out the same day as my inquiry. I have used CJ with Austin Plumbing twice last year and he was fantastic.   Prompt, efficient and courteous.   I had a pipe break after the freeze in the garage ceiling on Friday morning.   By 3:00 that afternoon, they had fixed the pipes and turned the water back on.  Prices are fair and work is wonderful.   I have 2 rental properties in the Austin area and will only use this company for all plumbing needs.  I highly recommend Austin Plumbing.
