Same day service located here in Cedar Park.  Quick.  Ran 75 foot snake to clear kitchin sink.  I had tried a whole bottle if draino and my own 25 ft snake and sink still stopped up. These guys cleared it for $195.  Did not shop just called this company.

We had a leaking kitchen faucet and Gilbert saved the day. He was able to fit us in the same day we called, he did an amazing job and he even threw in some jokes for free!

He did an awesome job for a fair price. Gilbert at Blue Dragon is now our go-to-guy for all our plumbing needs.

I am giving them one star because they did come out quickly.  A few weeks the alarm on the septic system in my house went off.  Two guys came out and worked on the pump.  The following was their report Pull Grinder or Ejector out of Pit for cleaning or troubleshooting for which they charged me $306.76.  Exactly two days later, the alarm went off again!  This time I called someone else since I did not trust Rooter-Man. What the other company did to resolve the issue was completely different and charged me substantially less.  The alarm has not gone off since.  I did call Rooter Man to complain but they refused to acknowledge their mistake and flooded me with technical jargon which of course I did not understand. Next time I will not be so quick to fall for someone just because they have 5 starts on Yelp.

Nathan came in to fixed our clogged drain, he was in and out in less than 30 min. He's very courteous and efficient. The amount we paid was way under the quote they provided. We will surely be using them again!

EZ Flow was quick to respond to my plumbing needs. Emilio, together with his daughter Brittney, fixed the leak in my shower. He had the part ready to be installed as I sent him photos of the problem.  Emilio is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.  I highly recommended EZ Flow as they are locally owned small business in Pflugerville.  Thank you again!

I recently had Justin from A&T come out to clear a clog drain caused by my a/c condensate line that was draining into a bathroom sink line. Not only was he very professional and friendly, he spent some extra time talking about maintenance and prevention steps I could take. He even offered to come back out if I had any issues implementing his suggestions going forward. On top of that, he charged me a bit less than their quoted rate because they were able to get it fixed pretty quickly. I would highly recommend and will be using them in the future.

Abel installed a tankless water heater for me and repaired a leak.

He did an excellent job. The whole time, he came off as an honest person trying to go good, helpful work. He's in a class of few contractors.

The leak he repaired was something that started unexpectedly and when I text him, he dropped what he was doing and said he was on the way.

Braulio was great!  He was quick to respond, showed up on time and installed our kitchen faucet in no time.  It's hard to find trustworthy plumbers out there so we'll be using Braulio again for any future plumbing needs.  We're thankful to have found him!

Came across a small water leak on the main line coming into the house...I was happy to see that Jamie lives in my neighborhood, I mean...how much more local can you get...He showed up in about 30 minutes, gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and got to work...job was wrapped up in about 4-5 hours and was please with the whole process...Looks like we have a new Plumber that I wouldnt hesitate to call for my needs.

I shopped for weeks to find a good reliable plumber. Jim is very honest and really wants the best for your project. I had many plumbers give me outrageous bids and try to take advantage of me. It's very hard when you're a single woman, and not familiar with the questions to ask or really know what the truth is. Jim will explain everything and you can tell he has a passion for what he does. Not only would you get a good plumber, you'll get a very honest one. Which now a days doesn't happen very often.

Always trusting and follow through with scheduled appointments. They were very thorough in their routine check and in their explanation of what they did.

Unbelievable response and service. Had a kitchen sink leak with a flooded floor. Andrew responded on a Saturday afternoon within 40 minutes and repaired a loose fixture problem.

I called a few companies, thunderbird was not the lowest, but close.  They recommended the Bradford White unit as a good brand, which is what we replaced and has served us very well.  Mostly I was having the install done because my heater didn't have a drip pan, and my heater was old.

Back to the install, so very professional.  He replaced all the lines with new color coded lines, installed the pan and drain, and of course the heater.  Way more professional than my original install.  And could not ask for a nicer guy to talk to during the install, very patient with my questions.

Mark was my hero yesterday. I would give him a hundred stars if I could. We had a blockage in our sewer line and water was coming up from our toilet and spilling into our bathroom and surrounding rooms. I was in a full-fledge panic and started calling emergency plumbing services. No one was answering; some of the voicemails said they were busy for the next two weeks. Suddenly I remembered to call Mark, who I've used for a few issues previously. He answered, said he could be there in the afternoon, and showed up less than an hour later. He found the problem and fixed it, all for a very reasonable price. He then called a water removal service for me and got them to come quickly. To boot, he is kind, calm, reassuring and caring. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Broke my spigot on the side of my house. Spot-on was out here quickly and very communicative about prices and the prices to complete the project correctly.

After a horrible experience with another Plumber (assigned by a Home Warranty Company), I called O&M Plumbing.  Ben has done work for my office and we were always pleased.

He showed up on time!  (it is so hard nowadays to get anyone to be there when they say!)
He was polite and professional and knew exactly what the problem was.  His crew returned the following day to fix the hot water heater.  They had to move some gym equipment and even a fridge a little to get the unit installed.  They moved everything back how they had found it and left us with hot water (TAA-DAA!) in a matter of hours.

He'll be returning soon to do a major fix (womp womp) at my rental property.  BUT I wouldn't call anyone else!

I did not use Austin Plumbing as I had an emergency and had to go with the first I found available but they were responsive and I would definitely contact them again in the future. In this day and age, just getting that response is 5 star service and I appreciate that they took the time to give it.

We initially hired Diego to fix what our prior handyman screwed up. He did a fantastic job of fixing our fence and gate.  He has since repaired some drywall, fixed our broken AC vent, installed a reverse osmosis system, etc...

He communicates very well and is very punctual.  I have a few more jobs planned and he will be the only one doing them.

He guarantees all his work for 1 year, not that you'll ever have to worry about it.  His work is top notch.
