I cracked the tank in my older toilet and needed a brand new one. Brad went above and beyond. He picked up the toilet I purchased in Home Depot and came by and installed it super quickly and efficiently. Great service!

I have nothing but great things to say about Proven Plumbing. I have used the multiple times and they have installed new bathroom Reno's and even corrected previous plumbers poor work. I am so grateful to be able to contact Proven and know that the work will be done right.

No wonder why he is the number 1 plumber in Austin. I will definitely contact him for any plumbing problems in the future and recommend him for anyone.

We have used Rooter-Man a couple of times now, and they are definitely our go-to plumber from here on in. Eddie arrived on time, quickly identified the problem with our shower, explained it to us very clearly, and got it all fixed. He also gave us some good info about how to avoid a similar problem in the the future. He is super polite, very thorough and professional, and does great work.

Shawn is awesome!  It took 4 plumbers to find the actual problem-which was Shawn!  I live in a rental and have the worst management company in Texas (RPM-Reliable Property Management). We've had plumbing problems since we moved in last December. They kept sending plumbers out that would just patch it, but Shawn was determined & actually found ALL the problems there really were. All I can say is thank you. I am a small business owner myself and understand the power of a positive review and these guys (Emilio and Sergio) definitely deserve one. Three days ago my electric water heater went out. Being the DIY person I am I replaced it with some help from friends. After verifying the list of installation procedures and filling the tank, we wired it up and expected hot water. Unfortunately the new water heater wouldn't even turn on. After five hours of troubleshooting the wiring, the breaker and the amperage I gave up. Frustrated on a Friday night! Saturday morning I called EZ Flow Plumbing. Spoke to Bill who stated he would call right back with a time frame for someone could come out. 3 minutes later I got that call and 30 minutes later Emilio and Sergio showed up. Reminder...its a Saturday and they still came out that fast! They diagnosed the problem quickly, informed me of the issue (bad thermostat on brand new water heater) and provided options. I had them fix it and 45 minutes later I have hot water back. Yes, I could have troubleshooted it with Rheem for hours and waited for them to send an new thermostat but my level of frustration compounded with the need for hot water quickly was too overwhelming. EZ Flow came out quickly, diagnosed correctly and charged better than fair pricing. I would whole heartedly recommend EZ Flow (Bill, Emilio and Sergio) for any plumbing need. Thanks again guys!

Great experience! Colin came to fix a broken toilet and was able to do it in a timely manner and has followed up to make sure I haven't had any other problems. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend for anyone, but especially for folks who feel helpless when it comes to plumbing and need someone reliable to call.

I highly recommend Abel! I wanted to add a laundry closet to my older home, Abel came out quickly and gave me several different options and explained the pros and cons. His quote was very reasonable. He was done within a few hours, was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He did a great job, he will be my go-to from now on.

Been without hot water for 5.5 weeks from the snowstorm waiting around for another plumbing company (with bad response time and attitude) to get inventory on the same tankless water heater we had. I ended up calling around town to distributors and found my own unit that I purchased and started looking for licensed plumbers to just install. Braulio was the quickest to respond with SAME DAY SERVICE and A REASONABLE QUOTE during these tough times!!!

On top of that, he showed up ON TIME if not a few minutes before the time he estimated! We finally had hot showers after he completed the removal and installation.

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner,  and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

Jim at Republic has handled several plumbing repairs and installations around my house.  I always felt as though I was their most important client, every time he came to my house.  Prices were reasonable, work was super.  

He even fixed things that were not strictly necessary to the repair in question, but that the plumber before had done incorrectly.  He asked me first and explained the consequences of leaving it as it was.  I felt like he was doing things the way hewould want them done at his own house.  All this and still at a very fair price.

In a business where you constantly feel like you are being taken advantage of, Stan's really has been a breath of fresh air (okay that was corny...but true!).

Andrew P. was my technician today to replace my capacitor. He was efficient, honest, straight forward, and super knowledge. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. All that with fair prices.

I had a gas pipe relocation work and started by getting quotes from professionals on Yelp. Plumb Doctors was very quick and responsive and after sharing photos of my work and the job site, we agreed on a base price. Andrew came to my home and very quickly understood what I needed. What he did was beyond the quality that I expected. He relocated my gas outlet very quick and safe and answered all my questions patiently. Since we are still in Covid era, he was wearing face mask and shoe covering that I really appreciate. I recommend their services strongly!

I had/have a leaking supply line, first brought to my attention by an OMG! water bill from the City of Austin last week. We use American Home Shield, so are kind of forced to use who they send out. That's not what I prefer, but for potentially large i$$ues, I'm definitely going to get the home warranty folks involved.

AHS sent out a company, who after three separate visits, could not find the leak. They left, and AHS scheduled another company, who are rated pretty poorly here on Yelp, so I was concerned. I contacted Jeff via Yelp message at first, then regular text, then actually via phone. He gave me a ton of information, and pencilled me in for a visit this week, if the AHS assigned plumbers could not come through for us. I really appreciated him spending time with me on a Saturday and Sunday, for a concern that he might have been getting paid to fix, but also might not have.

The second plumber AHS sent out this morning was able to find the leak, (outside, so much cheaper than under the slab), so I won't end up using Jeff after all, but I wanted to tip my hat for the hand holding and info he provided!

Mark is a plumbing wizard! We will be forever grateful for his immediate response and accurate, fast work. Our pipes burst in two places following snovid in mid-Feb and Mark visited us twice to repair - once even driving in the terrible snow to help his community. He is polite, informative, cool under pressure, fast, incredibly skilled and fair.

Scott is very professional and responsive. I got the quote from Yelp within 20mins, scheduled the appointment the next day. It took him 20mins to fix the broken pipe from the ice storm, also he insulated the pipe because they are exposed outdoor. Really nicely done.

A damn joke. Called them bc my hot water heater igniter wouldn't stay lit. I've never had this issue. Tech comes out and says oh maybe we just need to clean the burner/igniter. He starts looking at it and notices the screws were already off (I did that, trying to get a better look as well as turned off the gas). He says oh that's not good at all! Screws the screws back on and says I'm going to try to see what it does messes with it and says it won't light at all. I tell him I turned the gas off... he turns it on and says ok it may take a few minutes to light... it never catches and then he starts talking about the electrical unit may need to be replaced and if that works, great. If not it could be the burner part of the unit. If we're going to do one, might as well do BOTH?!?! And there's always a chance there could be calcium build up in the tank?? Whatever that meant... He never pulled the burner off to clean it to see if that MIGHT work like he said. I don't know it just seemed sketchy... wasn't consistent, he didn't explain why or what his reasoning was, never did what he said he would do originally to trouble shoot the problem. Then called someone to start talked prices. Thumbs down, you will never gain my business like that.

Loved them! They were in/out fast and so polite!! They've been so busy after this winter storm, but they were able to update us and even text us when they were 30 minutes away!! We'll be using them again!

I had a leak in a section of old galvanized pipe under my house. Geronimo was able to come the next afternoon. I took a look at his reviews on Yelp! and decided to look no further for someone who could come any sooner--he sounded like the kind of person I wanted to do business with! And he didn't disappoint. He was running close to the end of the (1 hour!) arrival window he had set for himself, so he called me to let me know he was about 15 minutes away. I think he got to my place within the time window any way. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained what he proposed, gave a very reasonable quote on-the-spot, and took care of it professionally. I look forward to hiring him for some additional plumbing I need to have done.
