Best Pipe Installation in Austin TX
Brad hasn't even left yet and I'm already excited to leave this review. First of all, he answered my request for a quote in less than one business day and was super easy to schedule with. Then, he showed up exactly on time and was able to explain the problem with my leaky faucets in a way that I understood. He finished the repairs I asked him out for and asked if I needed anything else today; I said no and he went to put his tools in the truck. By the time he came back I had decided to ask him about my toilet that was always making a running sound, and he immediately set out to fix it. As a single woman, it can be a little dicey to have repair men in and out of the house and trust that I'm not getting a run around, so Brad B. was a serious breath of fresh air. He is quick, professional and easy to have around the house. I would recommend Brad B. to anyone and every

They were able to face someone come out the same day. Both individuals who arrived were helpful and explained everything!

Gilbert was awesome. I had searched through Yelp and located his company. I wanted to remove a sink and cut off the pipes in the wall [got it to that point, but needed a pro to finish]. Called him, answered quickly and was out same day. Knocked out what would have taken me many hours, in a short period. Very fair pricing, extremely nice man. Thanks Gilbert, you have my business now.

I rarely write a review but felt like Rooter-man deserves one. I had an issue with re-curring flooding in my garage from water softener pipe. Upon seeing great reviews online, I called Rooter-man and they came out the very next day and were perfectly on time. Eddie was the technician and he was very professional, friendly and experienced. Initially I was told by the builder that issue is with drainage termination point but Eddie had his doubts and guessed that the issue was with vent in the attic pitching wrong way and full. He was right! He saved me a lot of money for not having to dig out the pipes in my backyard! I ended up paying $285 for about 45 mins of work, which I thought was expensive but I am still giving 5 star because of Eddie's attitude and given that they found and fixed the issue so fast!

Gabe (Gabrial) of Capital City Plumbing & Drain is a testament to an excellent business owner. Within this industry, it's extremely difficult to find ethical individuals and people who own up to any problems faced, but Gabe went above and beyond to make things right for me.
I had a member of his team come out to my house for an emergency visit to try and tackle an issue where a double vanity sink were backing up on the 2nd floor of our house. This happened in the middle of the summer, so turning off the A/C to eliminate the water coming through the drain pipe wasn't a possibility, especially with little children in the house. To make matters worse, the owners of the house were out of the country so I had try to handle things while they were away.
Long story short, the plumber from Capital City was not able to get his snake down into the main pipe due to the builder's design of the double vanity sinks. I was left with a quote for the permanent fix and a drawing of what was required (cut drywall in a bedroom that is attached to the bathroom, probe to find main pipe, and create a permanent access point for the future). With the drywall work being performed by a separate contractor, it was estimated to cost over $1,000 to do.
When the owners finally came back into the town, I told them about the situation and they pointed out a separate access point in the bottom left corner of one of the sinks that the builder put in place for this very reason (to access the main pipe). We were able to run a small handheld snake down the main pipe and in less than an hour, we were able to diagnose + fix the problem + put everything back together.
The night that this occurred, I was charged a large amount due to this being an emergency problem that I called about during after hours. After speaking to Gabe and showing him pictures, he said that he was going to need to get in touch with his employee that did the job. The employee was out of town on PTO for a while and rather than have me wait, Gabe graciously apologized for the oversight and offered me a full refund. Gabe what other owners of small businesses need to strive to be like. I will continue to use Capital City Plumbing & Drain if I need plumbing work done in the future and will happily refer friends over to them. Thank you!

I highly recommend E Z Flow plumbing. Theo is exceptional! He and Jonathan deserve a five star rating! They arrived well before their scheduled time of arrival and were able to clear a clog in record time. This is a family owned business located in Pflugerville and is run by professional and honest folks.

The snowpocalypse damaged two faucets. We waited patiently (after all, faulty faucets are mild stuff compared to our poor neighbors' burst pipes!) for months for Pierre to send someone out.
We were charged $225 for ten minutes of work. I find this very expensive.

I highly recommend Abel! I wanted to add a laundry closet to my older home, Abel came out quickly and gave me several different options and explained the pros and cons. His quote was very reasonable. He was done within a few hours, was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He did a great job, he will be my go-to from now on.

Braulio was quick to respond, straight forward about his availability and timing, transparent about costs and time for labor and very responsive in the process of arranging time for the work to be done.
My water heater went out and after receiving a few very inflated price quotes, some flaky dropped appointments, a few wasted days with no hot water and general frustration, I reached back out to Braulio to set an appointment. Unlike other folks I talked with, he was up front about his availability so I was able to correctly plan my timing. He arrived on time, he discussed equipment options, he was honest about equipment costs and timing and once the work was completed, he went through and tested everything, showed me how to make changes to the water heater and even discussed my faucet and ways to make it function better.
Bottom line: I will not contract out any plumbing work to any other company at any time unless there is no way Braulio can do it first. He is now my first, best and only choice for any work that might come up. Personable, reliable and honest. So glad it worked out the way it did.

I woke up to both of my bathrooms flooded and Santana plumbing company squeezed me in and within an hour found and fixed the problem. Prices arent bad, he finished in a timely manner, and he even gave me info to help in the future. I'm so glad that I called them and they're local. They were great.

We needed a new water heater (our old one was ancient and on its last legs). Jim was super responsive (same-day), and came out and gave us a very reasonable quote the following day. Our job was certainly not run of the mill, as the previous owners of our home definitely made shortcuts versus keeping things up to code. Despite the project taking much longer than he anticipated, the cost did not change. We feel super confident that the work Jim did will last for years to come. Also, he is a very friendly and affable guy - full of fun facts and interesting stories! He runs his business with honesty and integrity. Thanks again Jim!

I've been a fan of Stan's for many years. Their service technician was on time and got the job done quickly. He gave me a good suggestion about replacing all of my vent covers to provide better flow of warm or cool air. This will allow for more even temperatures upstairs and downstairs. Thanks!

I called Plumb Doctors to get a second opinion on a big plumbing repair that another plumber told me was needed. Plumb Doctors' normal business appointments were booked for the next week so I agreed to the extra cost of an after-hours appointment and they came out the same day - in the evening. As he arrived, Marc called me to get the background info (I couldn't be there) then he went to work. He called back later with the news that he couldn't complete the job due to broken equipment. However, between the two of us, we had enough information to discuss the situation and make an educated plan of action that avoided the big repair the other plumber had recommended. Even with the broken equipment, I got exactly what I was hoping for: a professional second opinion that helped me manage the situation in a more reasonable way saving me time, money and inconvenience. I would have gladly paid for the service but to my surprise, Marc said there would be no charge because of the equipment issue. What more could I ask for? Five stars!

We had a problem with our hot water (we have tankless) in our home we just moved into called a cold water sandwich, the water in the shower would start cold (which is normal), then get hot (which is normal), then go ice cold again (NOT normal), then maybe in a while would get hot again.
We hired a DIFFERENT plumber (not Thunderbird Plumbing) to come by, and after poking around for 40 minutes that idiot said I don't see any issues. It takes a while for hot water to travel through the house, you need a hot water recirculator to fix this, which will involve us tearing up drywall throughout your house and cost thousands of dollars - we'll send you a quote.
Before spending those thousands of dollars, we found Thunderbird Plumbing on Yelp looking for at least a second opinion. Their voice mail said they were too busy right now, but we got a call back right away and they agreed to swing by the VERY NEXT DAY to take a look. Jeff walks into our house, listens to my description, goes to the tankless hot water heater AND IN 3 MINUTES says Yeah, that's not right at all, I'm reproducing the issue, and it is displaying an error code. Let me call tech support for this particular unit and we'll work through it.
I sometimes get chills up my spine when the person in front of me fills me with confidence and I realize this is the right guy, right here, right now.
About two hours later, Jeff says ok, I fixed several thing and I think you're good, but call me if it isn't fixed, I guarantee this work. Jeff then explains in great detail, The air intake/exhaust wasn't hooked up right, maybe the wind knocked it at some point, maybe it was never hooked up right, but I fixed that and the error code stopped. Also, you are supposed to replace the water filter into the unit every few years and it really didn't seem like it had ever been replaced and the unit is 7 years old - so I replaced that. Also, I descaled/decalcified the water heater, it was pretty bad, I don't think anybody had ever done that either so I descaled it. I also went around to all your showers and cleaned out the sediment from all the shower heads. It's working great now. Oh yeah, somebody had turned the hot water heater temperature up too high probably to try to fix this incorrectly, I turned it down to the recommended setting. It's not great to have it cranked that high, bad for the unit.
And from that point onward we had no more issues, everything worked the way it is supposed to, it even gets hot first thing in the morning in half the time. No thousands of dollars on a recirculator that would not have solved the problem anyway. No drywall work. One visit by the right guy.
I'm never calling anybody else ever again. Jeff is the plumbing whisperer. He's the right guy. And he doesn't charge NEARLY enough, not even close.

We selected Pure Plumbing after a Yelp search and reaching out via email for quotes. Mark was a professional, pleasant and respectful. He showed up and took care of business - we were fortunate in having a quick fix. Highly recommend Pure Plumbing Service for anyone in need.

Our main sewer line clogged Wednesday night. I called Ben hoping that he would answer and not only did he answer but he also told me he can come fix the problem the following morning. Ben and his assistant (Carlos i think) arrived on time, unclogged the line and got us back and running. Ben explained everything to me. Very professional and pricing is a fair. Thanks Ben. Im hoping I wont need to relocate our sewer line but if we have to, I know Ben and his crew can take care of it!

Technician was courteous and professional throughout. Wore a mask and slippers, didn't make a mess, showed me the problem parts before reassembling everything. Didn't upsell me on unnecessary procedures. Book with confidence!

Although I received an immediate response through my YELP inquiry BUT just because I didn't respond to Diego's YELP text (for phone and address - which I didn't see it immediately) he dropped my appointment (which I understand) but when I called and texted to reschedule he told me he was booked indefinitely and wouldn't even try to work out another time!! This is an indication of his customer service!!! Do not book this service!!
