Best Garbage Disposal Repair in Austin TX
Based on a neighbor's recommendation, I recently call Brad for some plumbing help.
He answered the phone each time I called, explained my options in as much detail as I wanted, then showed up on time and did the work as promised at the promised rate. Anyone who has dealt with any contractor knows that all those traits together are very rare and we very much appreciated his professialism throughout the process. Oh yeah, and he followed up with us to make sure things were OK and that we were happy.
I would not hesitate to recommend him and plan to call Brad the next time we need help...thanks Brad!

Extremely fast response, had a plumber at my house soon after I called. The plumber they sent was very friendly, and he went above and beyond to fix my issue. Appreciate the great work!

I called Gilbert because our office disposal was on the fritz and we thought was completely broken. Gilbert answered my call quickly and was transparent about pricing between us buying our own disposal versus using one that he provides. I appreciated that he was up-front about that. He came to our office quickly and checked out the problem-- turns out there was just a rogue piece of plastic in there. Our disposal was not broken, and he didn't even charge me for the service call, even though he has a busy day ahead. I really appreciate his service, kindness, and straight-forward business practices. We'll definitely call Gilbert for any future plumbing needs!

We rent and needed to have our toilet replaced, and despite a frustrating situation of working in the middle with our landlord, Eddie did great work. He was honest and efficient and even offered direct on-call contact for Saturday in the event we weren't able to get the go ahead we needed to have the work done today (Friday).
Once we had the go ahead, Eddie was quick to get a toilet purchased and installed for us. He was friendly, personable, and thorough. In general our experience with Rooter-Man was great, and I would absolutely recommend their work

I first used Capital City Plumbing in 2019 to replace a toilet (they were recommended by a trusted home inspector who had them on their preferred vendors list), and they've returned a couple of times since to fix various leaks in our bathrooms and kitchen. They are always professional, polite, honest, efficient and know their business, and charge a very fair price. I also appreciate that they arrive on time, or even early. I wouldn't use any other plumbing service, and recommend them without hesitation.

These folks are amazing - I called them when another plumber recommended them for my particular situation and not only did they answer right off the bat they came within an hour or so - it was awesome! They fixed the issue, explained what was going on, and were as personable, on time and professional as all get out. Heavily recommended!

I've used them several times for different projects and they are fantastic!! Incredibly trustworthy and thorough. They really take the time to explain what's going on and all possible options. Justin came out and ran a camera through our lines and made sure we understood the we problem and possible solutions.
Their pricing is extremely fair and they only charge for what they do. They don't try and up-sell things or charge for small simple parts. They even cleaned up after they were done.
They wore masks the whole and respected our space and home. I strongly recommend them for any and all plumbing needs.

Abel is a fantastic plumber. He was very responsive when I had a plumbing emergency and has been my go to plumber ever since. (Old house, what can I say?)

Braulio was great! He was quick to respond, showed up on time and installed our kitchen faucet in no time. It's hard to find trustworthy plumbers out there so we'll be using Braulio again for any future plumbing needs. We're thankful to have found him!

Garbage disposal stopped working and sink was backed up over the Labor Day weekend. I couldn't cook or run the dishwasher. Called, left a VM on Sunday and Jaime texted me back within 30 minutes. He said he could drop by the next day at 10:30-11:00. Mind you, that was the Labor Day Monday! He showed up on time and got to work replacing the broken disposal with another one I had bought from one of the big box stores. Unplanned but he was also able to fix an old toilet at the same visit. All for a reasonable price.
Very grateful for his responsiveness and professionalism. I've found my go to plumber now and I know my old house will have something for him come back for another visit...hopefully not soon.

My husband and I just moved to Austin and Jim is the second plumber we've tried. Needless to say, we won't be using anyone else. He showed up on a Friday night in bad weather within 30 minutes, fixed our kitchen sink for a good price, and texted two days later to make sure everything was working okay. Excellent service...highly recommended!!

If I could pick a negative number, that would be it.
I went from Strand, Service Wizard and now Stans.....not good customer service or attention like it used to be.
My new unit will not be purchased from this company....especially after the lady on the phone hung up on me.

We first used Plumb Doctors (then called Plumb Masters) two years ago when the toilet started backing up at our previous house. Joe came out, did a thorough assessment, and found we had root intrusion from a nearby live oak. Joe turned what was looking like a $50K+ problem (tunneling under the slab foundation) into $2K through a creative (and code-compliant) solution. Joe's honesty, professionalism, and skill made him our go-to plumber.
When we were looking to buy a new house last year, we had Joe come out to do a thorough inspection. He found that the main sewer line had settled and no longer ran at the right slope, causing sections to be completely flooded. He provided a reasonable quote as well as a video of the issue that we provided to the sellers who agreed to split the cost.
We had the work completed last month, and it was completely seamless. Joe and his team came early and stayed late to ensure we weren't without water for any more time than was needed. They were always in close contact so we knew the status of each stage of work as well as the inspection. Andrew also got involved along the way who is also fantastic.
Finally, we had Joe and Andrew (of course) replace our water heater a few weeks ago which was also a great experience. They provided a quote in range of other similar shops and had the installation down to a science. In and out.
We hope we're at the end of our plumbing needs for a while, but if anything comes up, we know we're in good hands!

If a contractor misses an appt. or does not return phone calls - then I refuse to do business with them.
This looks especially bad after two calls over 4 days.
It is a little thing folks used to call 'common courtesy'.....try it some time.
At least a quick call/message of Hey Lee, this is Jim-bob. I'm really busy swamped over here (...did you see what I did there?) - so you might want to try to call someone else if this is an emergency. OK, Thanks. Good Bye.
It is a handly little thing folks call voicemail.....it works just that easy. No instructions necessary.

Tech was very nice and courteous. However a lot of unexpected charges like credit card surcharge, PPE charge (although work was done outside), didn't honor coupon, charge an hour of work for a 5 min of tightening. Worse of all, didn't even fix the problem and wanted to charge $300 extra. At the end, I ended up fixing it myself for less than $50.
He is expensive but if he would had fixed it in the first place or come back and fix it properly without gouging me over again then I wouldn't had given him a poor review.

Scott was great! So helpful, friendly, and fast. Our bathtub hadn't been draining properly for months he fixed it quickly! He cleaned the bathtub, explained future maintenance suggestions, and was extremely polite!

I was referred to Ben Morgan the owner of this company by a very good friend of mine. He came to my house earlier today because I had a serious problem with plumbing in part of my house. Everything Ben did he explained what he was doing and why. And then I was further impressed when family members of his Mike and Andrew showed up to help on the job because every member of the three worked like a well oiled machine and took care of some things that was rather complicated to do. Andrew even took initiative on part of the project and actually helped them get it done at a faster pace. I highly recommend them to anyone who has any plumbing issues whatsoever whether you live in a new house or an old house like mine with cast iron pipes. I was extremely satisfied with the service I was provided and I will refer them to anyone I ever hear ask about plumbing issues. And if they're reading this I just want to say thank you.

I recently hired Austin Plumbing for some toilet repairs in my home in Leander.
Austin Plumbing sent Codi to my home and I thought he was awesome. He swiftly diagnosed and fixed the issues causing my toilets to stop working.
I also got Codi's opinion on some other things in my home, since I recently moved in. Codi was clearly very knowledgeable and experienced.
Overall, Codi was punctual, courteous and quick and I would highly recommend Codi and Austin Plumbing for anyone looking for a plumber.

Geronimo was here on time and replaced my water pressure regulator valve promptly & professionally. This is a critical piece in any home's plumbing system because the pressure coming to the house is much too high. Geronimo got it done the day I called.
